Really hard to get a job here. Apparently it doesn't matter if you have full open availability. Serving burgers and slushies must be a really tough skill! I applied here yesterday, got a rejection letter today. Boy that was fast!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Let me start by saying this Sonic is usually fast and efficient. Today it was anything but. The young lady who took my order kept getting it wrong, and I had to correct her many times. I pulled forward to pay and pick up my food and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Two times people tried to give me orders that were not mine. When my food finally came, they brought an incorrect item. The car hop apologized and asked me to park across the lot to wait for a replacement. While I waited, I checked the part of my order that had been delivered (and which was getting cold, well except for the milkshake, which was melting). I noticed I had been shorted an item. When my missing item finally arrived, I mentioned that I was still short an item from what was ordered. It turned out that was because the young lady who took my order missed my ordering two of the same item. I wasn't willing to wait for the missing item, so left with my mostly cold food and my melting milkshake. While this was happening to me, I noticed several other orders being delivered to the wrong person. It wasn't just me. Service had collapsed for everyone. On this day at this location, Murphy's law was in full swing. It all did go wrong. BTW, when you warm up a hamburger and french fries in the microwave, the bun and fries get soggy. In fairness, they were busy, but if they don't dramatically improve the service, that won't be a problem in the future.

Do not come to the sonic one they have spiders and flies and mosquitoes in their drink. I have proof here’s a picture and when you confront them with this issue, they ignore the issue and just talk rudely back to you and just want to give you a new one rather than accommodate you, and Take care of the bill and give you a complementary something… The guy was extremely sassy and rude towards me and my husband and I would not trust this place at all. Not only do they not acknowledge when you don’t want a simple cherry on your shake they look at you like it’s not a big deal take it out and they take forever on top of all of this horrible service and disgusting food and shakes

Had to change my review after our server, Joshua, tipped himself thinking we wouldn't see the price change. Completely unacceptable. I called them to let them know he's doing that bc if he does it to 5 people, that adds up, you know? & the manager was in complete denial & caught an attitude. We're not mad, jus do better

People were very nice enjoyed atmosphere recommend it for great food last service.on van Buren in riverside

The card machines in the stalls never work. Not sure why they don't already have tap payment but the slide card reader is a security risk and doesn't work. Day after attempting to use the card reader and having the skater "waiter" disappear into the restaurant with my card, i get a fraud alert and have to cancel my debit card. Whether it was the guy who took off with my card or a skimmer in the card reader is irrelevant. Lunch trucks have to tap to pay at this point because of the well known security vulnerabilities in card readers. Step your game up sonic.

Great place to get shakes, fries, shakes, burgers and much more. Great for late night snacks. You can get combinations of food (especially variations of shakes) that you can’t get at many other fast food restaurants. Great place for young adults. You should order through the app for best service, as food can be customized heavily. Pull up to the parking lot slots and order. The food is delivered very shortly. Keep in mind that after 11 pm, you may have to use the drive Thru.

Sonic was very busy, but after placing our order no one ever brought it out. So my partner tried to go inside and asked about it and an employee came running over and pulled the door shut in his face. So rude! So we left without receiving anything.
