I'm
only
giving
one
star
over
an
encounter
I
just
had
with
an
employee
of
the
eyeglasses
section,
not
the
store.
My
girlfriend
and
I
walked
into
the
glasses
section
because
she
wanted
to
try
on
a
specific
style
she
really
liked.
Excited,
she
asked
for
some
help
to
which
we
approached
Kim.
When
we
went
up
to
her,
she
was
on
the
phone
"with
her
husband".
We
stood
there
as
she
got
off
the
phone.
(I
would
assume
she
shouldn't
have
been
on
the
phone
while
at
work)
Anyways,
when
she
got
up
to
help
us,
my
girlfriend
asked
for
a
specific
style
she
liked
to
replace
her
existing
pair.
She
got
up
and
suggested
a
pair
but
when
my
girlfriend
said
that
she
wanted
a
different
style,
Kim
said
"you're
killing
me
with
this."
We
ignored
that
comment
and
she
gave
us
a
different
option.
When
my
girlfriend
said
she
wanted
a
silver
tone
rather
than
gold
tone
because
she
already
had
a
gold
tone
pair,
Kim
said
"because
of
your
hair
and
dark
skin
silver
looks
too
bright."
Meanwhile,
my
girlfriend
looked
visibly
uncomfortable
with
the
comment
about
her
skin.
Although,
understanding
that
metal
tones
can
compliment
certain
skin
completions,
the
tone
in
Kim's
voice
was
very
condescending
and
derogatory.
That's
not
all,
finally
my
girlfriend
took
a
step
back
to
check
the
options
on
the
other
side,
to
which
I
joined
her.
Kim
had
the
audacity
to
say
in
such
a
bored
and
uninviting
tone
"those
are
too
sporty
and
not
the
cat
eye
she's
looking
for.
She
won't
like
them"
Writing
these
things
without
her
tone
takes
away
the
demeaning
and
belittling
feeling
we
felt
when
said
such
things
and
facial
expressions
included.
We
are
very
unhappy
with
the
experience
with
this
employee
and
hope
something
can
be
done.
I
hope
no
one
else
experiences
this,
given
the
diverse
population
we
see
on
a
daily
basis
in
this
mall.
