My
wife
and
I
had
chosen
a
couple
of
local
hot
tub
merchants
to
visit
in
order
to
begin
the
preliminary
research
on
buying
a
hot
tub.
Our
first
stop
was
a
competitor
in
Livonia
but
we
left
there
not
pleased
with
their
level
of
helpfulness
or
customer
service.
In
fact,
it
left
such
a
bad
taste
in
our
mouths
that
we
almost
didn't
stop
at
Glenn's.
However,
we
were
going
to
drive
right
past
Glenn's
on
the
way
home
so
we
figured
we
might
as
well
stop
in.
Looking
back,
I'm
glad
that
we
decided
to
stop
into
Glenn's.
We
were
greeted
immediately
upon
entering
the
store
by
Scotty.
I
explained
to
Scotty
that
we
were
simply
in
the
preliminary
phase
of
our
research
and
that
we
weren't
looking
to
purchase
a
unit
at
that
time.
Nonetheless,
Scotty
understood
and
was
more
than
willing
to
answer
all
of
our
questions
and
help
us
any
way
he
could.
At
no
time
did
Scotty
try
to
put
on
a
'hard
sell'
nor
did
he
try
to
hasten
us
out
the
door
simply
because
we
were
browsing.
Rather,
he
patiently
spent
approximately
20
minutes
with
us
as
we
walked
through
the
store
looking
at
tubs
and
asking
questions.
As
a
result,
as
my
wife
and
I
huddled
up
to
discuss
what
we
had
learned,
we
knew
that
we
didn't
need
to
research
or
look
any
further.
It
was
the
level
of
service
&
expertise
that
we
had
received
from
Scotty,
which
was
lacking
at
their
competitor,
that
was
the
deciding
factor
in
us
purchasing
a
tub
from
Glenn's.
However,
the
customer-centric
approach
didn't
stop
at
the
point
where
we
decided
to
purchase
a
tub.
To
our
surprise,
Scotty
generously
offered
to
throw
in
the
hot
tub
cover,
the
hot
tub
cover
lifter,
the
stairs,
and
the
Spa
Frog
@ease
Floating
Sanitation
System
at
no
additional
cost
to
us!
As
we
completed
the
sale,
Scotty
told
us
that
the
unit
wouldn't
simply
be
delivered
by
a
local
delivery
company.
Instead,
the
unit
would
be
delivered
by
the
owner
himself,
Glenn.
On
our
scheduled
delivery
day
it
was
in
fact
the
owner,
Glenn,
that
delivered
the
unit
and
placed
it
where
we
had
chosen.
Glenn
took
the
time
to
help
my
wife
get
familiar
with
the
tub,
the
proper
way
to
fill
it,
and
the
filtration
system.
Also,
Glenn
made
another
visit
to
our
house
a
couple
of
days
after
delivery
to
install
a
free
mesh
skimmer
bag.
Once
the
electrician
was
able
to
make
a
service
call
and
hard-wire
the
unit
we
were
on
our
way
to
enjoying
our
new
tub.
However,
we
had
trouble
getting
the
jets
to
work
in
one
of
the
locations
in
the
tub.
My
wife
called
Glenn
and,
as
he
had
promised,
he
quickly
came
out
to
remedy
the
issue.
We
are
now
enjoying
our
new
tub
and
am
satisfied
with
the
level
of
service
that
we
received
from
Glenn's.
My
wife
and
I
certainly
recommend
Glenn's
to
anyone
that
is
in
the
market
for
a
hot
tub
or
hut
tub
supplies.
