I love it here! Neighbors and staff have been friendly. Shout out to Annette and Jasmine for being patient with my technological illiteracy lol. I love love love seeing the wildlife around and hearing the beautiful bird songs in the mornings! These are old buildings and thats obvious, so I’m not sure why folks are complaining about that… Appliances are a little behind with the times, but functional and clean which is really what matters. Only issue I've had so far is with delivery drivers getting lazy and just dropping your things off wherever they feel like it, but the complex is getting a hub setup so hopefully that resolves it. Have had no issues with car break ins or drafts. Only con so far is how echo-y the halls that lead to the apartments are, but you cant hear it in your unit unless you’re by your door. One of my neighbors sings in the mornings and she has a beautiful singing voice, which without fail brightens my day as I head off to work. So maybe the halls thing is a blessing in disguise.

Don’t be fooled by the “No Smoking” signs, this apartment complex is extremely smoking-friendly. Neighbors smoke in the hallways constantly, which have auto-closing doors on either side and no ventilation, so you’ll be coughing and gasping for clean air by the time you reach your apartment. It’s the worst in the evenings, but it’s not uncommon to be blasted in the face with smoke in the mornings as well. What’s even better is that there IS ventilation BETWEEN apartments, so starting around 8pm, my living room begins to fill with cigarette smoke, so much so that I have to sequester in my bedroom (which thankfully has positive pressure when I open the window - but unfortunately I have to do in the winter in order to push out the smoke) with a HEPA air purifier running. I’ve reached out to management multiple times but they have simply lied to me again and again (saying they’ll put up cameras and/or have security watch the hallway to catch people smoking, etc. which of course they didn’t do because that would require some money and effort). Friends that visit and experience the smoke first hand have suggested taking legal action since this level of forced air pollution seems illegal and I have an email trail of their negligence. Moral of the story, if you value your lung health, this is not the apartment complex for you. Pros: Apartment size (though it’s ridiculously expensive with all of the added fees) and proximity to trails.

We have been here two years. The apartments location is amazing! You get to walk out your front door to the mountains /canyon and personally I think it makes having to go to work in the morning a little more enjoyable. (Although in the winter it can get pretty slick on the hill down.) The community here is quiet, which as a not super social person I appreciated. The management does set up social events to meet the other residents if that's your personality. Our apartment was nice and we haven't had problems that we couldn't resolve ourselves. The management here is nice and has responded in a timely manner every time we reached out. The apartment complex is older which has resulted in things sometimes aging and breaking. We have found that sometimes during the winter our hot water will come out black but if we left it on for a second it usually cleared up pretty quickly. I should note that this hasn't happened for at least a month since after the last time they did maintenance on the water lines. We only ever requested maintenance on our apartment once they completed the work the next day however it wasn't completed correctly and ended up coming apart in a week but it was something we were able to do ourselves so not a big deal. Again for the price you couldn't find a better location.

Carter was amazing! He was so incredibly kind and compassionate. He was very informative, educated, and invested in this apartment community. We've already signed a lease. Because of Carter, we are ending our 2-year homeless streak and finally getting a place we can call home!

This place is a find. We still thank our son for finding us this place when we moved back to Utah. The scenery is wonderful, the landscaping well kept and the apartments are quiet and comfortable. These are nice people here at ReNew Canyon Ridge. Office staff knows the residents and have convinced me they genuinely care for our comfort, security and satisfaction. Responsive to needs, maintenance and service when required. Every year we have been here it gets a little better. I cannot say that about any other complex we have l ived.

Absolute joke of an apartment complex. Lived here for a year and we couldn’t wait to get out. Units are old, and run down. We got a “partially renovated” unit and nothing about it was renovated. Our AC went out in the summer and took forever for them to fix it. heater went out during the middle of winter last year, light went out in the kitchen and it took them 3 days to replace the bulb. If I could give it zero stars I would. We gave them a 30 day notice and were still getting charged for a month when we no longer live there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dumpster fire of an apartment complex. Talked to other residents while we lived there, and everyone had issues going on in their units.

Maybe this will get someone's attention over there. My phone calls, emails, voice-mails, etc, have been ignored on a frequent basis. I believe I am being overcharged on my utilities, and it has been going on for a few months now.
