I
lived
here
for
15
months
and
was
so
initially
excited,
but
boy
was
it
overall
a
disappointment.
There
are
definitely
some
pros
like
the
view
of
the
city,
the
location,
and
the
amazing
maintenance
staff,
but
the
cons
were
so
bad
that
I
could
never
recommend
this
place.
-
My
unit
was
right
beside
the
garbage
shoot
and
the
smell
seeped
in
through
the
entire
unit
no
matter
what
I
tried.
Air
fresheners,
candles,
air
purifier,
requesting
maintenance
to
clean
the
shoot…
It
was
awful.
-
Walls
are
PAPER
THIN.
I
had
the
displeasure
of
listening
to
my
neighbor’s
music,
dogs
barking,
kids,
bedroom
activities,
and
casual
talking
as
if
there
was
no
separation
at
all.
Even
when
I
filed
a
noise
complaint,
nothing
ever
happened.
I
could
still
hear
them
loud
and
clear
in
the
bedroom
with
the
door
shut
from
the
opposite
end
of
the
apartment.
And
I’m
not
talking
muffled
voices.
I
mean
I
could
hear
everything.
Everything.
-
The
package/mail
system
is
a
mess.
The
package
room
is
unorganized
and
sometimes
you
spend
15
minutes
looking
for
a
package
you
know
was
delivered
but
cannot
find
it.
Sometimes
it’s
not
even
in
the
package
room.
Sometimes
it’s
by
the
mailbox,
sometimes
locked
away
in
a
separate
mailbox,
sometimes
by
the
entrance,
or
sometimes
in
the
vestibule
in
the
corner.
Finding
anything
was
a
wild
goose
chase
and
many
times
it
would
take
an
extra
day
or
two
to
show
up
somewhere.
When
I
moved
in
I
was
told
they
were
starting
a
system
where
packages
would
be
delivered
to
our
doors
but
that
never
happened.
-
On
top
of
that,
the
shared
utilities
bills
are
insanely
high.
I
had
a
one
bedroom
and
the
bill
was
around
$200
per
month.
This
didn’t
even
include
electric.
Fees
for
anything
and
everything
are
insane.
Even
my
move
out
fee
where
I
cleaned
the
unit
was
nearly
$500.
-
Then
when
it
came
time
to
renew,
there
was
a
HUGE
increase
with
no
room
for
negotiation.
I
tried.
The
place
was
not
worth
nearly
what
they
were
trying
to
rent
it
for.
Their
‘algorithmic
pricing’
makes
no
sense
and
changes
by
the
day
without
human
intervention.
It
just
leaves
you
feeling
hopeless.
-
Moving
out
was
awful.
In
order
to
move
out
you
must
reserve
the
single
freight
elevator
for
a
2
hour
timeslot
between
11am-4pm.
That’s
it.
Those
are
the
only
times.
I’ve
never
had
movers
so
baffled
when
the
best
they
could
give
me
was
a
3
hour
arrival
window
which
was
already
more
than
the
allotted
2
hours
I
could
reserve.
I
couldn’t
even
be
the
first
move
of
the
day
since
the
earliest
I
could
request
the
elevator
was
11.
I
had
planned
a
move
time
and
date,
then
because
of
this
elevator
issue,
had
to
completely
reschedule.
It
was
insanely
stressful
and
I
ended
up
having
to
pay
more
for
my
movers
in
order
for
them
to
accommodate
these
restrictions.
This
place
is
run
like
a
company
that
just
wants
your
money
and
they
don’t
hide
it.
There
were
times
I
could
tell
the
staff
had
sympathy
for
me,
but
their
corporate
overlords
did
not
allow
them
to
help
in
the
ways
I
needed.
It’s
a
real
shame
since
even
with
all
the
cons
listed
above,
I
was
planning
to
stay.
When
I
saw
the
renewal
offer
I
laughed
because
it
was
so
insanely
expensive
for
what
you
get
and
what
you
have
to
put
up
with.
Unless
you’re
super
rich
and
don’t
care
about
extra
fees/noises/smells/whatnot,
I
would
avoid
this
place.
It’s
honestly
not
worth
the
hassle
or
the
money.
