I love my apartment. Great layout and appliances. Nice sized balcony. It’s perfect and the amenities we have are beautiful. The staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I don’t want to live anywhere else.

Decent living space, but not necessarily worth the cost. You really are paying for location, schools, etc. Amenity's are mid, elevators break frequently, replaced garage door when it's the sensors that need replacing, in unit washer & dryer are also mid. Few tenants are moving out because of the significant rent increases. Customer service is also mid. May be better off finding a bigger place, 5 minutes away for cheaper. Staff is great tho

People are friendly, Nicole was amazing and kind! She helped make sure I was settled in and everything was as easy as possible for my move. Happy I decided to move here!

We have lived here for a year and a half and have always felt right at home. The location is fantastic as the train is steps from the front door and the highway is minutes away. Management has been helpful and flexible working through any issues we’ve had so far. We love that this is a dog friendly community and appreciate the grass yard and covered dog run available. Management has been making a big effort to throw fun events for the residents (cooking class, wine night, etc). Apartment living can be tough in any building, but we’ve enjoyed our experience here so far!

I have been a resident of The Marke since December of 2019. The amenities are top notch and the building is impeccably maintained. The maintenance staff is highly responsive and the property management staff is always accessible and professional. The apartment layout of my unit is outstanding and many friends that live in the other two luxury apartment buildings here in Elmhurst often comment about how much space my unit seems to have (which is a result of great architectural design and layout). The appliances are all high-end and the “fit and finish” of everything else makes The Marke the best choice for anyone looking to move to this area. I would definitely recommend The Marke as the place to consider as your next home.

I love living at The Marke. Giovanna and Nicole are amazing and have really made us feel at home including our puppy. The events they have planned are adorable like a pool party for the pups and a s’more party by the fire pit. My pup will not go back to our apartment without first stopping in the office to say hello and get a little treat from her 2 best friends. I can not say enough about the wonderful people and dogs that live here and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. We’ve met lifelong friends here and we can’t wait to see what’s next in store! Thank you Giovanna and Nicole and the rest of The Marke staff you guys are seriously amazing!

I love the location of The Marke and the staff have been wonderful! The building is well maintained and the office is happy to help with any questions I may have. Maintenance is courteous and always completes work orders in a timely manner. The apartments are modern and give a luxurious feel.

If you are looking for an upscale community with all of the amenities in a cute downtown area, this is the place! From the apartments, club room, roof top deck with pool, fire pit, outdoor bar, grills, table tennis, bags....I mean, it has it all! Dog friendly too! :) Giovanna and Nicole in the office are amazing too- always planning fun get togethers with the residents- smores and wine night at the fire pit just this week! Its lovely here !!
