I would rather go to pieology... you can't get extra anything even if you want to pay for it. Staff was apologetic but was unable to facilitate easy requests like cheese on my salad or warm meatballs since the cooker wasn't working

I came in earlier today for lunch and I did not have a great experience. A younger woman in a black bucket hat made my pizza. Her responses were very short and dry, no enthusiasm and I felt as if I was being rushed or as if I was a bother even though I was the only one in line at the moment. My food came out great but I do not want to come back to a restaurant with that kind of service, especially since there was no one else to tend to! The other girl seemed to be in a great mood now where's the enthusiasm in the woman with the black bucket hat? Please work on the customer service in some employees. Every other time I've come in (mostly at night after work) even with a long line the employees are much happier to help!

My pizza was burnt and extremely dry and crispy caused me cuts in my gum. Customer service is bad, employees look sad and they barely talk. See the picture. I will make sure I go elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I usually like blaze. We came at the beginning of a rush around 6:30pm for take out. I tried the high rise dough for the first time. Never will again. Pizza wasn’t l cooked thoroughly, and for pizza, that the biggest thing. Reheated in the oven at home and ended up throwing the pie away. Don’t know if it was this location specifically or the dough.

Wow, I hadn’t been here in a while and I won’t be coming back. DIRTY! The pizza prep area was so messy but, maybe they just got through a rush, I thought. The staff was nice but didn’t care. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands; one was clogged and the other had no toilet paper and the toilet was, of course dirty, but dirty, that it has net been cleaned in who knows how long. Notified one of the employees that the restrooms need attention and she made a face, like yeah okay, and returned to her conversation with her co-worker. Do better Blaze Pizza! Very disappointed!

1st time going with my brother. I got a large 2-topping pizza hand tossed with marinara sauce, grilled chicken and fresh sausage olive oil drizzle, Fresh oregano, With fresh mozzarella cheese bread and 2 crisp 20 oz bottles of Coca-Cola. By far excellent pizza. Good job Blaze Pizza. Will come back soon.

BLaze Pizza is delicious. I prefer the thin crust on my pizza because I could savor and taste the flavor of the toppings. It's very delicious. The dough is very fresh. I like the meat eater. The combination of meat and vegetables make the pizza savory. The only thing that I don't like is line. Its like subway deli pizza. It takes awhile to order. Overall it's delicious.

Blaze Pizza, even at its busiest, does not skimp on food or customer service. When it is crowded, it is still a quick process in ordering and receiving pizza. The staff always ask if they can take your trash, if you need anything, and are usually some friendly folk. The place is style galore; love the busy feeling of the venue. The FOOD IS HEALTHY, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS. Try it once, you will be hooked!
