Not sure if this is an accident or a cruel joke but I ordered from here since I have a lot of allergies and can't eat much and was tired from a long day of work. I ordered the Green stripe and they sent me a pizza crust with cheese and nothing on top. Not even sauce.

I order a lot from this place and usually never have any problems. I ordered online, 20 minutes in advance and when I got to the store my pizza wasn’t even recognized or made. I get it when the store is busy it will take longer then usual, but the store was empty. The employee didn’t seem to address me about the situation, i waited around 5 minutes when he finally talked to me regarding my order. I mean what was the point in even ordering online, food was great but I just didn’t understand the situation.

Love this place! They say that there pizza is fast causal. But I think it tastes way better than that. The Link In with spicy sauce, mushrooms and jalapeños is the way to go in my book. But the veg out is surprisingly good as well. Also you can put as many toppings as you want for $8.25, and you cant beat that!

I had a bad experience. My problem was fixed and the staff was super friendly. Pizza was great also, not doughy like most places which was a plus.

I am vegan and I'm soy free. I love that they cater to every dietary restriction! The staff is also very friendly. I love the build your own because you can customize it anyway you like and they give very general portions on the pizza!!

The atmosphere here is very nice and friendly. The employees here including the manager are very nice and helpful. The pizza here is great! Very good quality. The place looks really clean and presentable. I got the cheese bread here and it tastes amazing! I recommend trying out their dipping sauce (tomato) that comes alongside the cheese bread.

I really enjoy this location. The staff is always attentive and accommodating. The food is always fresh and tasty. I usually come in with a group for lunch and each time it is a fun and pleasant experience. The dining area is always clean. The bathrooms too. I highly recommend this location.

My last time there will be my last time there! Ordered online and was given a pick up 15 to 20 minutes later. They provide a range. Got there when it should be done and nothing. One of the employees said it was being made. Others came in, ordered their pizzas, got them cooked and left. Others came in ordered, got their pizzas and ate. Asked again. They decided to do the people who came on and ordered first, then after 40 minutes they made an about seven online pizzas. I waited 60 minutes for an undercooked pizza. This location seems to have major problems and no manager was working. Other Blaze Pizzas are outstanding. Luckily there are other places with better pizza in Berwyn.

Workers were very rude. I arrived and approached the counter to pick up my order which was placed ahead of time. As soon as I got to the counter and said hello to the workers by the oven the one facing me (male, glasses, tall, shirt dark hair, ear piece in one ear) walked away to the back. Granted he probably did not hear me because he wearing headphones. When he returned to the front he still did not acknowledge me or greet me. I greeted him again and asked for my online order. He just points to the pizza on the counter in front of us both. I responded, “this is the order here?”. He was short, “yeah”. I really dislike when people CHOOSE to work in customer service positions and not be dedicated to providing good customer service. You sir are the face of the company when I come in to get serviced. No greeting, ignoring, walking away, and being short with customers is a RUDE and unacceptable way to provide customer service. Please do better.

I get that the people that work here are not going to make a career of it but my goodness, please teach your employees basic manners. The sheer apathy! If you can’t at least acknowledge the customer standing in front of you for several minutes because you’re too busy chatting with your coworker, then maybe you need to be retrained. Although, I suspect the training is not very good to begin with. Either way, I don’t care that you’re a 17 year old snot-nosed kid. Learn to do your job with some grace, it’s a skill that will serve you a lifetime.

It is always very tasty! I like crisp, thin pizza. My pizza is extremely straightforward and has sausage, mushrooms, garlic, and spinach. No sauce, just mozzarella and parmesan. It's excellent. The spicy red sauce is great and nicely hot, and my husband adores it. I was astonished that my kids liked it as much as I did. Additionally, their aguas frescas are excellent. Although a little expensive, you get the pizza you want.

Love the concept of picking your own pizza topings as well as type of sauces kind of like subway.and after fire baking the outcome is amazingly delicious. Definitely worth a try and my guess is you will be a return customer.

Customer service is always great, the pizza is always fresh, thin, and crispy, with great flavors! The tables can use more wiping down but other then that excellent quality pizza with great customer service.

I truly like this place. Always attentive and accommodating, the employees. Always excellent and fresh cuisine is served. I frequently come here for lunch with a group, and each time is a good time. The dining area is constantly spotless. also the restrooms. This place is fantastic, in my opinion.

What an excellent Pizza! You can customize and/or order it the way you want it! the dough is extremly thin (which is great for the fire blaze oven). They have A LOT of toppings, they have vegan pizzas! they have gluten free dough, low calories dough, you name it!, and it is maybe the only pizza chain in Chicago that have basil (Spinach does NOT work for pizzas) as an option. The personel is very friendly y take a lot of detail to prepair your pizza the right way! 100% RECOMENDED!

I love pizza and I’ll come here religiously if the pizzas were more consistent. The ingredients are good and the taste of the pizzas are great but out of the 10 times I’ve ordered, 3 of the pizza’s dough were so thin and hard and the toppings were so scarce it felt like I was eating paper thin cardboard with 5 small pieces of pineapples on it. Those pizzas were supposed to contain cheese as well but I was just only eating hard crust throughout the whole pizza. However, when the pizza is made well, it’s delicious! Maybe it’s best to order 2 hours before they regularly close so that they won’t make a cheap pizza. The best experience, is to eat the pizza, right then and there, in the restaurant when it’s piping hot. The staff are always nice, the lemonades are really good, the prices are great, the building is clean and it feels modern. With all that, it’s one of the better tasting healthier pizzas I’ve had, if done consistently well. So, hopefully, I’ll keep ordering!
