The first time in here, it is amazing. The food tastes great. I recommend this place to everyone. Also, customer services on drive-thru were super. Great job, guys.

The current manager is completely prejudice and rude, I am a member of the sip club so I regularly go there on my bike from my house to do study work and just order the free drinks. When I ask to use the bathroom they hide the code while they enter it and let me in . I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW AFTER FIVE MINUTES THE MALE MANAGER ENTERED THE BATHROOM TO CALL A BATHROOM CHECK AND SAID BATHROOMS WERE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY WHICH I AM . NOT ONLY THAT BUT HE STOOD INSIDE THE BATHROOM TILL I WAS DONE AND AS SOON AS I OPENED THE STALL DOOR HE RAN RIGHT OUT . when I went to confront him calmly assuring him I am a customer and that I was confused why he felt the need to check the bathroom after 5 minutes of using it he said it was to make sure I wasn't doing drugs . I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed. He had no reason to assume that other than the fact I ride a bike from my house there since it's just down the street . This is a serious problem and I will be following up with the CEO.

This is probably one of my favorite restaurants for soup and sandwiches salads and sweets. I especially love being on squash soup when it's in season The people will always very nice. And never takes long to get your order and it's always fresh. True story one time I went in there after delivering mail all day to have dinner. The registers went down and so the manager just gave me my whole meal and drink on the house awesome place awesome awesome place awesome workers awesome managers. This is my BFF and I's main hangout when we have a meal together.

Tricky location on McHenry, a mess to get in & out, the drive-thru is often a bottleneck. Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee; the cinnamon rolls aren’t Cinnabon caliber but still ok. Their bagels are decent; they’re actually the best in Modesto especially given how terrible Posh Bagels is. Absolutely divine grilled cheese sandwich! Pretty solid French baguettes too if you don’t have time to go to Costco or MatKat at the Modesto farmers market. Good service here; they're open early right at 6am.

Management really needs to address this. Can’t even fill up the sauce half way for you and you have to eat dry salad. This happens every time and has never not happened to me. Also the same thing with the pastas. I always upgrade to a large and you are lucky if they fill it halfway. When it’s about $17 for the meal and drink… come on. Do better.

As busy as they get at times you’d think they’d have more than one register. I asked for a coffee mocha they said they don’t have that on menu but they have coffee and chocolate on menu I said mix it which they wouldn’t do. But food is great.

Excellent service, the speed with which our food was brought to us was amazing. But I wanted to be punctual in a situation, while we were there an employee was insistently calling attention and with bad behavior because the children of 2 and 3 years old were playing and yelling and even though as parents we were calling attention, this older lady and employee behaved too rude. Followed by that another adult lady, she was even more upset and said again that they were not comfortable with children. We immediately made the decision to get out of there, and the first woman was outside, she was mocking us with a sadistic face. IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT WHERE THE ENTRY OF CHILDREN IS PROHIBITED, MORE EMPATHY, INTOLERANT PEOPLE!

Always smells burnt inside. Ordered the avocado chicken flatbread & no avocado or chicken. They have a bad attitude too 😔

Over priced garbage. Some people love this place and that's cool. But for the life of me, I can't figure out why. The portions are really small and really expensive. I can't bring myself to justify it. And it doesn't seam any different than McDonald's or any other fast food place.

Food is always good, good portions. I would recommend ordering dressing on the side for salads mine was drenched in dressing. But still very tasty.

I arrived at 10:30 am. Must have missed the breakfast rush because there were 3 muffins a couple of cookies and no Danishes. The cashier had a smile that came with a great attitude.

I had the cheddar broccoli soup and I am sure it is the exact same cheddar broccoli soup they can be purchased at Subway. I do know that both places just make out. And it is very good at both places it's the same. The atmosphere is much better than Subway and if you're going to eat here I would recommend it over Subway I'm not comparing the two in a direct way. However if you're just stopping for soup to go and it's one of the soups that's at both locations I would recommend going to Subway and saving money. I have not tried anything else on their menu but it all looks amazing and I would say most of it is original to them it seems like a lot of things remain fresh there.

The food was good but my biggest concern was that they let people bring in their dog and allowed them to let it sit under their table and then just walk around the restaurant. Sorry but just like a grocery store or anywhere there is food for sale or being served, unless it's identified as a service animal they have no place or reason to be there!

Out of asiago bagels. Wanted to try new breakfast sandwich sausage egg on asiago bagel only served until 10;30 . Crunch cinnamon latte was delicious. No longer carry garden veg cream cheese so got plain cream cheese.

The staff today we absolutely above and beyond today -I went to pick up a coworkers and my lunch today, and my coworker ordered her salad for the wrong location. They offered to replace her order, which I thought was amazing, because they didn’t have to do that.

Posting for my wife because I didn't actually eat here. She got the Frontega Chicken, or whatever its called, and it smelled amazing. She also said it tasted amazing so that's good too. Drive through was fast as well. The limited interaction we had with employees were also fine.

A friend introduced this place to me with their breakfast menu and it is amazing! They are the closest thing to home cooked food with the speed of fast food. The prices are compared to fast food breakfast sandwiches if not cheaper. And way better tasting. This is now one of my favorite places to eat. They also offer an online menu / ordering / paying option. You order what you want, pay for it on your phone and go pick it up. Just walk in, and walk out. Everything is paid for and ready for you to take home. They offer more than coffee, soda, and smoothies. My daughter loves their passion papaya green tea. There are sugar, calorie, and caffeine nutritional guides on their self serve beverages and their teas have less sugar, caffeine and calories than the sodas.

Disappointed to say the least! I have had Panera many times however it’s always been the Merced location. Well me and my daughter wanted Panera today while we were running some errands in Modesto. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad - all of the lettuce was either white or yellow literally not a single piece of green! And to top it off the f tangerines we’re old you could tell. I am just disappointed in this location they need to step it up and get some tips from the Merced store. After I placed my order the message I got said proceed to the drink area for my beverages, well there was no cups so I asked the girl who was right behind the counter next to the drinks if she can direct me to the cups and she answered with an attitude and tone like it I bothered her. No customer service at all!

This short Indian dude wearing a light blue shirt was being very very rude to his employees on 3/30/22 and was really rude to me as well. I didn’t care about the employee part but for a manager to talk to a customer rude like he did me? Fire this fool, all I asked was is this Doordash order

Delicious!! The turkey blt is to DIE for, and their cinnamon crunch bagel is amazing warmed with butter. The strawberry lemon mint lemonade was so tasty and super flavorful. 100% recommended

I've never been to a Panera before and I probably won't be back. It wasn't busy but they were out of several Teas that are on the menu. Pretty disappointing to order a drink and have no one mention it needed to be set up in the dining area. I went with a couple friends to have a cold drink and chat and after waiting at least 15 minutes for someone to set up the drink I ordered, I settled for something different because I didn't want to sit there with an empty cup. The drink wasn't that great either. Definitely not worth waiting for so long. Bummer.
