I had a very disappointing visit today at MOD Pizza. We waited for about 10 minutes before our order was taken because the worker was busy with an online order.Despite making eye contact with us multiple times, she didn't acknowledge us and kept looking at us in an odd way. When she finally took our order, she seemed bothered and unfriendly. Later, I went to the counter to ask for a water cup. Instead of helping, the three employees continued their conversation and ignored me. One of them even looked me directly in the eyes, took off her gloves, and walked to the back without a word. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking and made us feel completely unwelcome.

The place is a hidden gem just off Riverside plaza. If you’re craving pizza with customizations, go here. They also have pre-made toppings on the menu just in case you can’t decide. The staff are friendly and engaging. Free refills if you get a fountain drink. Once you finish ordering, they place it in a brick oven. Your order won’t take long to cook. Dining in is pretty chill and quiet in a good way. I Recommend this place for your pizza cravings.

Amazing pizza. My husband and I come here at least 3 times a month. Massive salad sizes and pizza sizes for a solid price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is delicious! I am a Caesar salad and Caspian lover since it's BBQ chicken pizza with mozzarella AND gargonzola. It is super delectable! My husband is more of a customize with all the meat type of guy. Honestly, you can't go wrong here. They offer menu items and customized options, 10/10 recommend.

Depending on how hungry I am I change around from the more basic creation to the “all-in” version lol Very fun concept that you can top anything as much as you like, and it tastes great! Thin crust is nice and light so if you're a guy you'd be able to finish the whole pie.

Pizza is prepared infront of us and we can choose whatever toppings we want. We have to just pay for the size of the pizza. Mini pizza is enough for one. They are just delicious, tasty, fresh and hot.

Today was my first time eating Mod Pizza for lunch. I went ahead and ordered a Build Your Own. The young lady who helped me was friendly, and she answered a few questions I had. She also did an excellent job putting the ingredients on the pizza. I had light red sauce and a bit of the white sauce. I asked for light cheese and five pepperoni with a bit of sprinkle oregano and black pepper. I liked that the crust was super thin, and they asked if we wanted a ranch on the side. There is no extra charge for the ranch, which is a good thing compared to other pizza places. I normally don't have it with ranch, but today, I did get it. I know my pizza was very simple and delicious. I will definitely eat Mod Pizza again.

IM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE.. & Christine is THE BUSINESS. She is Nice, she takes the time to HEAR what it is the customer has to say. Christine also makes a MEAN Pizza. The flavors in the produce & meat is apparent. I will make this my new Pozza home for a bit.

I love Mod Pizza. They're better than the other guys because you get everything you want at one price, and no up-charge for extras. Beyond that, the crust is crispy and delicious, the toppings are fresh and plentiful, and the service is friendly and attentive. What more could you ask for?
