This Zaxby's has previously seen it's struggles but with their EXCELLENT chicken and AMAZING sauce choices I couldn't watch this location go down. I continued to visit it, fill out the survey and reach out to the owner who was very receptive. This place has been completely turned around in the past year with the past 6 months being amazing every.single.trip! This guy cares about his location, his customers and even the landscaping and parking lot. If you have never been before, stop by and give it a try. If you have and were disappointed, try again. The staff is friendly, inside is spotless and restrooms are clean. Tongue touch is my favorite sauce, it will take your chicken to the next level. My son prefers the Zax sauce. Their zalads are also excellent when looking for something a bit lighter.

Food is always pretty good and comes out fast. Service can be better but other than that, the restaurant is always clean. Not a terrible Zaxby's location, but there are better ones.

On a warm summer evening I rode my bicycle to this location on a drunken whim. I brought a chicken sandwich thinking it would be like any other chicken sandwich you can find in modern north America. I was surprised to taste this original spicy chicken sandwich on my ride back home, it was so delicious! This spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it had been blessed by the ancient gods of Sumeria. Like Ishtar and Gilgamesh were cooking back there in that Zaxby's with golden demigod chickens. Great food, friendly staff, will definitely recommend to my homies back in Mesopotamia. Will be back!

The zaxbys in Jensen beach sucks. The kids that are always working are irresponsible! Should not in the storm alone. Need better management! Food rarely fresh ever and the portion amounts always change. Almost $7 for these Cheese curds. Waste. Cold. As well as chicken strips not fresh salad with no dressing. The whole trip here for dinner was a waste. Zaxbys isn’t bad place if they have right people running the store..

I had lunch today, and the food was prepared correctly and served hot and fresh very quickly before the lunch rush. The only let down was that the ice tea, which is usually good was not available, and the automated soft drink machine was malfunctioning so there really wasn’t anything to drink available in the lobby. When you try to select a soft drink, no matter what flavor, it’s spewed all over the inside of the machine and all over your hand and the cup you’re trying to put it into. The bottom drain shelf in the machine was missing so it’s possible someone was working on the machine and did not finish, but there was no sign advising customers not to use the machine or that it was malfunctioning, etc. Other than no tea or soft drinks at all available in the lobby I had a good experience.

I don’t know where to begin. As someone who grew up with the Original Zaxby’s. This location has ruined it for me. Order 3 salads, they say they only have enough for two. I order something different they’re out of that. Driest Chicken I’ve ever had. Almost like rubber. The two salads were not the ones I ordered. Just close the doors if you care so little.

Food was cold. Service was slow and bad. They thought it would be funny to tell us our order number was 69. But they didn't humorously call 69, they called 41 so our food sat up on the counter for a while. No condiments are out. Not was there anyone at the counter to ask for them. They don't take the chairs down to sit down on. If I could give 0 starts, I would. Ice machine broken and tea not in lobby.

Place is very clean, there's a guy cleaning just after customers leave, restroom clean. Service is fast and cashier is very friendly
