For under $9 one can eat fairly decent Chinese takeaway food. I get the 2 item tray... I'm giving it 4 stars because Fresh Wok doesn't serve BBQ pork like the one down by the Punjab joint serves on the other end of University, and yes I know pork is an abomination but we're in the New Testament and it's not what goes in your mouth, it's what comes out... Very good service and atmosphere. Bon appetite!

Awesome place! Clean, bright, and fresh food that tastes great! The portions are HUGE and the price is cheap. 3 of us are for under $20 and we took home left overs!

Lets start off by saying the food was pretty bad. I ordered orange and teriyaki chicken, both of these items were dry and you could just tell it had been sitting there for a while. It wasn't the worst tasting but it wasn't good either. The chow mein and fried rice was just plain bad, dry and crusty. To top it all off , the worker was very skimpy and not how you expect from a Chinese food place. TLDR; Go somewhere else, or don't.

The food at fresh wok is great! If you ask they will cook you any item fresh. Great choice for vegetarians as the awesome cooks at fresh wok will cook up any item you would like with tofu instead of meat. Great prices with delicious fresh cooked. Its one of the best healthy options in downtown riverside

Pretty Bad. I work downtown and wanted to try something new. Walked over and ordered the sweet and sour chicken and black pepper pork. The pork is boiled and then drenched in a bland sauce. I couldn't take more than 2 bites, and it looked worse than it tasted. The sweet and sour chicken was tolerable but very bland. The chow me was also tolerable and bland. The best part of my lunch was honestly my cherry coke and fortune cookie. Won't be returning.

Good food, friendly staff, lots of seating. I will say I've gotten a mediocre dish or two here over the years, but once I learned which entrees to avoid it's been fine. Located in a somewhat bad neighborhood, but coming in the middle of the day is fine.

6:30pm on a thursday evening.. it's quiet..food not that great..orange chicken and chow mein kinda bland. A fair selection of entrees. Service was great, but I rather the food to be great instead. Obviously not open 24 hrs, what chinese small restaurant in Cali is? Be real people and put legit reviews to help others, not trash the place.

For the price you're paying you get good food. I especially like their chow mein and most of their spicy chicken entrees. FYI, restroom for customers only is fully enforced and there's a $5 minimum in order to use your debit card. Also right across the street from the Greyhound station so random druggies and weirdos come to this place. Finally, they have a large selection of drinks.
