I heard about Dispatch Health from a friend. My husband called them when I became delirious with naussea and headache. They came out within an hour. The team had excellent bedside manner and was very experience. They provided the care I needed. I am getting better.

Dispatch Health has visited me multiple times for various ailments. They are so much preferable to going to Urgent care or ER, and provide some care that Urgent care would send me to the ER for treatment. No waiting in uncomfortable chairs away from home and my insurance paid 100%, as opposed to some of my Urgent care visits.

It was amazing to have a doctor come to my house. I was able to get an appointment the same day and get the prescription that I asked for. The doctor and nurse both made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed at all.

What a joke they didn’t even wash their hands. They did absolutely zero for me. They even use tried using my supplies touching my stuff with those dirty, outside hands. They didn’t even supply their own supplies Wow what a joke never again. Will I ever use this service again don’t get me wrong they seem to be nice people but when working with wound care, Health care you supposed to wash your hands, not touch everything touched my supplies with dirty hands you had from the outside🤢🤮 you’re going to get someone infected and sick an that’s so sad. She took the bandage off my leg with her bare hands after working on her computer so I told her that’s OK I can apply my own dressing myself. Even touch my gloves & my other supplies with those dirty outside hands Wow.

Excellent customer service skills when calling in for service. The nurses/Dr's. Are terrific, knowledgeable and the special needs were treated promptly. I love this at home service. Beats going to the er.

So doctor who came "wasn't familiar" with foot anatomy (I had an injured foot). Also, the care team had no crutches or air cast/immobilizer. I wasn't able to get xray results until to the next day and the doc who gave me results didn't even know where my injury was and couldn't answer questions because "she couldn't see the images as " its thru a 3rd party." Also, kind of annoyed that I or my doctor can't even get ahold of the xray images (just the report).

Worst company to deal I need an appointment to treat my brother with upper respiratory sinus infection I gave all the info my insurance and they denied it and 5 months ago was accepted then I tried to pay cash and they denied me service Nia the rep she didn't even know what she was doing every time that she asked me questions or I gave her an answer
