A delightful meal in a cozy cafe.

I'm a member of the sip club so stop into this location on a somewhat regular basis. I sometimes order in the app and other times at the counter. Every single interaction I've ever had with the folks here has been wonderful. The staff is super friendly and not bothered that I'm just there for a tea or soda. I never have to wait, and everything is always spotless. This might seem minor, but I so appreciate that they always, without exception, have fresh cut lemons in the drink area for tea. It's the little things... It's yes for me and allows me to enjoy taking breaks to grab something to drink. I'm a huge fan of the sip club.

We love there Autumn squash soup in the he fall especially when it's cooler outside. The food at Panera is consistently good. There pizza is nothing to write home about, but sandwiches and soups are very good. Bakery goods are usually fresh .

The office ordered lunch and even though our order was mostly correct, the Quality Control for our order was less than what we normally get. One of our side-dishes was an expired apple, as if they didn't care and just gave it.

Ordered thru the app and they messed up my order I wanted a smoky Buffalo chicken melt they gave me a pepperoni mottezrella melt instead, my hot latte was cold by the time I picked it up for the scheduled time, I paid to much money for my order to be wrong.

I haven't eaten at Panera bread in a while. I ordered their chicken avocado sandwich and a Mac n cheese. Delish. Will definitely go back.

Very clean establishment. It's lovely inside and the Agave Lemonade is to die for. My Hubby loved his sandwich. I wasn't hungry but I will go back again for a sandwich and their Lemonade.💗

Called to place an order for pick up at 12:43pm. They do not take orders unless you give your card information over the phone to pay, per girl. No thank you rude girl I don't know your background!

It’s been very hit or miss with this Panera. One consistent aspect is the front counter cashiers are always friendly and take my order correctly. However in the kitchen is where things get a little tricky. There’s been a few times where my pizza is missing basil or only has 5 small burnt flakes (yeah i’m being serious lol). I order the green goddess melt quite often, one time I ordered two and I received one of them with no Arugula. Easy fix, just went back and had them add it back on. There’s been other times where I was missing an entire sandwich but thankfully I was still in the parking lot. To customers like me if you’re eating to go, please check your bag to save yourself the hassle of driving back. As for the kitchen crew, they’re nice people but seem a bit over worked/ fed up. I think if they slowed down a bit to focus on the details of the order they’d make less mistakes. As for the quality of the food, some greens end up burned/ crispy if they go through the toaster. The soup has always been great, never had an issue with that. The baguettes are pretty hard, like, cut up your mouth and hurts to take a bite hard. But besides that, big thank you to the ladies and gents at the front counter! Very welcoming and attentive to detail.

Had a small issue with my pick up order, I was dumb and ordered the wrong thing. I called a few minutes before I was supposed to arrive because I noticed last minute like a not so smart person. I called and asked if I could make a change. Denise was delightful with assistance, she provided me with the items I needed changed. Despite it being so last minute they helped me when they did not need to or could have easily refused! Especially on a super busy Sunday! Thank you again Denise for your amazing customer service!

I had ordered a Smokey Buffalo Chicken sandwich with french loaf as the bread and fountain drink, got potato chips on the sides for free. Overall the Sandwich was okay, portion size could be sufficient for one. Would recommend to wisely select your fountain drink, I found a few of them as pretty disgusting tbh!

been here 3 times and ordered the same thing, which is great n I love it.....however who designed this store..what an odd concept...u order then u randomly wait WHILE IN THE WAY of other ppl at a counter that has shelves for to go orders.....u wait for ur name on the board to come up..which is weird then u go to the counter w random orders sitting there w no clear indication which order is urs.....they now give a buzzer, which is loud as hell n when u go to the counter again just random orders sitting g there and u grab ur own....so odd....also when u order a drink they vibe u a cup then up walk to the other side of the place passing all the to go order ppl n ppl coming to get their random orders......the design n process needs to be streamlined way more

Although food is good.. correct orders matter most. And this is the 3rd time I've ordered the Mexican Corn Chowder and they've gotten it wrong. Mind you, it's only been out recently..which should tell you how often I've been to Panera or ordered this soup in the last 3 weeks. 3x out of 5x they get it wrong. And of course I don't learn to stop and check my order.. the other 2x I checked and it was correct. I don't check this time and boom.. they don't forget to disappoint you when you're really looking forward to it. Which makes this review so much more helpless. They take the order and then the kitchen mess it up!!! Infuriating when you live across town, and it's already 630pm, you don't want to drive back!

I have been in a customer for a while and love the bread and sandwiches and soups. I visited a lots of different locations, since we travel with our RV. By far Turlock location has the best management of any location, the quality is always great.

They have good food but the service can be improved. They are slow during morning rush when people are trying to get to work... so I recommend ordering 30 minutes ahead.

Picked up two sandwiches today. Tuna which I ordered on white bread and it came on focaccia. Chicken salad which was all lettuce and tomato. I think I counted a total of four little shreds of chicken and a couple of slices of grape. Very disappointing. I will not be spending my money there again!

Cashier couldn't get my gift card to work (May 18, 5:15pm), so I pay cash instead. Then after 20 minutes of waiting and she sees me there, WAITING I go up to her and ask how's my order coming along (soup n bread) she said they were calling my name for a while already!? I left 30 minutes later with my soup cold AF. Horrible, horrible experience. And I was the only costumer in line ATM.

Food wasn’t good. The ladies at the counter were nice and patient with me. They forgot my drink when I got my food so I had to ask for it. The sandwich wasn’t good and definitely not worth the price.

This is the Best Panera Bread location. Delicious food and drinks. Always fast, friendly service, and is clean and well stocked with everything. You will love this place!!

Panera has a variety of foods to choose from. There is a variety of sweet along with savory items to choose from. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. I’ve never experienced any issues with quality of the food either. The bagels are good for breakfast and their soups, salads, and quinoa bowls are delicious and filling. This is a fast casual restaurant and I think they do a great job keeping the restaurant cleaned and well maintained. Although they do not have a drive thru, they do offer curbside pick up.

We ordered the flat bread pizza here. Although it was clean and the workers there were nice, the pizza was JUST NOT IT! We've had this pizza at a Modesto location a number of times and it's been DELICIOUS!!! BUT, NOT HERE! I mean, I appreciate their effort, but it just Was NOT up to par.
