love
IKG.
The
atmosphere
is
super
chill
and
everyone
there
is
really
helpful
and
always
willing
to
give
you
advice
on
ways
to
improve
your
workouts
or
answer
questions.
I
highly
recommend
the
boot
camp
classes
or
strength
training
classes
with
Nikki
and
Emily.
Both
coaches
push
you
hard
and
vary
the
work
outs
so
that
you
are
doing
something
new
almost
every
day.
The
other
coaches
seem
great
also,
I
just
haven’t
been
available
at
those
times
to
join
their
classes.
There
are
classes
available
at
different
times
of
the
day
to
fit
anyones
needs.
There
is
a
wide
range
of
people
at
different
fitness
levels
at
each
class
and
members
are
always
supportive
of
one
another.
If
you
are
just
starting
a
fitness
journey
or
looking
to
get
back
in
shape
the
classes
are
perfect
to
get
the
motivation
and
structure
you’re
looking
for!
