One of the receptionist was extremely rude, my mother in law called to make an appointment and she got yelled at, because my mother in law looked up on the internet what could cause high blood pressure, immediately was turned down and was getting yelled at to come in instead and to not look at the internet, yelling, instead of giving advice. She hung up and instead wanted to go in person to make the appointment, and asked to make an appointment, because the lady on the phone couldn’t make an agreement. the Rude receptionist got up And again began to scream at her, everyone was looking at her like she’s crazy, please educate your employee that work is work and people already don’t like going to dentist offices, and to be yelled at, while in pain is unacceptable. This place is a joke. They’re slow, the receptionists are RUDE and unprofessional! I was in a life or death situation, and the receptionist wouldn’t call in an emergency prescription. She said “if it’s that bad go to the ER” They don’t care about the patients, it’s no wonder they’re losing patients quickly. Extremely disappointing that the place has gone downhill after Dr. Wendy Mckay retired.

I hadn't been here in years just had an appointment recently I am very happy with the experience I had. lovely front desk and my nurse was great! very kind and quick at what she does, wish I would have got her name and of course Dr. Mckay was the cherry on top. Would recommend 👌

They stop taking patients before advertised hours. Employees have poor diplomatic skills. Never going back to this place.

I am new to the area I needed a good doctor I went in to see Dr. DOURRAH he was excellent. He took his time. He heard all my medical needs and and got me feeling better. He had great bedside manners any lender ear. I’m very grateful I found him in the staff was wonderful. The office was very clean and it was close to home. Keep him in mind if you ever need a good doctor.

I was treated with disregard I waited for over an hour and the dr jackline skipped me and my baby, we both are in pain the dr has a bad attitude and slammed the door on me and my daughter report her.

The whole team is very friendly, staff is very professional. Doctor Jacqueline Vasquez seems like a nice doctor, don’t know if I trust her completely. She has a very passive aggressive energy but nonetheless everyone is professional, accommodating and very friendly. The nurses and staff definitely 5 stars.
