I Like Coming To This Pollo Loco, Its Always Clean & Great Service!!!! They're Chicken Is The Best In Their Riverside Community!!!Very Friendly Place To Dine-In

The food looks soooo good and the chicken so yum yum 😋, and the service is so nice 👍, in my opinion the place is a little dirty but not bad. I recommend this place.

I love the fresh guacamole. I'm pleasantly surprised for a drive thru. I'm craving the chicken guacamole again today. This is going to become a habit, and I never eat fast food. So yes, 5 stars for this one on Van Buren.

Ever since the pandemic every El Pollo Loco have been Stingy with their salsa. I mean these containers don't hold much but they shouldn't be half filled nor should they be limited to paying customers. I have yet to visit one with the exception of the one located off of Milliken in Ontario that is glad to give you what you asked without a huff and puff like if you're unconvincing them. I worked for El Pollo Loco for almost 14 years 10 years ago and I was frequently asked for by frequent customers for my suggestion, service and effort to make sure the customer left happy knowing that order was correct and packed well freshness. I have gone to many where I am missing items don't move from the window open my container letting the cashier about missing items and them complaining as if I could of made it disappeared in their presence. I know that because of the pandemic the salsa bar isn't up like it use to be but I am sure their food cost have gone down because not many people are packing their own salsa but it shouldn't be given to a customer half filled or dry or passed they expiration date. El Pollo Loco start to take care of your customers!!

El Pollo Loco is always good. Sometimes customer service might be hit or miss but that is about people, not the food. El Pollo Loco still has good prices. Doesn't break the bank!

At 6:40 we ordered delivery and I was craving their crunchy chicken tacos. At 7 they called to say they ran out of their tacos so I had to order something else. If you have corn tortillas and you have chicken, why can't you make more tacos? It just kind of doesn't make sense to me but oh well.

Excellent quick service. Great food of my choice. I usually get Original Pollo bowl ($5:41) with green sauce or 3 Tacos Al Carbon, that is plenty of food for me since I am trying to keep my weight under control. I don’t get and meal deals to avoid carbs and sugar intake. I usually request some green chillies (Serrano) on the side and the servers are usually very kind to provide chillies. This particular restaurant is my favorite since it’s near my house and their food is cooked on fire not in the microwave. I Love this location.

Got the birria overstuffed quesadilla box. I felt like it had all the right ingredients to make it right but just lacked flavor. Sure, it's fast food, but a little seasoning or spice could have made this a whole lot better experience. They have other options that are better, but the birria might be a pass. Service in the drive-through was quick. And their green sauces is always good.

I was told they ran out of pozole for the night but then ordered it through doordash and they took my order. Pozole was not good.. honestly threw it away along with the corn. It tasted nothing like Pozole. Corn was ok but tasted overly sweet and old.
