I only gave this place five stars because I could not give it 10 stars everything we had was FANTASTIC and that is not an exaggeration, the service and our server was A++ Griselda was very attentive and answered every single one of our questions with expertise, I had angel hair pasta with meat sauce(FANTASTIC) I also had the Baked Meat Ravioli’s also Fantastic, my wife had meat Cannelloni it was great, my daughter had spinach and cheese tortellini‘s with shrimp those were also great, we also had the garlic cheesy bread the best I have ever tasted anywhere, so if you are within 50 miles of this location you should definitely stop in and check these folks out they definitely follow all of the Covid protocols.Eat local, spend local, shop local. And by the way all three of us adults went in and had all of that food and more and it was only $66 best value in town.

Was visiting a friend in R’Side and we came here for lunch. It was nice, semi-small, so not very loud. Good food, decent seized portions and not super expensive. The woman that helped us was so nice and patient because we took FOREVER to decide.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was so nice. It had a comfy welcoming atmosphere. The food tasted really good. The service was excellent. I ordered the gluten free cilantro pesto pasta. Very tasty!

So happy I came here, normally don't like to try new places due to being such a picky eater but again glad I came in. So the favorite here are their lunch specials which I must say are definitely generous meals. They have a spaghetti special which consists of spaghetti garlic bread and a salad. I always order this when I come with my bf. Love the waiters griselda and her sister. Their homade dressings are to die for 🤤! Highly recommend!

The place was a pleasant surprise. I didn't have any expectations when coming in. Way craving Italian food and this was a suggestion. I'm happy I came here. The food was good, the service was good, the atmosphere was the only odd thing. They had classic rock playing but had the tv on also with the volume up so you couldn't listen to either. But besides that minor detail everything else was good. Will be coming back to try more of the food. I only had a spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, and minestrone soup.

The fettuccine chicken i ordered tasted fantastic. I recommend this for large venue of individuals ready to get some fine eating done. The service was fast because we were hungry they gave us the soup and cheese bread which came along. So it was a nice experience to have.👌🏼

First time eating at this place. I was craving spaghetti and I google for a place that has it on the menu. This restaurant popped up and it had high rating so I decided to give it a try, and the spaghetti did not disappoint. I added the meatballs as an extra add on which was more than worth it. I would definitely recommend adding meat balls to the order. I always find it hard to find somewhere that makes a good spaghetti, so I will definitely be coming back to this place. The service was also great!

The pasta is not seasoned and definitely well overcooked; as though the pasta was cooked in unsalted water and left 5 minutes too long. Both the meat and marinara sauces are not seasoned and definitely not fresh. As though the sauces were made a week ago and nuked before plating. The sauces seemed to have coagulated and do not look appealing. The pesto pasta followed the same theme of missing flavor and overcooked pasta. The pesto itself actually had a better flavor profile than the marinara sauce. The included bread wasn't much to write home about. The side salads & Italian dressing were just "meh." We also ordered a tiramisu, but it doesn't look appetizing nor fresh. Will not be giving this place anymore business.

I have been eating here since high school. About 30 years now. Food has always been good, services has always been good. If you haven’t been here yet you’re really missing out. Spaghetti and lasagna are excellent, the pizza is the best you will find in Riverside.

Tried minestrone soup and it tasted like canned soup with added red beans. The small house salad was good but not worth it for the price. We ordered the calzone which it had a nice presentation, however the cheese tasted cheap as though it were bulk mozzarella from Walmart. The marinara sauce tasted very bland as if it was out of a can as well. They were late with our wine as though they were still chilling it. Considering all the Italian restaurants we have tried, we have never experienced this amount of acid immediately after eating. The service was good, except the music did not make us feel like we were in an Italian restaurant whatsoever. If you're looking for an affordable Italian restaurant this place is nice, but it does not seem to be authentic and it is not the highest quality you will find.

We went to mission inn but all the restaurants around there were packed because of the crowds. So we tried a place far away to avoid the traffic jams also. Food was average but the wait staff was wonderful.

I lived in Riverside for 10 years before moving to OC and I still make it my mission to visit this place. Nice little place, one of the many hidden gems of Riverside! Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible Italian food!! I am personally extremely picky on my Italian food, but Pietros is hands down the BEST Italian restaurant I have ever had. I've ordered several different dishes and every single one has been SO DELICIOUS. Whoever is cooking this food knows what they are doing. I highly recommend!

We have been going there since Pete owned it. We would go every Friday night with the family. We love the new owners now. The pizza taste delicious just like when Pete made it. We go with the family for all occasions. The best pizza ever

I used to love this place and sad to say it let us down. The chicken parmesan is just a Tyson chicken patty smothered in watered down v8 and the ravioli tasted like it sat in the freezer. The strawberries in the lemonade tasted old. Looks like this is my last trip here.

I got takeout and it was amazing. I will definitely be trying out more items on the menu. The calzone was way bigger than expected and was amazing. Even again after heating it up in the oven 350 for 15min. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I came here to try it out. I'm glad we did! The food was really good! We got a meatball sandwich and a Philly cheese steak sandwich 🤤 I'm going to bring my dad when he comes to visit us, so we can try the pizza!

Gret food as always. The pizza crust is one of a kind. We have been here numerous times, and every time, the food is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Love this place, it definitely has that nostalgic Italian restaurant feel! The only complaint is the lighting. Way too bright for dinner and doesn't match the classic booths and decor in my opinion. Other than that, it's great.

Great little hole in wall pizza joint. It don't look like much from outside and we hope they leave it that way. Big menu and Great food served in large portions. If you're looking for Italian food, check these guys out. You'll be happy you did and you won't be disappointed. You'll be going home with leftovers too.

Friendly service, great food and not too expensive. I especially like the spaghetti with meat sauce and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I've never left here with a bad taste in my mouth, for sure!

Look I'm a fair man! Also I am a cook my self.. while I don't think the food is bad it's just not the best! My fettuccine with shrimp costed I think it was 23 or 25 bucks and it wasn't like the worst I've ever had but it just wasn't good olive garden has a better pasta for the same price. But like I said it wasn't the worst I ever had and the soup I had with it tasted like it came from a can! Overall experience the staff is nice mind you all I had was the Alfredo with shrimp and the soup with cheesy garlic bread which that was tooooo salty for me I haven't tried anything else on the menu but I will give them another try to see if anything else is good.. again I'm a fair man !!!

I've eaten at this restaurant since I was 10 years old and I'm now 63.... It's far from what it used to be and it used to be the greatest place to get pizza ever at least within you know 50 miles of riverside. But now that the food is gross. It's bland and just not what it used to be. I understand you know how chefs change and such but you know what you're supposed to stick to the recipe if you want to keep a great restaurant going and the chef fails because his food is gross compared to what it used to be. Compared to what made the restaurant it's no longer that at all. It's bland and it's I mean it used to be the greatest tasting Pizza you could find anywhere around and now it's just like meh. I won't drive the hour to get there anymore because it's not worth it anymore.

Great pizza and calzones. Ask for extra meat on your antipasto salad, and they'll give you extra. Nice COVERED outdoor seating, so you don't have to worry about too much sun or wind.
