I had jury duty and wanted to get some breakfast before hand so i looked up somewhere within walking distance. This place not only had amazing food, but the customer service was excellent. They have a wide variety of foods as well. I think ill be back for lunch. And when i said i didnt know if i could finish a whole waffle, the hostess/waitress said they could just make me half a waffle! Great people, great place!

An unexpected delight! 😍 Loved the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. They are so sweet and attentive and am convinced that their smiles are absolutely sincere. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed listening to music related to frank sinatra in the background. The only thing I'm sad about is that it's not closer to where I live or I'd most likely become a regular.💕

They make the best, most satisfying Banh Mi sandwich I've ever eaten. The pork was warm with the right amount of spicy, and the veggies fermented enough to actually be flavorful, but still crunchy. The roll's crust was crispy, but the interior was soft and chewy. This sandwich hit all the bells and whistles!

Love 9th Street Eatery!! Worked across the street so I would frequently grab a bite. EVERYTHING, I have ever ordered is delicious. Especially loved the chicken teriyaki and the chicken sandwiches. Recently retired and returned for Jury Duty. I had lunch there every day. What a nice place. Service is exceptional.

Service was good, food was good, loved the atmosphere. Nice, quiet place to eat. Parking is difficult. I had the ham breakfast burrito and it was just right. Hostess/waitress was very attentive.

Excellent location for delicious American food. It's so tasty. Looking forward to a return visit. This place has an awesome feel to it. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.

Update: I recently went here for their tomato bisque an grilled cheese. The grilled cheese literally smelled like it had been put in a broiler open faced and the bread was not buttered. Their tomato bisque is awesome!

One of my preferred locations for quality american food. Super savory. The service was helpful and kind. This place has a nice design.

Average food, burger a little thin and dry. Reasonably priced. The breakfasts other people had looked better, so maybe this is more of a breakfast place.

I love the chicken and waffles from 9th Street eatery, the ranch paired with the chicken is delicious. I was disappointed when Google, Yelp, doordash, Facebook, etc, all indicate that they open at 7 am, so I drove to finally visit this little gem rather than order online. Unfortunately, when I arrived the restaurant was closed. I waited for 30 minutes to see if they would open a little later and nothing. There was no signage indicating they were going to be closed today Wednesday, 11/21. Make sure you call ahead of time and if there is no answer it's most likely they're closed not busy. A family had walked over only to discover it was closed, it was definitely disappointing.
