We had the absolute worst experience here. The service was horrible. Eugene the manager has no sense of customer service. Will definitely never eat here again. Also we called in our order for in house dining, we got seated at a table and the manager had the waiter bring our food in to-go boxes even though we had a table inside the restaurant. Very rude and unprofessional staff

Pizza was terrible we tossed it in the trash. We got a 12in deep dish it was all dough and undercooked. Tried to email but got nothing back, unfortunately. Extremely disappointed for a $39+ single 12in pizza plus a tip. Wont do it again.

Relaxed American Italian food, yummy deep dish Chicago style pizza. I do appreciate that you can customize a fully vegetarian pizza. They have a decent wine selection but nothing fancy. Nice, attentive and accommodating staff. Prepare to wait for your deep dish pizza if you order one, as they take about 50 minutes to finish prepping and baking. Highly worth the wait in my opinion. Yummy and fresh Cesar salad that wasn't over dressed. It had nice crisp lettuce and tasty croutons (I think they were house made). Do be prepared for karaoke night and live music, as they have a stage in their bar area. Lobby has a few games for kids. Overall a good place to take family and they accommodate large groups.

The Deep Dish Chicago style pizza is amazing, so delicious. We also ordered Ceaser salad with our dinner that was awesome. We are already planning on coming back in a few days.💚

Food is always phenomenal!! We couldn't wait for the pizza before the picture was taken. Eugene & Lily were awesome! Best service & smiles anywhere! Look forward to our next night out at Romano's!

My favorite stuffed / Chicago style pizza in the inland empire. The crust is somehow both soft and crunchy at the same time. the cheese always tastes fresh and smooth. The sauce is sweet and tangy. Highly recommend. Expect long 30 to 45 minutes for your pizza to be ready. Worth the wait always.

Had a really fun time at a live concert event here. Didn't have any food, and bar service was in desperate need of additional workers (low origination, people "cutting" the bar lines, bartenders not taking people in order of the standing line.... Don't get me wrong it was crazy busy and they were working as fast as they could but severely understaffed and no obvious management involved).

The food was absolutely delicious! Our server was great! The bill is a different price depending on your method of payment. They charge extra if you pay by card and less if you pay with cash. It wasn't busy when we got there and we were told it would be a 5 minute wait that turned into a 20 minute wait for a table. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread and they charged us $2.00 extra for the marinara sauce. We also ordered the fettuccine alfredo,, mozzarella cheese squares and a medium deep dish pepperoni pizza. The pizza sauce was spicy and delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Remember to pay by cash so you're not charged an extra fee like we were.
