Absolutely the rudest, unfriendly people working there. They pretty much could care less about customer service and they all act like they are being inconvenienced when someone is asking for assistance. The way they talk to customers is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere as this place sucks in customer service.

Ron the owner and Mary the manager are THE BEST! Super friendly and reliable service. They package your items top notch if you need them to pack your stuff for you, so they don't break while shipping. I'm taking bone china, paintings, etc.

I returned many items here, including most recently my Xfinity modem. I return Amazon items ALL the time. I don't know what people are doing, that causes them to have trouble returning things here. There was only one time, Amazon warned me I could not return without the packaging and I made sure I brought the original box. As far as I could tell, this place follows the Amazon rules and they know what they're doing. After 20+ returns with no issues - you can't even argue with me on this point. Never a problem!

Update #2: amazon states to bring in and will package free.. even if its packaged they will find fault n want to charge you for bag or tape. 2015 to 2019 I need to take a blood pressure pill after I leave here .. very rude man who runs this place. He really hates anything amazon and lets you know about every single time you go in. Today I fear my returns might be messed with because I finally let him see I was upset about his Amazon comments. Twice I had to listen to his ranting about how he cant wait til UPS stores no longer honor Amazon package. Today I needed one piece of tape. He charged me 1.00 plus he Doesn't like to give you a receipt for your packages sent.. I need a receipt for proof if lost. For goodness sake it's a shipping place. Sighs I think most 4 or 5 star reviews are from their staff or friends. Notice they mention names Ron n Mary and comment on the Negative reviews instead of just their own experience. Joke

I drop off ready-to-ship packages frequently. Giving them a 5 star rating because, A) I've never had any issues, and B) My wait time in line is often attributed to those working having to explain, usually repeatedly, that they charge for packaging services and/or materials, BUT you (the customer) are more than welcome to bring the package back ready to ship for no additional charge - and usually the explain this with the patience of a saint. In my experiences there, you have to be trying to get aggravated to come on here and leave a negative review, but that's just my 2 cents as the guy often waiting in line for my turn.

Took a couple amazon return packages bad experience that i will not be returning to this location. Older man with glasses refused my packages without me paying $3 per package for tape. Everything was inside its own amazon bag, just not closed. Online for Amazon it states as follows. The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. Just bring the item in its original manufacturer’s packaging and disassemble the item (if applicable). We'll email you a QR code to ship your return .I took my packages back and left to kohls like always. I have taken regular packages before to be shipped out and always get the same older man not polite, not welcoming or not friendly at all.

My experience at The UPS store was very pleasant and I was able to handle what I needed to.

This was a very pleasant experience, the staff person here was very friendly, helpful, and professional! She had a few people waiting in line and took care of business in a very timely manner. The store 🏬 was very clean, plenty of close parking and everything was in place inside the store 🏬, not cluttered! 👍
