    Had to get a new battery here, and my old one was really old. The staff was very attentive and helped me find a nice Duralast and gave me a core discount. They were fast and efficient and on point. Lots of people are coming and going, so this is a busy location.

    Tyisha helped me install my wipers while I was in the parking lot! Really made my day! She's the epitome of customer service! The whole staff was awesome and knowledgeable! Thank you!!!

    My husband went here today. I don’t know what happened to this store? First off the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anything or think! Then the counter person was not very helpful. Between being very curt and not listening. Then leaving him at the counter while she runs to the bathroom in the middle of the transaction. This store used to be friendly and helpful. Her reply was well I can’t help you I only work here. We like going here because it’s usually a good experience. The employees don’t seem to be very friendly or helpful anymore. I hope that they fix this situation quickly.

    They have the parts and the same price as other AutoZone stores but the Hazel Park location they have a gentleman there that does not do his job you ask him to Pull-A-Part instead of somebody in he's too lazy to take down the information refuses to see the gaskets come and water pump he says I don't know when you come in we'll open the box and find out well guess what I don't go to this auto parts anymore there a joke I've had a lot of problem with him in the past and now they're hiring people that don't even want to work it might as well go back to where they came from because people over here enjoy employees that do their job but maybe you'll have better luck I'm not downing to AutoZone or the store just a deadbeat that's working there and doesn't want to do his job lol correctly

    We purchased a battery and in the end we didn't need it. There was no problem with the return. Very nice staff.

    Don't listen to what you say only had to repeat several times on motor size and ask me how to spell the part that I needed wich was a serpentine belt just wast of time with employees that don't know nothing
