    This was a very good place until recently when they changed location. The new design and open concept rooms lets you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. I had to sit and listen to a dentist explain to a patient how horrible their teeth were while the patient was sobbing because there is zero privacy with the open concept rooms. The office staff has also become extremely rude on the phone and in person. I am no longer a patient here and have moved to Admire dental on eureka in Southgate. They are a smaller practice with private rooms that have doors that close and you don’t have to hear everything going on around you. Admire has all the same high tech equipment and offers the same services in a private setting which I prefer as a patient and the dentist is very skilled at Admire as well. The office staff at Admire are kind and won’t scream at you on the phone like amazing dental does and they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable at Admire. I recommend making the switch to Admire if you’re unhappy with the new staff and set up at Amazing dental.

    Dr Sam it the best! But let’s just say when it comes to making an appointment you have to wait weeks or months just to get in which is ridiculous or if you’re in pain and called them to try to get seen within the next day or two it’s impossible they will tell you to wait until your actual appointment day or you would have to wait a whole month just to get your teeth looked at. I have a root canal done on my very front tooth and I have a temper rarity crown on it and now it is loose and I am so scared if it falls out I called the office to see if I can get in just to get it looked at and the receptionist I believe her name was Madison told me I would have to wait until January now tell me is that not ridiculous or what. They need to hire new people

    Just had a filling replaced by Dr. Kachi and his assistant Leslie. They are a great team. Both so gentle I almost fell asleep in the comfortable chair. Painless dentistry at it's finest. They give you room-darkening glasses, play music, etc. Dr. Kachi has a *wonderful* sense of humor, kindness & compassion for his patients, and the most gentle touch. Then.....checked out with Ashland and I was on my way. Great location (14024 Fort St at Superior Southgate MI 48195), great staff, GREAT DENTISTS!!!

    I called every day for a cancellation. Every day, I was treated kindly, always did their best to find a spot and were successful! Not once did I feel like I was bothering anyone. Office is very nice and in person the front desk staff seem to be very kind and professional

    The only good thing I found out of this place was my last dentist, that switched providers and no longer works for this company. Staff is highly highly unprofessional. If they don’t have an answer for your questions they will just hang up on you. I got my Invisalign done here, paid 5,000 in full and now I have to get refinements and they won’t do the refinements. I got them done the first time there (the refinements) they took it with the mold instead of the scanner, which is way less effective. Half the trays that came back were extremely loose and fell off my teeth. I made another appointment, got another set of refinements done. He says he will get back to me in a week. Three weeks pass by, no one reached out. I call them back, get into an argument with the front desk lady because she tells me that there’s nothing there for refinements, gives me no answers to why, doesn’t tell me the doctor will call me back and hangs up on me. I had to call 4 different times to get answers and speak with. Supervisor just to be told that they won’t be seeing me there anymore or doing my refinements. I would not recommend this place at all. Also if you don’t confirm your appointment they will just cancel it.

    Was going there for a year as a patient who needs either later night or Sat appointments I had to wait 2.5 months for a cleaning appointment my appointment was on a sat at 10am they called me the day before to tell me the original hygienist wasn’t going to be there the only way they could see me is if I could come in at noon I told them that was fine Sat comes in running a few min behind because switching around child care I called to tell them my eta was 7 min late they told me then they couldn’t see me and the next Sat appointment was months out. The dentist was GREAT! The scheduling forced me to move to a different office

    terrible place, i thought it was an issue with my insurance as to why they weren’t letting me get my cleaning after a year of not having one due to their fault. but in fact was their issue, i’ve spent three hours on the phone with my dental insurance people saying my dental is active so they don’t know why amazing dental won’t take me tomorrow for my appointment. after hours of being on the phone i told amazing dental to call my dental insurance company and they refused and defended me to denaquest. dentaquest said the same thing about my insurance being active but amazing dental still won’t take me for my appointment. i will be switching dentist offices and never coming back.

    Don’t waste your time ! This is the seconded time Iv scheduled an Appt just to go there and they tell me “they can’t do it “ or another employee didn’t put it. The manager couldn’t even address the issue professionally. Stated have your teeth clean then come back , who wants to come back when I made the APPT for that specific reason. Lack of acknowledgement and scheduling needs to be address to their Manager Tionne /employees .based on the rest of these reviews I’m not even sure how they stay in business nepotism and lack of accountability. Thank you to the Arabic girl who looked in my chart and seen that it was noted in there Obviously, your manager couldn’t see it I will be reaching out to the owner and to corporate and state of MI.

    So I've heard all of the great things about this business. My experience is nothing short of horrible. I called to make an appointment as a new customer at 3:50pm today. Spoke to a representative and gave them all of my info that they requested. Representative was reading it back to me all wrong. From name to date of birth. When asked for insurance info I could not provide that at the moment because I was driving.. Representative then Tells me I can't make an appointment unless I provide that. I was then told they would get " in trouble" if they made an appointment without insurance verification. I could have provided that at a later time. So I said let's just assume I'm paying cash, and then show up with insurance info. Sorry we can't do that. I didn't even get past their gatekeeper to find out how their service is. I wilI have extensive dental work needed but they have too much business to worry about my $10,000. Really would like to speak to the manager.

    Had to update unfortunately 😔. The dentist there still is good I can't take that away from from him! Reason for change rating is because there was a $2.00 (yes $2.) charge off that was done (which had me confused because you only get the service after the CO pay has been paid) and when I called to make another appointment because of how I again like the dentist there(awesome work by the way) I had to pay this $2 before I could actually return to them sort of say . Now 🤔 if it's been charged off....then why do I have to pay this $2 again (being it was charged off) and $2 ...come on ...there was way more money spent and still mad work to be done....but $2...thank you but...it's really the not registering with me.

    we got 2 fillings for my sons teeth ( cavities) both fell out!!! One fell out before the other one, when we back in there they just refilled it the appointment was QUICK ( almost too quick ) When the first one fill out AND the second one fell out also we decidef to get a scond openion, and boy am I glad we did! A different dentist xrayed my sons mouth and foundout BOTH teeth were infected altjough we had xrays done in October@ not so amazing dental and we were told all good!!! These guys DO NOT take their time nor care about the children going in there And we also found out we were being gouged on the price of any copay or anstesia that is paid out of pocket 🤬

    Amazingly incompetent. I’ve put off writing a review because there’s just too much to put. I went for 4 crowns. First problem the temporaries kept falling apart. Came to get my permanent crowns they were the wrong color. The assistant had such a hard time getting my temporary crown off he actually fractured the inside of my tooth and I had to have a whole new second root canal. No one was able to work this new equipment they had and each visit was hours of repeating the same things. I’ve never had more x rays done in my life. Dentists come and go, seemed to see a new one every visit. The only thing left to add is that the girls working up front were rude and would give me stare down at each visit. But that was the least of the problems created for me by this office. I’ve had multiple root canals and crowns they have always been unpleasant but very easy.

    I had been going here for a few years because they were the only place that took state insurance. Finally got insurance through my employer and the past year (2023) to now, they have been god awful. Does Dr Najor still own/run this place?. They just tried to push my filling out for the THIRD time , next appointment would have been months out, AGAIN. This filling was supposed to be done in November of 2023 after I had my baby. The smaller office was 10x better and friendlier. Did we just become a chain dentist office ? Side note - I switched dentists.

    The place is great and the staff were super friendly. I had a fracture in my 2nd motor upper right but Dentist Sam extracted my tooth with a wonderful method. I highly recommend it.

    The staff is absolutely amazing, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. For me dentist appointment have always been dreaded and anxiety filled, but the staff is so gentle and they make you feel very nice and comfortable, something so it's not so hard to make another appointment lol It's a beautiful clean building n their chairs they do the dental work on n such on are super comfy lol. I would recommend them to anyone honestly, my mouth is more sensitive n the hygienist was very sweet n asked me if I was okay n said for the next visit she would make sure I'm all good! Super amazing place n staff.

    I haven't had an issue with Amazing Dental until now. I was seen for a cleaning on 1/31/24. After that visit one area of my mouth has been hurting and the pain is getting worse. I called the office regarding and was offered an appointment in March!!! If I am having pain, why would I wait until March to address the issue?!?! I was then told to call the office on Monday, and maybe just maybe I would be able to be seen. Like so many others, I work and have to plan appointments around my work schedule. I was off today, because my grandmother passed. I have to sing at her funeral tomorrow and can hardly open my mouth due to the pain! Now I'll have to find a dentist that offers emergency services or go to urgent care. Not cool Amazing Dental!
