😠 DO NOT ORDER A CAKE ...... We called and order a cake for our daughter's birthday because she loves tres leches cake. We drive 40 minutes to pick it up and we are told they do not have our order. Apparently the guy that took the order did not give it to the lady baking cakes and she never apologized... People often mention Mexican, bakery, give, authentic, good,

This is a quaint Family Owned Authentic Mexican Bakery! Many choices to be made and they were very tasty 😋 choices also! The woman who waited on me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! She also pointed out that they offered Home 🏡 made Mexican Tamales, & Burrito 🌯 ‘s. Unfortunately their is not a wheelchair accessible entrance. There is a small dining area off of the Bakery👨‍🍳 Area! I l👀k forward to returning s👀n to try the Mexican Food 🥘 Special’s

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE ...... We called and order a cake for our daughter's birthday because she loves tres leches cake. We drive 40 minutes to pick it up and we are told they do not have our order. Apparently the guy that took the order did not give it to the lady baking cakes and she never apologized for the mix up so now I have to figure something else out for my daughter today. I don't even want to give this place a one star. I will never go here again.

Just moved from Detroit to Wyandotte and one of our cons to moving back was the lack of authentic Mexican food…UNTIL we realized the Vinewood Mexican Bakery also served Mexican food and has a sit down area. We had the Al pastor, chorizo and asada tacos, and a cheese quesadilla, the meat was marinated so well through it melted in our mouths and complimented the corn tortillas perfectly. The quesadilla was soft with an awesome cheese pull just like our favorite spots back in Detroit. We will be back again Tuesday for their taco Tuesday special. I’m a sucker for salsa, but their salsa is so good I’d throw it back like a shot.

I wish it were not true but I came to purchase some tortilla shells a few days ago. We opened one pack and found furry mold on it. I looked at the package and saw that the date was back to MARCH of 2021. I am blown away. Very very unacceptable. We also bought a piece of cake that was very underwhelming (tasted like box cake) and it may have been spoiled because a tummy ache came after. We unfortunately will not and can not come back. Please rid of all of those expired tortilla shells and STOP selling them. That is a law suit waiting to happen....

Where else can you get authentic and delicious paczki and birria tacos? Truly a unique Wyandotte treasure.

Ordered the Street Torta with carne al pastor. She called it marinated pork. I'm from Texas, it's pastor. Good flavor. May have to stop by and try the pan dulce.

I love it been going there since I was a kid.Great service and great food, everything I’ve ever bought there was fresh.I tried everything from the cookies to the cakes to the tacos, everything is delicious .I wish I could give them more than five stars but sadly I can’t. Very authentic, if you’re ever in Wyandotte and your looking for Mexican food this is the place to go. Prices are amazing cheap food and cheap summer treats.

Thought I would give their food a second chance... it wasn't any better. Went inside and ordered, they still got something wrong. Just had street tacos. They were very bland. The steak was chewy, fatty and grizzly. Everything was a bit greasy for my liking. Even the rice was bland. The food even needed salt... and I never salt anything! I'm giving it 2 stars because I know it's a small, family owned business and the prices were reasonable, but around here it's very easy to find good Mexican food. Save yourself the disappointment and hit up the taco truck on Southfield Road in Ecorse instead. We also got a chocolate cupcake and little pumpkin pie tart. Again, bland and edible, but nothing great.

Charming, family owned spot. I stopped in for some treats for a potluck. Everything was beautiful and delicious. I will definitely be back to try the savory dishes.

Friendly. I pointed to bakery item in display case, asked what it was. She said vanilla, was not able to give me any more info. Not able to tell me if it was cookie, pastry, whatever.

My husband just took us here for the first time about 30 minutes ago. To my surprise I had a mealworm, a fresh baby mealworm on the bottom of my cookie. Very disappointed. I've always heard great things about this place. I dont think we will be coming back. Someone needs to check their supplies and how they store them.

I love this bakery! Great Mexican sweet bread and other items during certain times of the year. I went recently to get some paczki for my coworkers on Fat Tuesday- they had pre-packed and on the trays, all made fresh in-house. Hidden gem deep in Wyandotte, Michigan. I ended up getting some Mexican sweet bread, as well, all traditional favorites. Recommended!
