The absolute, and I mean absolute worst Checkers I've ever had. The pop was out of syrup. The chicken was hard as a rock, cold, and flat as a pancake, fries not hot. Three strikes on one meal!!! I feel like you guys owe me another combo meal. Was actually terrible.

It's okay. I'm not a huge Checkers fan, but the food is average compared to other similar places. Good hot dogs and fries. Pop (soda) runs a little high price wise.

I cannot rate the food just the service. I picked up food for someone else. This was the first time at Checkers drive thru. There was one car in front of me and no cars after me. The place around the building appeared clean and the service was quick but when placing the order the employee seemed a little impatient. I was unfamiliar with the menu and did not know if I wanted anything from there. I decided not to get anything for myself.

The lady at the drive through had an attitude and basically threw my food at me. If i didn't have good reflexes it would have been all over the side of my vehicle and the ground. 10/10 would not go again. Also i dont know how you can have burnt food thats soggy but they found a way.

Workers are rude and rush you when there is literally no one in line. Fries were not fresh and gross along with the rest of the food. I swear these people need workers cause folks get away with everything these days.

Baconzilla burger was great 10/10 Fries was great, too 10/10 Mango slushie was eh okay, so 7.5/10 The menu number was very good and I love it The final score is score 9.0/100

I placed an order on December 2. I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. My husband also did not eat his burger that day because he was grossed out over my chicken. IF you have a problem at this restaurant, the restaurant itself cannot issue a refund, and I’m debating if corporate even exists at this point. I have been told now 6 TIMES that someone would call me. Luckily, I did not get sick because if I would have I filed a lawsuit. INTERNAL FOOD GAGES exist for a reason.

The Female Manager at this location was very rude and unprofessional! She withheld my order and closed the drive thru window in my face, due to me asking a question about which slush flavor she couldn’t make because one was out. She looked at me crazy, shaking her head, then said what you want in a very rude way! So I asked her if she was ok and having a good day because her attitude/delivery was terrible. She slammed the window and completely ignored me. I started tapping on the window asking for my order, she continued to ignore me. I requested to speak with a manager repeatedly through the window and she continued to ignore me then had the audacity to start handing customers behind me their order through the employee door not even addressing my situation. I sat in my car in disbelief, highly upset because me and my kids frequently visit this location and never seen her nor have something like this occur.

Recieved order it was wrong. They asked for food to be handed back after food sat with me for a few mins. Put it on counter to be handed to another customer.

The management and staff always kind. Service is good.

Checkers is always great. The best fries in my opinion the one I went to had fast service fresh delicious food and I crave the big buffoons. Also their Mushroom and Swiss burger is very underrated.

Love that Checkers is open late. Often a go to when getting home after 10. Food is hot and tasty, line (at night) is never too long, and rarely do they mess up an order. We recommend the Big Buford or the chicken bite box. And make sure you grab an apple pie! Delicious!

Just once, I'd like my order to be right. Would be easier if after we placed our order we came in and filled it ourselves. Come on folks. You can do better

I love this particular checkers the Manager John is an amazing person, food is always hot and delicious. The only this is that they need to update the speaker it's hard to understand each other when ordering. Aside from that this is the only checkers that I'll stop at.

The lady who was operating the headset for the drive thru was very disrespectful and inpatient. Monsterella Stix where just thrown in the bag. Other than that it was alright to say the least.

Loaded fries are bad, love their fries but dont order loaded fries

So I tried ordering off their website initially which didn't work for whatever reason so I tried ordering the exact same thing through the drive through in which the manager got angry that I was trying to order the same thing and told me to go ahead and read the menu and he'll get back to me 7 minutes later he came back and I started ordering my improvised order. He then told me to wait again and then a young lady came on and told me to forward. I ordered at the window and she was at least pleasant enough. I got my food and it was fine. John H. needs some people training or something because he is very rude.

my fiancé and i have been here twice now both times were late at night the food tonight was excellent just like last time the fries were so hot they burned my fingers a little bit but i’m not mad at all i like my food very very hot like that. the chicken sandwiches were delicious too but i mainly come for the fries. they’re very friendly too especially for it being late at night and it being very busy. 10/10 checkers store best in the area

I don't know what happened here weve been coming here forever and it's always been great. It's been consistently terrible for a month or two now. These two people on nights now are just awful. The guy can't even run a fryer and the girl at the window has a poor attitude. You work in the easiest fast food joint around here and you can't fry two items correctly, sad. I'll be taking my money across the street then cause I'm not paying for consistently bad attitudes and worse food
