    I purchased an engagement ring (lab grown diamond) from here and could not have been happier with the experience/result. I spent months searching both online and in store until ultimately finding DaValle. Originally, I was certain that I’d be purchasing online as the prices seemed to be much cheaper, but I was hesitant to do so as I would always prefer to see the product in person prior to spending a large amount. This all changed once I found DaValle, and specially, Jim who is one of their employees. Jim couldn’t have been better, from start to finish he ensured that everything was done exactly how I wanted. I had pretty specific needs and he went above an beyond to ensure that those were met - he also ensured that everything was done in a private manner so that my (now) fiancée had no idea that I was shopping — I.e. asking if we shared a phone/credit card so that my significant other wouldn’t see any voicemails or activity on the statement. This meant a lot as I was so caught up with engagement ring shopping that I didn’t even think of the little things and how those could ruin the surprise! On my first visit, they had a few options which fit my needs, but I wasn’t 100% sold on them and Jim was able to quickly order a multitude of diamonds that fit my requirements, which I then came in and examined with him to see what worked best for me. He was very honest and straight forward on his opinions and we were able to find one that my fiancée is beyond excited to have. In the future, I won’t even bother looking elsewhere as I know we found a reputable store that will always do the customer right - and at a price that even beat online retailers!! We’ll certainly be getting our wedding bands from this location. If you’re on the fence, please visit here and ask for Jim!!

    I went to DaValle Jewelers today to get my rings cleaned and checked. I also asked them to take charms off a bracelet. I worked Donna and she was exceptional. She was very professional and helpful. I love going there because Donna is so friendly and goes above and beyond. She’s the best!

    My 93 year old mother was shopping for a pair of earrings as a birthday gift. She has been a customer of DaValle Jewlers since their days in the Belmont/Central area. Marge was the best! With great patience, she helped my mom find the perfect gift. Beautiful jewelry and great customer service.

    I took advantage of DaValle's very generous Lifetime Upgrade Program and exchanged a ring from a broken engagement from 39 years ago! My old ring sat in a drawer for all those years and now I have a beautiful new ring I can wear every day. I worked with Dennis and could not be happier with the quality and the professionalism of service. Thank you!

    The only reason I m giving this place a 5 star review and not 1 it’s because of the sales associate Marg, she is the sweetest! She spent time with me picking out jewelry, chatting and laughing she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, truly a beautiful human being inside out ! Unfortunately I could not say the same for the owner of the shop which has 0 customers skills and quite frankly he shouldn’t even be on the floor chatting with customers! My family purchased from them in the past and they knew the old owner which I believe it’s his father ! Well he made me feel like I was a scammer which made me feel very uncomfortable also his attitude made me almost walk out of the shop! and the only reason I went through with the purchase was because of Marg ( we all need a Marg in our lives ) when I got home I expressed to my parents the rudeness of the owner and that’s not how you run a business in a professional matter specifically when there is so many competitors with better professional business skills then him! Update : I went back to the jewelry store to see Marg ( I always love seeing her and her bright personality)and I purchased a tennis bracelet, the owner was kind enough to size it complimentary for me . I thought that was a really such a really nice gesture that I really appreciate it !

    Donna was absolutely wonderful to work with. She understood what it was my daughter was looking for, and made it happen. She is so knowledgeable and experienced in the jewelry business, it was an absolute pleasure to work with her again. I highly recommend Donna at Davalle, she is very professional and understands her clients.

    My family has been shopping at DaValle, since they were at Belmont & Central and I was a young girl. Since then my daughters are shopping at DaValle! The one thing I feel is the most important to us, is we feel confident in the quality of the jewelry we buy. Everyone at DaValle is wonderful, I usually work with Donna. She has worked there as long as I can remember. Every time I ask for anything, her response is "of course we can do that". The latest is a piece we created. I can't wait to pick it up. I love the idea that it was my creation and Donna and the person making it, are bringing it to life. I am 100% confident it will be exactly what I want. That's why I go! The entire DaValle family is welcoming.

    Absolutely in love with DaValle Jewelers!!! Have been going there for a few years thanks to my moms introduction. Donna is excellent and the only one we go to see. She is such a pleasure to work with, professional, super knowledgable and takes great care of us. Have taken my ring in I got from my mom first to replace a little diamond and more recently to get it adjusted to fit better. Got it back quick and looks great, fits perfect now. Overall a great atmosphere and everyone makes you feel welcome and a part of the family, instantly ready to help you.

    Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I know nothing about engagement rings and Donna was so helpful and gave me her honest opinions.     I always knew I wanted a black diamond engagement ring and had an idea of what I wanted it to look like. Originally I wanted a princess cut diamond but Marge insisted I needed a cushion cut. I am so glad I listened to her because the ring she designed is most definitely the ring of my dreams. I am so beyond happy with how my ring came out. Thank you Marge and DaValle jewelers!

    I love this store. Donna was amazing! She helped me through the whole process, and I will certainly return in the future. I had 2 rings custom engagement rings made using family jewelry. We used the diamonds from our previous jewelry and DaValle's bought the remaining gold. They were to be a set, similar style for my partner and I. My ring has my grandma's wedding diamond in it, so it was it was not just the financial value that was being put into these rings. My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the final products! I met with 4 other jewelers, and none of them were as helpful, kind, funny, understanding, or made me feel at ease with what could have been a stressful experience. I never felt pressure, or that they were trying to upsell me. Thank you!!

    Very disappointed with DaValle. Used to tell people to go there, and used to be happy to do so. Key word. USED TO. That was the past. Why? Simple. I purchased my wife's platinum engagement ring, and her 2 wedding bands from DaValle as well as my platinum ring. Spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on these pieces. I will admit they are exactly what we wanted so that is not why my view has changed about them. We recently moved back into the area where DaValle is located. My wife rarely wears her rings as they are a bit big on her now, but does occasionally. She never wore them daily as her profession didn't cater to having jewelry on her hands. That being said a one of the diamonds over time became loose. She went to DaValle and ask if they could tighten the prong. Instead she was told well thats normal wear and tear and want to charge $75. The money is not the issue. The lack of standing behind your products that are sold to customers and then told its the customers fault after when being sold being told we stand behind our products? Seems a bit of a sham to me. Wont be back. I will pay another jeweler to do the work vs giving you my money.

    Our family have always had a wonderful experience. Our whole family have been DaValle customers for years. Our favorite jewelry expert is Rose. Rose knows our whole family, she always remembers who bought what and when and for which special occasion. Regardless of what you are looking for, if they don’t have it in stock….Rose will find you what you want! Thank you Rose!🤗

    Walked in, described the wedding band we wanted for my fiancé, and Marge pulled out the ring we would end up purchasing on first try. She just knew! Beyond that, GREAT energy and personality and the ring was delivered on time!     I love this place! I haven’t purchased anything (yet) but I did have a complicated / difficult repair done. They are very busy and gave me a decent timeline and then finished the work in a fraction of the time given/ I was so happy with the end product and the wicked fast repair. This jeweler is a pro! My husbands wedding band looks brand new! Repair Pricing is reasonable too!

    From the first call to the moment you walk in to DaValle you are treated like family. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I personally worked with Marge and Rose. They made my fiancé and I’s dream engagement ring. When I say they make dreams come true they really do. My had brought in a diamond that was passed down to me from my mother. My fiancé came up with the idea for the ring to put his birthstone (ruby) and mine (aquamarine) on each side and the diamond in the middle symbolizing our two souls coming to one with the diamond. We told Rose and Marge this idea they had a custom setting made, they picked out wonderful Gems. Absolutely immaculate coloring in the ruby and aquamarine. I honestly would not go anywhere but DaValle’s. They are honest and dedicated to making anyone who comes though the door a very happy/lucky customer. They were not pushy to make a sale and listened to everything you tell them. They truly want to get to know you and your loved one. Dennis (the owner) was a big part in this process too! He inspected the diamond and gave me the best options for it. I will definitely be sending anyone and everyone I know to them!
