We stood in line and took PCR tests on 12/28/21. They said it would take 2 to 3 days to get the results. It is now the 31st and we still have not received the results. There goes our New Years celebration plans. Even though we registered online, we did not receive confirmation emails. At this point we think this is scam.

Waited 16 days for PCR test results. No one answers the phone. The email says inbox is full.

With the increase on covid and the huge lines to get tested this temporarily tent testing site was easy enough, sometimes too easy isn’t too good. Out of 3 of us only one tested positive with the rapid test the ones that were negative are the ones with more symptoms. Haven't received a PCR yet it’s been 4 days and no email whatsoever. I wouldn’t trust them.

I got a test on 95th street in Chicago on 12/21/21, I have requested my results several times via the QR Code, called several times either get no answer or a voice mail, even went back to the test location. Today is 1/12/22 and I still have no response from them or my test results. I understand they are busy, but this is ridiculous. I need to know if I had the virus or not as it affects others!

Got tested on 12/27 was told would get results within 48 hours. it is now 1/3 and the lab will not pick up calls and if you send an email they have a turnaround generic email of "5+ DAYS". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Run dont walk. Finally, saw some undertable dealing, if you want their facility to process your lab just pay. Man walked in and gave $100 and the clerk put his testing in a different section. Maybe they should have advertised you can get your reslts if you pay.

Received a PCR test. No results over 4 days. Go ahead and call their numbers, they’ll just go straight to voice mail. Emailing you MAY reach their “program manager” if you can even call them a manger. First they tell me I just request the results, now I have to call a lab to get them. After emailing back and forth I’ve still received no results and only loss of brain cells. Photo below shows the manager can’t even send me a proper phone number after trying to request results for the last day.

Took a test 12/23/21 never got an email, took a test again 12/29/21 never got email. We went again 01/07/22 haven't gotten an email. My wife went 01/12/22, got the email 01/16/22 she was positive. not sure what is going on but it isn't good. I would use DCL instead of these folks. Shame on me for going back more than once. We used the location in Mundelein Il, because the DCL facility didn't have pcr.

We have used their Indianapolis outpost 2x (5900 82nd Street near Castleton Mall). The initial service was good. Easy, free. No line. Tested 3 kids from the car. Received rapid test results in 10 minutes while we waited. The challenge has been the PCR results. The first time, the results took 2.5 days to get back. The second time, the results took almost 4 days to process! We needed the results before our kids could return to school, so waiting was frustrating. A lot of other labs are much faster on the processing. If you need speedy PCR results, I would not recommend, but otherwise this is a good option.

My family got tested for a PCR 3 days before their flight, the day they should have gotten their results the email was locked. We were told to call the doctor to get emailed the documents, and when he did it was all incorrect information. We took over 30 phone calls and 3 hours just to get results on email for 3 people. Not only that, but when we called the doctor he hung up on my face saying “I don’t have time for this”, we were about to miss our flight because the “doctor” couldn’t make time for his own clients and his own mess of paper works.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Called for two days and kept getting the answering machine. We have been waiting for 5 days for our results. Today I finally got ahold of them and they LOST my kids' PCR tests and mine is still pending. DO NOT get tested at a site that takes their tests here. They are unethical and extremely unorganized.

My family and I got a PCR test done on the evening of Dec 23rd and we’re told we will receive our results by the morning of Dec 25th. Half of the family got the results on Dec 25th at 8PM which is already late and the other half still haven’t received any results and it is 5PM on Dec 26. We’ve been calling the clinic all day but they won’t answer. They answered by mistake once and they were extremely rude saying they don’t know where the results are and they dont know when we’ll get it. We missed two flights because of this!

Patient beware- if you are trying to get a PCR (Not the Rapid) for travel purposes, save yourself some major anxiety, frustration and heartbreak by doing it somewhere else. The only reason they Are getting 1 star because this service is helpful in terms of administering rapid tests. In order to enter Canada, you need to take a PCR test within 72 hours of crossing the border (I was driving from Chicago to Winnipeg). I was all set with my CVS results (thanks CVS for following through in getting results through in 48 hours) times perfectly- except the day i was to leave, a friend told me he may have been exposed to someone who tested positive. In an abundance of caution i delayed my trip and got a test on the 23rd. I was told within 48 hours. I was waiting for my friend’s negative result before hitting the road. I took another test the 24th and 25th (again told within 48 hours). I left the morning of the 26th. He didn’t get his result until we’ll over the 72 hour period. I was hoping I would get my result but no. Also well outside the 72 hour period. I left several messages, spoke to two people, corresponded via email with a program manager and emailed any ohare lab email I could find. And still no result. I’m now stuck in Fargo in a snowstorm. After 3-4 hours of calling places, trying to find a place that could guarantee 24-48 hour result time - no luck. I did find a place where I can now pay $225 to get a rapid pcr that is accepted at the border. I was supposed to arrive on the 24th. I now won’t arrive until mid aft on the 28th. And will have to turn around and leave 2 days later. This service over promises and under delivers. I am very upset that I missed more than half of my planned for vacation. And if I hadn’t found the place i did, I would have had to turn around and drive back to Chicago (10 hours with stops). So basically ohare ruined my family vacation and countless others as you can see from other reviews. Terrible service.

Louisville KY location at Hurstbourne and Westport rd. is not worth your time going to. Myself and my daughter were pcr tested on 1/2 and we have yet to get results. Emailed and called. Did speak to someone at the 800 number on the Thursday after being tested, and that person told me I should have results that Saturday. It is the following Saturday, and I am still waiting. Do not waste your time with this lab.
