Used to live here 2 years ago. Broke my hip and had to live with my daughter. These apartments are great Going to try to move back in the near future I really miss my home.

My wife and I lived there when we were starting out for 3 + years. Overall it was a good community. Management was okay, but deteriorate over time and they were taking away amenities, like free cable, monthly dog fees on top of a deposit, water was done unfairly and paid a $5.00 fee to have them bill us monthly, requiring renters insurance, and double digit rent increase every renewal. Maintenance was good, and the neighbors were okay. This is great for short term only.

Used to live here and miss it like crazy.

I moved in here about a year and a 1/2 ago. And I really like it a lot. It's very peaceful and quiet and definitely a safe place. to live. everyone is very friendly. The pool is nice too.l Tiffany at the main office is awesome!! She is always very helpful. when you need something, and prompt about getting things fixed asap...

They are older but nice and spacious. The office manager Rakeem was very helpful. He showed me a video of the one bedroom apartment and told me about the qualifications. The office smelled really nice and the laundry room was clean. Rakeem even offered me treats for my dog. I will be applying at the end of this year. Just wanted to let everyone know what a nice complex this is.

The curb appeal is very nice. The apartments are older but are very spacious. Rakeem was very friendly and helpful. He explained the differences between the 2 bedrooms and stayed on the phone with me through the wait list application process. He made an appointment with me and showed me virtual tours of the apartments. They are very well priced for the area. Thank you Rakeem for being very attentive. I can't wait to move in!!!

I’ve resided at Harbour Pines for over two years, and I’ve always experienced professionalism from the staff working here. Whether in the office or maintenance they’ve always been quick to address issues and assist in any way they can. The neighborhood is safe and close to the MIDFlorida event center. I’d recommend Harbour Pines to anyone and have close friends that have moved here as result of my positive experiences.
