Awesome experience, we celebrated my son’s birthday here and it was great! Emily my party host was outstanding, constantly checking-in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was decorated by staff member Mercedes and it turn out awesome! Worse place ever! Never encountered such rude and lazy staff like the ones at this location. Got turned away because I didn’t have a reservation. No where online did it mentioned one was required. Apparently that’s their own rule they have because the employees are too lazy to just help ring a customer up. She was rude and disrespectful! So I Made my reservation myself and was finally allowed in. I got the most expensive package for my husband, me and my two kids. Upon entering, the lockers were unavailable/not working, so my husband had to carry all our belongings around the facility and didn’t even get to play any games/attractions. Then to make worse, the expensive attractions we paid for were CLOSED! Their go carts, virtual reality, defy gravity, drop zone, freestyle jump, jump duck dodge and I can’t remember what else were all CLOSED. I have pictures and videos. I’ve tried calling them and no answer, you can’t leave a voicemail either. I contacted corporate and they stated that they are individually owned and therefore can’t really help. They forwarded my email several times to the location and they even tried getting in contact with the facility. They said no one has been answering their calls or picking up. All they can advise is to go in and speak to someone. My next step is to report them with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible facility and will never go back!

The place its alright staff very helpful ! They have go karts for the kids that is awesome 😎 to many place to jump and have fun with the kids and let put ur inner kids have fun to! This place gets packed and to be very honest, instead of going to R1, just go here they will enjoy it more. Cons: Many times there were teenagers running and bumping into the adults. They should have a little control, otherwise they should check the wrist bands more often because I say this for the reason that only There is only one person checking out, They just need a little more organization to avoid miss understanding. I hope to return again when they have their hours from 10AM to 10PM!

——-Update : 1/2024 - I gave this place another chance, and I have to say that I’m still disappointed. The place itself is phenomenal, it’s so cool, and there are many things for children to do for a variety of ages. We were waiting at the zip line and the gentleman who was over seeing it walked away. After about 10 minutes and several parents and kids asking me if I could help them, I finally went to go tell a worker. I stated that the individual just decided to walk away and leave his post. She stated that that wasn’t her problem , and that people are just gonna have to wait. I feel like the main problem with this place is the workers that are there either: 1)Do not like their job in general or 2) just do not like kids. I will be posting a photo of the zip line unattended with the gate wide open. Do better urban air! In the photo, you can see a boy confused, waiting as he just came out of the zip line and needed to be in strapped. ———————— It was our first time at urban air. We visited on a Sunday. Overall, the park is super cool, my kid loved it. I rated this 2 stars because I recommend that the employees get better training. They were young teenagers, and didn’t seem enthusiastic to be working with children. They didn’t greet the kids nor interact with them at all. During one of the courses, a male teenager was whistling when the kids were considered to be out of the game. Which was fine, however the manner that he went about it was very rude. This didn’t happen to my child, but it was toward another child.

Facility was decent. It was super loud inside and stinks a bit. The air circulation was not good. Staff was decent but not informed about their own system and what is what or height limit etc. also some area were understaff like the climbing area where only one person works and let in 2-3 people at a time for 5-10 minutes? It wasn’t clear and she definitely let different groups of people in for different amount of time. It is easily a 20-30 min wait even if you only have a few people in front. I think they can come up with a better system considering the area is big enough. Easily add one more staff person and be able to double the speed of the line. The bathroom was kinda ugh one sink was broken (only one left) and one stall was broken too. It’s a pretty big place for just one sink. Had to wait to wash hands. Overall facility is good but fairly chaotic. I wished they open earlier so there could be more chill/quiet time for those going early or with smaller kids.

I took my two sons and their friends to celebrate my 14 year olds birthday. They all had a great time. They have a food area where you can buy pizza and drinks. You have to buy socks and they have a 2 hour limit to play. They give you colored wrist bands. They have lockers you can rent.

Still great fun for my 12yo and his buddy to burn some energy over their school break. I was a little turned off by the fact that the prices didn’t indicate the timeframe so when our time ran out, we were a little shocked. Expect to pay about 20 bucks an hour per kid if you want access to everything. I had a problem checking in but the staff was committed to making sure we had a good time and everything is fair. The shift manager was extremely friendly and competent.

If you plan on going don’t get the premium!! It’s not north spending so much money. Half the attractions were closed! So disappointed! They also had no socks and the whole place smelled like marijuana. It’s a family place it shouldn’t smell that way!!! Also the staff was rude! I only took those pictures but other attractions were closed.

We had a ball on yesterday! My baby enjoyed her birthday jumping and playing around with her baby brother and I. At first I didn’t think my 1 year old would be able to do anything but he had so much fun jumping and playing in that play area with the slides. We went earlier in the afternoon so it wasn’t much traffic and they didn’t make us leave because it was slower traffic. Thank You! My baby said mommy this was the best birthday ever!!! Also those honey hot wings and loaded waffle fries are the bomb! I’m thinking of coming just to grab that to go! We will be back!

I’m updating this review! While it was frustrating to show up 15 minutes early (as recommended) to prep only to be standing in front of the door until the moment they opened at 12 (party was 12-2) and then have our time start immediately before people even arrived… the day was pretty GREAT! The manager was understanding and nice and allowed us to stay past our time to make up for not having any time to get set up or have kids get their socks and wrist bands on. That is one tip for your guests - get there 10 mins early even before the party starts and get your socks and wrist bands ready because your 2 hour party time starts ASAP. Late guests will not have as much play time and the time goes by quick! There is lots to do for kids and parents. We got the ultimate party package for an 8 year olds birthday and it was perfect - it doesn’t include go karts and one other big kid thing and that’s fine. You can buy that separately. We had a party of 14 kids - 2 pizzas with drinks and cake was enough. But if you’re feeding parents you’ll need more. Our host was great - she helped tremendously by passing out food and cleaning up. Would come here again!!! Note - I’m reading some negative comments on the staff. They are nice and many are pretty young. Just be nice and tell them exactly what you need to them to do and they’ll work with you! I don’t suggest attacking them with questions and concerns. Lol

Rude, lazy staff. My daughter even asked, "Momma, why are they so mean?" Paid for top level wrist band that allows for premium rides. Staff never said that it is only good for 2 hours. My 5 year old wanted to play on the trampolines and stuff, then have a bite to eat, then go karts. Told we couldn't use them because our time had expired. Tables near the concession area were filthy - actually disgusting, to be honest. It was busy and there were 2 empty booths that nobody would sit at because they were filthy and needed to be wiped down. While we ate, I watched 3 staff members just sit on their phones completely ignoring the booths. Lockers were broke - was worried we wouldn't be able to get our belongings out. Bathrooms were also pretty dirty.

I had the pleasure of having Tori , Esperanza in the food area help me with my order in a fast matter and very respectful. Angel was also helpful with the children on the bumper cars. The staff were excellent and the place was filled with many attractions for all ages

My children love this place very much. They can spend a whole day there. They have very delicious pizza, but I wish the music volume was lowered a little because it is annoying sometimes.

What a workout! The breaking of social barriers in such a land of cocaine and covid is really magical, and having a ball-pit ball fight with triplets amongst flashing colors and utter chaos made the thing feel like a dream. We paid extra to Go-Kart and it was **not** worth it. They're slow and short and a good rule of thumb says that it's only a good Go-Kart if you have to wear a helmet. (Which you do not)

Booked a birthday party online in January, for an August birthday. I specifically selected this location because we went to a birthday party here and had a great experience! The process of making the booking online was easy and I liked how I was able to add additional food to the reservation online versus waiting until the day of. Unfortunately, everything after this, was a poor experience. The location is nice and it was clean during our visit. All of the staff was very friendly. They also offer alcohol which some Urban Air locations do not. The poor experience after booking: it was so hard getting in contact with anyone from the location to confirm the party information and answer questions I had. I reached out a few times through customer service and online because each time I call the center, you reach a voicemail box then can't leave a voicemail. At one time, I did receive a call from the manager. The conversation at first was great. Gabe answered all of my questions, and told me on the day of the party if I needed anything another manager Liz would be there. Gabe did provide me his number at that time of the call, however, I did not save his phone number and I have a new phone. So, not having his direct number and not being able able to get ahold of anyone is frustrating since I was booking the party and even when there is an issue and there was no way to even try to get a resolution. The day of the party, the manager on duty, was not Liz, but another manager named Marquita. She did do a great job during the party to provide a resolution she could during the time of our party, but to request some type of refund for the party needs to go through managers above her. She did give me an email address, but the email address was wrong. Gabe did call me back after my review was posted and asked me what type of resolution I was looking for and did offer a discount for a future party, but I declined. Gabe again was helpful, but due to my experience during the party and during our call, there was a lot of miscommunication from his staff. So, I declined. NO RESOLUTION was made. The refund during the party was for some of the food items. We spent over a grand and was not worth it. We were hoping for some type of refund even if that meant $50. We paid the day of the party, before the party started, but only had 15 kids versus 20. We booked the party package that includes all of the park attractions and during our event there was a few attractions not working or available. For example the Sky Rider. I understand that breakdowns can happen or need to be charged, but the guests were not able to enjoy all attractions paid for. There was no silverware provided, UNTIL we asked for a manager. We had ordered a tray of fries part of the reservation and the fries did not get brought to the party UNTIL after we asked to speak to a manger. It was not delivered at the time of the rest of food. Again, Marquita did her best during our visit once we asked to speak with a manager. There was no dark pop available, so we requested Fanta because we were told that was an option, but that was also out of syrup. So, we ordered the sprite, but that was flat as well. We only had 2 options of drinks. This is not the party host fault at all or Marquita. If the center knew they had reservations booked for parties in advance, why not make sure the kitchen is fully stocked? We were not the only party there, on top of open play. Again, during my call with Gabe, there was clearly miscommunication within his staff. Overall, our experience was poor and due to the difficulty of getting in contact with someone, I don't recommend to have a party here. I am also upset there was no resolution available besides a discount for a future party. Previously, I mentioned the staff was friendly, but now I know that they lied to Gabe, that also does not make me a happy customer and I don’t recommend this location at all.

It was my second time bringing my son here, but this time I also brought three of his little school friends who had never visited before. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was incredibly welcoming and cautious. Liz Lopez, the manager, and Kevin were both incredibly helpful and cordial. We bought our food from a counter, and the staff there was welcoming and helpful. made my child and his pals have such a good time! We sincerely value your help! His birthday was on Wednesday, so we came! made this snowy day fantastic! I'm grateful.

Not only is it Father's day but we celebrate my grandaughter's B-day tomorrow. The rides here are fun. She is four. Then they grow up. Hopefully we can spend a lot of time with her. Yaaaaaa :)

Urban Air is an amazing place to have a birthday party. Our hostess, Sara, did everything for me. She relieved much stress. I had the opposite experience at sky zone and so I was not expecting such help. The kids had a blast and the parents were also thankful. They are also helpful in informing you of the way a membership can discount your party. ☺️ Thank you Urban Air.
