This location in Paramus Park Mall provided me with the best shopping experience. they carry tons of bard names and have great variety and selection. I went there in the morning and store was very quit not many shoppers and my shopping experience was great. This location is significantly quieter than the garden state mall . plenty of sizes and a lot of inventory inside the store

Macy's quality and prices are good. Lots of discounts. Well stocked, although a lot less merchandise since Covid. This is a much smaller store compared to the Macy's in the Westfield Garden State Plaza. On the plus side, this store is easier to find your way around and parking is generally less of an issue at this mall. Three levels with furniture, home goods and Backstage on the third level. and women's clothing on the second level. First level has men's clothing, shoes, women's intimates, jewelry, leather goods, perfumes and some women's clothing. Macy's staff are always very courteous and friendly. Spent a lot of $ here over the years.

I went in just to have my ring sized, and I have to say that the professionals at the jewelry counter were warm and friendly. Although I didn't purchase anything that day, I'll be sure to come back here because they were absolutely amazing

Always having great sales and if you have the Macy credit card you get extra savings. Wednesday is the best day to go for free opportunities savings.

My wife and I enjoy shopping at Macy's, the prices are a bit higher than Kohl's but the selection is very good. For bargains I go to the Backstage area of the store where there are plenty of deals to be found.

I'm only giving one star over an encounter I just had with an employee of the eyeglasses section, not the store. My girlfriend and I walked into the glasses section because she wanted to try on a specific style she really liked. Excited, she asked for some help to which we approached Kim. When we went up to her, she was on the phone "with her husband". We stood there as she got off the phone. (I would assume she shouldn't have been on the phone while at work) Anyways, when she got up to help us, my girlfriend asked for a specific style she liked to replace her existing pair. She got up and suggested a pair but when my girlfriend said that she wanted a different style, Kim said "you're killing me with this." We ignored that comment and she gave us a different option. When my girlfriend said she wanted a silver tone rather than gold tone because she already had a gold tone pair, Kim said "because of your hair and dark skin silver looks too bright." Meanwhile, my girlfriend looked visibly uncomfortable with the comment about her skin. Although, understanding that metal tones can compliment certain skin completions, the tone in Kim's voice was very condescending and derogatory. That's not all, finally my girlfriend took a step back to check the options on the other side, to which I joined her. Kim had the audacity to say in such a bored and uninviting tone "those are too sporty and not the cat eye she's looking for. She won't like them" Writing these things without her tone takes away the demeaning and belittling feeling we felt when said such things and facial expressions included. We are very unhappy with the experience with this employee and hope something can be done. I hope no one else experiences this, given the diverse population we see on a daily basis in this mall.

Jennisse in the jewelry department was very helpful. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know where it was. Jennisse found it for me. She told me about an additional saving if I apply for the Macy's card. I applied for Macy's credit card and was approved. she helped me with the application. Great employee Macy's

I found Macy's carrying the old stuff, and there is nothing new that attracts. Same old stuff, same mess everywhere and trying to push clothes beyond capacity. Staff was not ready to apply coupons, though we had coupons but not Macy's credit card. We tried 3 scanners to find shoes prices, but nothing worked. No staff to help. The barcode was not working.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays. I love the variety of products, styles, and brands especially when there's a sale. But it can be too time-consuming to find ladies clothing because it's mostly organized by brand. Finding someone to help you outside of the cosmetic/fragrance area can be a challenge. But everyone who helped me offered professional, helpful, and friendly customer care.

The most dreadful check-out system on earth. It was like standing in line at Disneyworld. Thirty-four minutes and they checked out two people. We shopped at the Gap, Banna Republic, H&M, and Express which all had fast efficient and plenty of check-out personnel. Never stood in line more than a few minutes. Macys was horrible, so bad downstairs that after 20 minutes with no line movement we left that long line for a shorter one upstairs. It was just as slow, just with less people in line. I wouldn't be surprised that there'd be piles of bleached bones in front of the counters from customers who expired of old age or hunger before they could be checked out.

Last act deals and backstage sales were good but no extra discount from Friends & Family. Friends & Family ongoing till this Wednesday. Jewelry assistant was very friendly and helpful.

Went to to get my mom perfume and the staff was very busy. Clara from another department came and helped us so we didn't have to wait. She was extremely nice, helpful and professional.

Beware: returns may not be fully refunded. This is a well-organized department store. However when you return gifts that you purchased there may be a deduction in your refund amount. For some reason the refund we received was reduced by $30.

I recently placed 3 orders from Macys each one arrived worse then the next. Last night I returned a small appliance I bought as a gift it came with no protection around it was smashed I returned it in paramus park. The store was a mess. Today I received bed sheets that look like a disgrace. Disgusting! Open package on bed sheets like this! Macys has no pride in there customer service any more. This is exactly the way package came I did not touch them! GROSS NO Stars for macys

Always has the best deals on the major brand labels. Can't forget about the extra savings you get with your Macy's card as well!

Good to be out and about again. Did some light shopping and it wasn't crowded but the line at the register was just a wait. I wouldn't even bother but since we were so close to the entrance saw a few customers that didn't feel like waiting and left. My wait was about 10 minutes didn't bother me but I need to be neutral.

Purchased Levi jeans for an audition, only to get home and find the white monitor thingy still attached. Timeframe for the audition didn’t allow for any time to return to the store. Employee who overlooked this at the checkout was busy talking to another employee. Employees talking with employees and ignoring customers and/or their tasks is a growing thing in all large stores.

I came to Macy’s to find a graduation dress and shoes. I had the pleasure of meeting Iram, from the customer experience department. Can’t express how helpful and lovely she is! She turned a chore into a joyful and stress-free experience! Prior to coming to this Macy’s I had been searching for a dress and shoes for weeks. She assisted me in selecting and sizing multiple dresses and even found me the perfect matching shoes within minutes! I truly felt like I was shopping with a fun and knowledgeable friend. I’m so grateful to have met her and for all her help. This was a wonderful and unique experience that I’ve only received at the Paramus Park Macy’s. I will definitely be recommending this Macy’s and Iram’s assistance to my friends and family! Thank you so much!

Went there for a suit for my son, but didn't have any length past 32. The salesman was very helpful, and informed us the store sometimes has 34 length, but never 36. We had to go to a suit store.
