I don’t why it says customize in the option of the order if they are going to do it how they want. I ordered two mango dragon fruit lemonades with 2 scoops of fruit and light ice, I received just ice with water. What kind of service is that??????? And the person who was at the window was very rude. It doesn’t deserve any star!!

Went into Starbucks to pick out a travel mug for my niece for Xmas @ the new Starbucks location on Ogden Ave. in Berwyn. Drive through was jam packed when I went inside the store to browse. Inside they were all busy processing orders yet still so helpful to me w/a smile when I asked my questions. As you can see I selected a sharp looking mug, I know she'll 💗 it! The staff are a delightful asset to Starbucks as well as our community! Glad to have them & I'll go back again & again! Thank you all so so much, Deb

I placed a grande strawberry açaí with no strawberries, I noticed there was a couple inside the drink and I don’t like the seeds. I went in hoping they can remake it, the gentleman there was so nice and understanding he even gave me a venti which by the way he really didn’t have to do that! I usually get nervous to speak up because I feel like I’m bothering them, and the way he went about it was very sweet and nice! Thank you (:

I order a custom coffee with caramel drizzle and cinnamon powder in it. My coffee did not come with it. Then I ordered a water with strawberries and they charged me $5 for a small. I always order it and have never had to pay for it. Choose your Starbucks location wisely. Never going back.

My favorite Starbucks to come to. Shout out to Hemie (I think that’s how I saw it spelled)! Last time I was in, they made me the wrong drink but it was a venti and I felt bad making them remake it so I just took it. Today I went and was pleasantly surprised when Hemie remembered my wrong drink order from last time and hooked me up with a discount on today’s order. Such a nice surprise!

Was so privileged to be served by Tori in the store she made my drink exactly like I liked it and the service is exceptional there too

Not sure how they can mess up my order. Received a latte instead of shaken espresso. Have tried calling them for the past 40 min and the line is just busy.

Drive through was outrageous! Drive-through is not safe! So we parked and went it. Our drinks were not made like we asked for. Will definitely not be returning

Everyone goes to Starbucks because they know they will get their coffee made correctly; well today I didn’t. I order my usual a Ve to ice white mocha. Well there was no white chocolate in it at all. I get there’s a long line, but if I’m going to pay $9 and wait please make my drink correctly And do not rush it. Thank You

I’ve given this location multiple times, the staff seems very unpleasant. The manager is very bubbly but his staff does not reflect that. Overall this location would benefit from the very basics: Greeting, smiling, and just being pleasant.

Love this Starbucks location! Bob was amazing this morning, even through the morning rush the staff was so polite and happy. I was a frequent customer since they opened till I moved out of town a year ago but I always make the stop when in town. Thank you Bob & Staff!!

I ordered a venti drink and I didn't ask for extra ice.. So why fill it up all the way to the top? Irritating that I'm paying $6 for a Venti and getting the amount a tall would probably have. It wasn't even busy, there's no reason customers should be skimped like this. Not coming back to this location.
