    DO NOT GO. Company finds all opportunities to charge and is unable to explain an ethical rational when asked about the reason for charges. As an example, when you get an annual physical exam they require a separate discussion with the Doctor/Nurse to read your blood test results. They WILL NOT provide you with your own blood test results without having this discussion (I tried to decline it). They will then process this separate discussion as a separate visit and will charge you for it even though blood work is part of an annual physical exam and without receipt of your blood work results (the most important aspect of a physical exam), they have not delivered to you a completed exam (but have also separately charged for the exam). There are other posts related to Riverside which explain similar inappropriate charge experiences. USE CAUTION… I would welcome a discussion with management on this topic (I have tried but can not get a contact). Needless to say, I will not be going back.

    Doctors at riverside are wonderful . The way it’s run is awful . You can never get an appointment … what is the point when your child is sick if you can’t get an appointment with the dr …. And at any location . The wait times are horrible … and forget ever trying to get medical records. They take forever to respond and then tell you it will be processed and then don’t follow through . Also confirmed an appointment at Hackensack office for my son’s developmental Pediatrician … and went there and apparently the practice closed ? Never notified … never apologized … they pretend that office never existed . Extremely unprofessional! Do not use riverside … any of them . They are too big and can’t Handle the volume . Quality has gone down quite a bit in the last 6 years

    Ridgewood Location is the worst . The lady in the front desk. She is so bad. I have an appointment. She was so rude to me. Actually this is not the first time. I like the doctors there. The front desk people are the worst.

    Arrived early for my appointment. Very little parking available had to park about a quarter mile away. There's no waiting room available with covid so I had to wait outside. Thankfully a warm enough day. After 15 minutes beyond my appointment time I asked how much longer it would be. I was told it would be a bit longer. When I said it was already 12:15 is when the tech or assistant 'helping' said the following. "I have two covid rooms but I'm sure you don't want those, I still have to clean the pediatric room". I know if I was late and lashed out at any customer in the manner this employee did, I'd likely be fired or at least spoken to harshly. Keep in mind this is just my experience and obviously they can't reply or post their side of things due to HIPAA privacy rule. However, I'd find a better organized practice unless you enjoy long waits before seeing your doc

    Every time, I'm not kidding, every time the waiting time in this place is one, or one and a half hour. This guys really have a scheduling problem! I like my doctor, most of the nurses are nice too, but you'll just sit alone in a room for an hour and wait. Every, every time!

    This place is too big and they do not appropriately handle the patient volume. I have no problem with Dr. John but the fact that it took TWO WEEKS to get results for my son's NON-ROUTINE lab work is unbelievable to me. I called the Monday after Christmas to follow up and was told by the call center that the office would be closed until that Friday and no one could help me until then! When I called on that Friday I was told that the office remained closed for "deep cleaning". I understand many places were dealing with Covid outbreaks, but the fact that there was no way for me to receive these results was truly asinine and disconcerting. There are how many offices and how many doctors in this group? Not one if them could be available to talk to me?

    This place is horrible and ran like a circus. I get a call at 11 telling me they can’t keep my 5:45 appointment and that I needed to come in immediately. Needless to say I have a job and couldn’t. So I was told to keep the appointment but when I arrived I was told I can’t be seen due to Covid testing in the facility. When I insisted I spoke to someone earlier that told me to come in. They found a room I could go into. I was left with a very uncomfortable feeling about the whole thing. So I asked when we could reschedule. I needed a prescription refill for my diabetes medication and I have an ear infection so I need to be seen sooner than 3 months from now. Thanks but no thanks there is no caring in this place. Absolute trash.

    I’ve used Riverside since my daughter was born 6 years ago. Every. Single. Time. I walk into the office I regret it. Not once in 6 years we’re they accommodating, efficient, or fast. I know that if I walk in there at 8am (with or without an appointment) it will ALWAYS take one hour or more!!! Today was the last straw! With both kids being sick, I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half before the nurse even walked in! If you could avoid this place… DO!

    Very slow service. The appointment was at 8am. At 8:45am they took the vitals. I had to take off the sticky pads myself after the nurse did EKG and left. At 9:10am, still not seen by the doctor. Such a waste of time.

    This place is a disaster. Both the adult medicine and the pediatric offices are absolutely incompetent. I spent 2 days calling to get a prescription adjusted only to have them repeatedly send the wrong prescription for my 5 year old. The adult medicine department lost my samples and had me come in on a Saturday to re draw and after waiting over an hourthey told me they wouldn't be able to do a blood draw because the technician was supposed to leave by noon. It's just infuriating and deplorable service. If you care about your health and value your time, DON'T go here and absolutely don't take your children there.

    Worst experience last few times. They don’t explain why I need ultrasound and wasted my time. They scare people for no reason and make up things to just get billed. They even pick up phone and keep waiting for really long time or you have to try 10 times before you actually can talk to anyone. They will NEVER accept their mistakes. They show we are wrong and they are perfect. Even for regular appointments they wasted my time and say it’s normal to wait for an hour. Who is paying for my wasted time. When I tried calling them for clarification they put me on hold for so long. Never want to back back to them ever. Horrible horrible horrible. Big waste of time.

    I was just there with my Mom today and Dr. Kulik was amazing as always and Isabel was great! Isabel made my Mom feel so comfortable and was so engaging with the both of us. My Mom is always a little nervous going to doctors but she made her feel calm. The wait today was a little longer than the usual but other than that, always a good experience!

    It will be very hard to find a Healthcare team as conscious nice and professional as those people I went there with my son one day because I couldn't find a babysitter the team there was very accommodating they even make him balloon from a glove,,,,,,

    Choose this place if you just want to kill time. I was waiting for them to get approval from my insurance about MRI testing. Over a month still no response. Very hard to get touch with the office. you have to go through the call center. Even got transfer, I have still need to wait for more than 20 min before talking to the crew.

    Referred my sister. She got blood work, called the office 3 times to get explanation from doctor as she sees something abnormal in the results. Dr. Still not calling her back. Very unprofessional and irresponsible as an office/doctor. (This is an updated I sent three emails through Optum still no communication.)

    Absolutely do not waste your time going here unless you enjoy waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes, never knowing when a doctor is going to show up, and being called 2 hours late for telehealth appointments. Complete waste of time and have tried staying but can no longer justify it. Switching my doctor immediately.

    Maria the MA in Pediatrics was amazing with my very resistant strong child that would not stop crying and was being very difficult to stay still. Regina was very sweet at check in and showed warmth to my children. Dr Anam was awesome with the kids too!
