I never have issues with Marcello's when they deliver they always find my place. I recently ordered and I guess they couldn't find it. I genuinely didn't know I had the incorrect phone number. Once they found my place when he dropped off my order so disrespectful cussing yelling. I even told him to check my phone I had no missed calls I only found out when I called Marcello's the lady told me very rudely how I gave them the wrong number. Like I said I genuinely didn't know. She apologized but still made it like his behavior was ok. She didn't even let me tell her how he behaved. My neighbor's even came out to see what's going on and I had to explain it's because of a pizza order. You do not treat your customers like that at all. If you really can't find the place don't deliver it and keep the money. They sounded like I did it on purpose who the heck wants cold soggy food.

Calzone is disgusting. There is no filling, it’s all thick dough and completely raw. After bringing it home I cooked it in the oven for 30 minutes and it still looks like this. So gross we couldn’t even eat it, it’s a health risk. First and last time eating food from here.

Pizza was absolutely fire! Ordered a standard Hawaiian pie and was overall very pleased. Has a great sauce to cheese ratio, crust tastes fresh and delicious, has an amazing crunch to it. The prices are a bit more than the standard chains but Marcellos does have good deals during the week. Is not the same level as DeMatteos, flavor wise, but they are definitely cheaper than DeMattoes. You will not be disappointed with any of Marcellos pies and I will definitely be coming back!

Place has terrible customer service. Wanted to order the big pizza they offer wanted half pepperoni and sausage, 1/4 pepperoni and chicken and a 1/4 pepperoni. Was told we only do half and half repeatedly. I told the guy ill still pay for all the chicken just dont add it to a quarter of it. Guy was super rude its not like im asking for a dozen different things.

Very good American style pizza for a reasonable price with very fast delivery and even faster takeaway. They are open late and never make mistakes with the order. Everything I had was very good, and their 25" pizza is insane but perfect for parties! Keep it up guys!

I love their food. Big fan of their calzones , they're so big and packed with toppings, their pasta is too good especially their fettuccine alfredo. I'm new to this place but have already gone twice in the past 3 days. Their food is delicious every single item.

Tired this location for the first time since my go to on Clay closed down 😪. The pep was a bit different than what I’m used to but the patriot pizza is still a 10/10 * chef’s kiss* the garlic cheese was also missing something or maybe the clay location just felt like home to me. I’ll be back for some mango habanero wings. Still an amazing pie shop

First time eating pizza here and we ordered half pepperoni and patriot like "OMG" this is my new favorite Pizza Spot in Riverside 🙌 staff is also amazing.

Without fail ALWAYS AMAZING pizza! Their sauce is great! (Not great sauce ruins the whole pie-- not a problem here!) Always HOT! My ONLY "complaint" I would say would be sometimes the middle of pizza won't be thoroughly cut through.. It ain't the end of the world! In fact I believe the issue could be resolved by just sharpening the cutter AND allowing the pizza to rest 2 to 3 minutes after pulling it out of the oven. However, this restaurant is quite popular (aka busy!) so for time I suppose letting the pizza rest might not be plausible. But, I for one, wouldn't mind any if a bit more time is needed; afterall: How do you spell love? T. I. M. E. 🍕❤️🍕🥰🍕

Best Pizza in Riverside. If you want an authentic slice, that’s better than Fast Food chains, this is the place. Been buying for over a decade, still tastes great as always. The only con is it does tend to be overly greasy, but that is a personal preference. Some love extra grease and swear by it. So that may be a pro for you! New delivery guy was very prompt and courteous. A+ (If you’re on a budget they have deals available, that bring down the prices and they give discounts to college students.)

Got home and the pizza virtually had no dough. Pizza was so thin and greasy. Whoever the cook was tonight needs to be trained how to make the pizza dough thicker like its suppose to be.

First and last time I order a 3 topping pizza and it literally had a pinch of crumble chicken.

Love the pizza. It's our family favorite for years for carry out & delivery. Atmosphere is carry out.

The crust, the toppings, and service get a 10/10, and their staff are always warm and welcoming. My favorite is the "All American. If you live in Riverside, order a pie for delivery or carry out.

Great customer service, great food and fast service. Definitely my go to during lunch at work. And now I got other employees going there alot as well. Food Definitely speaks for its self.

The staff was very good. The food was very excellent. Very tasty and delicious. Very hot when I got it. I enjoyed everything. I ate pizza wings salad pastas tiramisu was great for dessert pizza. Cookie was excellent too. Had a couple two liters which came cold. They even gave me cheese, peppers, plates and napkins. It was an awesome experience. Thank you to all the management

Awesome pizza. We ordered takeout and it was quick and easy! The pizza was hot and smelled incredible. We also got cheese bread which was divine. We had enough to eat for dinner the next day as well.

So so so good!!! I’m visiting from Texas and it was so good we bought Tupperware and brought some back with us. (I know it’s gross but We couldn’t bring ourselves to leave it behind!) We will be back to eat here again.

The customer service provided at this establishment via phone fell considerably below expectations. Marcello’s employee was unprofessional, impatient, and rude throughout our conversation. When placing my order, the employee was trying to end the call quickly without much care of what I was asking. Additionally, when seeking clarification on my order, the employee responded with sarcasm and laughed, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Adding insult, they resorted to using the name "Karen” in place of my name and noting my organization as “mental health" (even though the employee never asked for my name or organization) they obviously intended to disrespect myself by giving not only a derogatory name, but also went further and referred me as a mental health patient on the receipt. Such behavior is extremely unacceptable, and the owner and/or manager of Marcello’s Pizza & Pasta needs to retrain and reconsider hiring incompetent employees. Oh, and the actual pizza wasn't that good.

The customer service was exceptional and the food is beyond good! We were there pretty late and they took their time explaining the menu and deals to us 100/10 would recommend <3

Rude staff, Didn't even get a chance to try it. Poor Customer service is a turn off for me.

Terrible customer service. Employ that answers the phone is incredibly rude and rushes you to order and does not pay attention to what you say.
