Ordered through drive thru got 2 fries nuggets and spicy mcchicken and come to find a long hair In sandwich which is super disappointing and disgusting to mention and called the so called “manager” Silvia and told her that I would like my money back and she was saying that she’d give me another one to replace and to be honest literally disgusted me so much I just threw everything away but she wasn’t understanding at all and said she can NOT give money back that she is apparently an “employee” all of a sudden worked in restaurant business before and definitely not service that would like to see from them ever again so if corporate sees this please put your so called “manager” Silvia in check along with location definitely not even worth a star at all. I’ve already thrown up twice so thanks a lot

The worst McDonald’s ever every time I go I asked for my food to be fresh tonight I ask for fresh food and the the girl at the window gives me a 2 burger buns and something inside the bread I went to report to the manager he said he don’t care and just poor Managment skills i reporting this to the better business and osha health department send a email to district manager.

I ordered drive thru 2 big Mac and one big Mac was good. The other one had moldy cheese that tasted horrible, it was all blue, the girl working the drive thru was also very loud and rude. Never coming to mcds anymore this happens so often with the food issues here

Normally you have to be really bad to get a review and spend extra time. I just wanted to say I really think the McDonald’s is great. My app coupon code wasn’t working and they still gave it to me. Now I’m not someone who will over look the fact that employees don’t have control over the app and would fuss. Try being nice to employees they’re just ppl who get it.

This is the best McDonald's in the area. Good service. Great clean lobby, good music. My order was fast and Fresh. And there's ice cream machine is always working. And they serve breakfast all day. The worker with the necklaces has great customer service. Hope he becomes a manager someday.

I went and ordered food on 9/28/2023 and when i arrived home we were looking at our order and we didn’t have the the order i arrived at the drive thru to talk to a manager about it and they were giving me attitude and told me that i have to wait till the next morning to talk to the morning manager to get the rest of my order when they are the current managers and they could’ve just finished giving me my order that was just one item to be honest i feel like those two managers need to be replace with a more professional management due to them just giving me attitude and not give me the one item and wanted me to wait until the next day in the morning

Beyond terrible McDonald’s. I was just here in the drive thru. Ordered 3 hashbrowns & 2 McGriddles and was told it was $20 and that they’re only accepting cash and I wasn’t able to get a receipt lmao. I had cash but two nights prior I got the same order and was told it was around $13.59 (and I also paid cash and had exact change). They never gave me my change and I questioned this twice but the girl just had a blank and dumb look on her face and said the system is down but her manager is sure that that was the total. They overcharged me and took money from me and didn’t own up to their mistake and unethical behavior. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst experience ever. They gave me 1/3 lemonade and and 2/3 ice and REFUSED to refill for me when I sharing with my 3 yr old daughter. A multimillion dollar company can't spare a few cents for a drink, SMH. Hope they like clogged toilets

Everytime we order they drive thru never take our order right. first thing i ordered when i pulled up was a L mocha frappe and she adds it apparently she removed because when i go to receive my food they say there was no frappe

Went for ketchup and asked for ten packets, they went above and beyond and gave us eleven. Outstanding service great job McDonald's.

$2.08 for a small coffee? I couldn’t believe what I heard, asked two times and after confirming rejected purchase. Everywhere else it it dollar something, sometimes below dollar if I get senior coffee. Two dollars???? No, thank you, I go somewhere else.

The service here is HORRIBLE! Andrea refused to give me her name after I asked I had to call the restaurant! There was also a lady manager in shift mad saying I can't be adding on anything in the window when Andrea took my 2 drink order and icecream cone order she repeated the order in the speaker and still didn't add the drink it's no big deal i gave my card to pay but a apology goes a long way! Instead of them being mad and saying I didn't order that she could just say sorry I missed it I didn't care to pay for the drink I gave them my card! But when they are talking to me like I'm dumb there's an issue from the management to Andrea you guys make the company look bad. No one takes accountability for a small mistake and just fix the issue instead of having a discussion of whose wrong.
