From the receptionist, to Stephanie to Dr.Peters everyone and everything was seamless. I saw three to four surgeons before finding Dr.Peters and she was the first consultation I left without feeling overwhelmed and regretting my decision. She answered all my questions, made me feel safe, and was truly just so personable. My results are everything I wanted and more. I saw Josie at my follow up and she was also incredible. I cannot recommend this office enough!! My reduction is amazing and I can’t wait to take my new self into the world. She’s a confidence builder.

I had a consultation for a Breast Reduction back in August and from the moment my mom and I walked into the office we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. After meeting Dr. Peters, I knew I wanted her to be my surgeon! She was kind, knowledgeable, and confident. We are were able to schedule my procedure for December! Stephanie, the practice manager, made sure to explain expectations/financial obligations clearly to us and was helpful throughout the process! Day of surgery went smoothly and I had no reason to be nervous! I’m 4 days post op and they look amazing. For too many years I've dreamt of getting a Bilateral breast reduction and this past year I finally decided to start my journey in this pursuit, and to find the best surgeon I could to give me my dream results. Dr. Lisa Peters, and her entire staff, blew me away and exceeded my expectations starting with the very first time we met. She and all her wonderful staff I've interacted with have been very attentive, caring, responsive and knowledgeable. With Dr. Peters from the start, my initial consult was straight to the point of what would come of my results. She showed me before and after pictures of each size she could do (small, medium, large) I went with small-medium for my size and frame. She listened to all concerns I had with sizing, and thoroughly explained how she would be doing my incisions. Stephanie, who I can't thank enough, was / is amazing with the financial / insurance aspects, and if I had any questions was very quick and responsive. (Seriously, I sent her my documents for insurance and she responded and sent out to insurance within a couple of hours!) During my last pre-op appointment I got a packet of my after care instructions of what I needed after surgery and the care I needed to take to ensure the best results after such a serious, major, life-changing surgery. The day of surgery I saw Dr. Peters right before I was put under to get me marked up and confirm my desired size. We both were all smiles and excited for this life changing surgery. Before she left she looked at me and said "I have a plan!" and put me at ease. Of course she had a plan! I have been following ALL instructions, as all sensible patients should! and I feel wonderful for 2 weeks post op!! I actually felt much better than I had imagined even the next day after surgery! I will go into the office again for a check-up at 3 months post op but was told if I needed anything to call and they would help with whatever I needed or answer any questions in the meantime. Dr. Peters has been doing this for 20+ years... it would seem she is so versed and thorough in her professional process that she could do this in her sleep!! My results are gorgeous, natural and healing perfectly. There is not a better surgeon, nurses, receptionists, etc. Her office is immaculate, beautiful, warm and welcoming with kind smiles and greetings from all. I cannot thank enough everyone who helped me there. If you're even considering to have this absolutely life changing surgery, please do yourself the greatest favor and book an appointment with Dr. Peters. (You might even get in early if you request a call for cancellations!) You will not be disappointed! She is surely, without doubt, the top surgeon in this field!!! I had an incredibly positive experience working with Dr. Peters. What drew me to her practice were the photographs of her work on her website gallery, and her videos explaining the benefits of certain procedures. The before and after photographs speak for themselves: the work is incredibly beautiful and natural looking. Hearing her describe the procedures on the videos helped put my mind at ease, as did her straightforward, compassionate demeanor. She spoke with warmth and compassion for the prospective patient, and never any condescension. When I saw Dr. Peters for a consultation, I told her that a different surgeon I met with told me they wouldn't operate on me unless I lost a significant amount of weight. Dr. Peters was extremely supportive about this, and explained to me that she had performed the procedure on individuals of all different sizes, and that I was healthy and not at any extra risk. She spent a lot of time with me at each pre-op appointment, and took the time to walk me through all the potential risks and benefits of the procedure. I really appreciated being treated so respectfully, and how seriously she took my concerns and requests. I knew I had chosen the right surgeon based upon her beautiful photos, and it was an extra bonus to feel so comfortable with her and so heard and respected. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the surgery, even just one week post-op. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Peters for any cosmetic surgery need, I can't imagine why anyone would ever choose to go anywhere else.
