the employees really helped me out and were super friendly! 🥰 This place is under new management and in a new location next to Ashley furniture in west oaks, there are a lot of great changes being made, definitely recommend stopping by to check it out. You can sell your used clothes here and get cash on the spot, which I prefer because waiting around for consignment methods can take too long. I found a lot of items here that I ended up purchasing! 👍 The fitting rooms are open which is great to see because I know a lot of thrift stores are still not opening their fitting rooms. Overall a great experience and I am excited to come again! ☺️😊

I live about 40 minutes from Novi (due to all the traffic, but it’s honestly so worth making the drive to Plato’s closet. The store is clean and organized and has a wonderful staff! Today I was in searching for some sweaters and Claire was so sweet and kind. She was fast to help me and deserves more than a five star review for her excellent customer service!
