I love Sarpinos. I order two pizzas and sandwich they were baked to perfection! The staff is great as well delivery driver who deliver the food less in 30mins!! There is no delivery charge which is rear to see in Chicago. Thank you! 🍕

I like Sarpinos. They are open until 4 a.m. which is great for late night working or studying sessions. The online order discount code sometimes does not work, but they very nicely let me have the discount when I ordered by phone. The pizza is good and there are lots of topping options. My favorite item on the menu is the cheesy breadsticks. I get them with the creamy garlic dipping sauce. Yum! However, I must deduct one star because of my most recent delivery experience. The driver was very nice and on time, but 1) he came to my apartment building door instead of staying in his car for "contactless curbside delivery", and 2) he was not wearing a mask. During this pandemic, all delivery people should be wearing masks and limiting contact with customers, just as we customers should be doing the same. So I will not order from Sarpinos again until the COVID situation is over. UPDATE: I now add a note to my delivery directions, asking delivery person to wear a mask when coming to my building (I wear one too). Since then, every delivery driver has worn a mask when showing up at my door. So if you're concerned like I was, I recommend doing this. Rerated to 5 stars.

You know, my name is Isaac Viera, im here from outta town and my boys have always raved about Sarpinos, so i came out on business and i ordered, and the ball was dropped, cause no one is perfect and EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES. BUT I WILL SAY, I CALLED THEM BACK, AND THEY REMADE MY ORDERED, DENIED MY OFFER TO CHARGE ME FOR A SAUCE SO I COULD TIP THE DELIVERY DRIVER THEN WHEN MY FOOD SHOWED UP, I OFFERED TO CASH APP THE PERSON THAT WAS DELIVERING MY FOOD, I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, ANNOYINGLY, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE MANGER HER SELF, WAS MY DELIVERY DRIVER AND SHE MADE SURE TO DENY SAID TIP AND THAT I RECEIVED MY ORDER EXACTLY HOW I ORDERED IT! The bread sticks were hard and paper thin. The pizza always arrives cold. The one and only time I called about the pizza being cold, I was offered a refund, which I accepted. The next time I went to order, my telephone number was listed as fraudulent and if I wanted to make an order I would have to use a different telephone number. So because I complained, and was given a refund, as I should have been, my telephone number was flagged for being fraudulent!

their deep dish did not meet expectations. requested for three types of toppings, but could hardly find any under all that pizza sauce. if you like your sauce to be on the more sweeter side, this is definitely for you

I order from Sarpino's time to time and every experience has been absolutely 10/10! They're open late, offer free delivery, and have fair prices on their menu items. What's not to love?

Usually I have no problems, but the last couple of times I have orders at least one thing is wrong. I recently ordered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni and the got that wrong. I called and they offered to send a new one and the messed that one up too. They added buffalo sauce to the pizza even though it was stated on the last pizza just marinara sauce.

This is by far our FAVORITE neighborhood pizza place. My parents are so picky when it comes to pizza. Every time we’ve ordered from this location, it has been absolutely delicious! Our favorite pizza is the BBQ chicken bonanza (we customize it to remove the peppers). SO GOOD! I love the pesto chicken pizza and Mac and cheese bites too. I came to the reviews tonight to see what people recommended to try something new and was shocked at the negative reviews. We have never had a bad pizza from here and the delivery drivers are always very nice. Most of the time it’s delivered before the ETA. We love this pizza spot and I would recommend giving it a try!!
