    The food was good and tasted real fresh. Food was ready quickly and one of only a few fast food restaurants around here where you can fill your own soda as the public soda fountain is open and operational. Is this the sign covid is almost over? I wish

    Worst McDonald’s. They always forget something when you pick up at the drive through, it has not just happened to me but lots of people I know. They are basically stealing from the customer, always check your bags before leaving because it seems like they intentionally forget to fill the order properly.

    I waited for my food for 45 minutes I didn't have anything else to do that's the only reason I waited but if had other things to do I would've asked for my money back idk if it's always like this but it was about 230pm when I pulled up and by the time I finished eating it was 4pm my quarter ponder was badly put together with a big blob of mayo and my food was cold word of advice show up at 4pm it all seems to die down then. Ac was off it was super hot inside hotter than outside temperature I feel sorry for the workers

    Just left this McDonald's during their lunch rush. I'm usually a bit anxious getting the order out quickly to the person taking the order in the drive-thru. Kianna ( hope I got it right) impressed me as I've never been impressed before at a McDonald's. I almost forget what good customer service is, in this fast-paced world. I understand it's not an easy job dealing with the number of people going through the drive-thru during lunch hour. We all know how people can be, so I would never judge the person on the other end taking my order, even if they didn't sound happy. Kianna had such a positive attitude it shined through immediately. I even messed up ordering for my little ones and I was amazed/surprised at how thoughtful and patient she was. This is a true science I feel is getting lost in the world of customer service. I have honestly never felt so at ease making an order (major anxiety issues 🤪) and I feel Kianna set a great example of how we all need should be with one another. Being in sales, this small interaction was a great reminder of how important the way we talk, and the tone of our voice. It really affects the way the person feels on the listing end. McDonald's is absolutely lucky to have such a gem on their team. Thanks, Kianna!

    Down right the worst place to visit if you're craving something late. Workers are lazy and will tell you that they're only accepting cash and they aren't taking mobile orders because the system is down. I ld love to know why this McDonald's is open 24hrs if the "system" is down.

    As many times as my order was received wrong I really think I should receive my meal for free yesterday. But customer service is not the same as it used to be oh yeah prices are at all time high also if you're going to have jacked up prices for your meals at least train your employees how to treat customers how to talk to customers. Managers who are training your employees while you training it doesn't hurt to interact with the customers so they know that the cashier is being trained. I don't understand what the whole talking under your breath at the employee while you're at the register taking my order. Weird

    Every morning, it’s another inconvenience. Every morning around 2:30am, it’s either cash only, they don’t have coffee, etc. For a place of business to be 24 hours and in such high demand, to not have coffee in the morning and or only be accepting cash is just mind blowing to me. I’m sure nothing will be done about this but if it’s early morning hours and you are on your way to work, dodge this bullet and go to the next nearest place. Otherwise, you will be late.

    One of the cleanest McDonald's around today. The staff here are so kind and they run orders like a well oiled machine! Bathrooms are cleaned often and there is an outdoor solar array that doubles as a great place to park in shade. If your in a pinch or just enjoy the occasional fish filet combo like me, this is the go to location in the area

    This Place Is Very Good And it does feels to remind me like I was a kid at my opinion, I would have to motivated The Restaurant because I Love MCDouble Hamburgers that I like and The MC flurry's, I was trying to buy it but it's too expensive, I remember the prices were low and it was long ago, so I have to save more and buy the meals everyday for my family, and I would rate to you with 5 stars and I appreciate for the place. 👍💙✨⚡🗿

    Went through the drive through and ordered some food. The large fries were half empty and the food was cold after my five minute drive home. I definitely should of checked it out more but I figured with the wait they would do the work properly. Having ordered chicken having cold food was very concerning due to food safety regulations and the possibly of it not being to code. The cashier didn't really say much and seemed like she didn't want to be there. No greeting or thank you. Just a order confirmation and the total. Also there was some guy yelling like a weirdo. Making it hard to order. That isn't their fault but it just added to the rest. Just a bad experience over all. The only good part was the girl who brought out the food at the end. Great customer service there. The location was busy but definitely a disheartening trip.

    Stopped in to get a bite to eat before driving a long way home, thought I ordered a combo meal but I didn't when I went back and asked for my fries they looked at my receipt and my order which was my fault just had two burgers when I said hey I'll just buy some french fries the young lady said no don't worry about it we'll give you these for free it was awesome wanting just to give total customer satisfaction made me feel important!!!

    The drive up window tends to be a priority here, and the food is usually cold by the time you get it. Please check your change, and make sure your order is correct before leaving.

    They didn't give me all of what I ordered. I'm very surprised at that. They have always been on the ball with that. I'm not sure what happened yesterday. I couldn't go back bc I was already at work. But, I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. There's one right up the street from my job but they always mess up my orders so I never go to that one. I was a bit disappointed at this location (University Ave.) yesterday though. It'll be a while before I return though.

    Food is good, staff is great. Would like security though quite a few transients waiting outside. My pregnant wife was followed by some homeless guy from the Mother's WIC store across the street into McDonald's where he was staring at her, making her feel uncomfortable. She had to call me to go over there and walk her back to her car all while he continued to look.

    Manager needs to accept that he needs to pay workers more and more of them. This location sucks. It takes FOREVER to get your food, it's worse later at night. I see other people roll by and nope out of there when they see how long the lines are. And the lines don't move, I sat in the drive-thru for an hour to get some nuggets. The nuggets were good and the fries were fresh and the place is clean but they're so slow even in the day. The manager is an idiot not realizing the lost sales in not keeping this place as staffed as possible. I counted like 20 people who just passed.

    The tables were dirty. Photos show a play area, but it no longer has any play area. There were no napkins customers could grab and hand sanitizer was all out.

    WORST experience ever I waited 30 mins in line just for them to close the lane I was in of the drive thru they were extremely rude and rushed my whole order… on top of that they had gave me the wrong order don’t waste ur time here the food is not worth it and less the customer service.

    Thai was an average McDonald's. The customer service was nice. We tried the new cold marble coffee. It was very good. There was a lot of parking for drive thru orders like mobile pick up orders. So this location is good at mobile orders.

    The 2 mcdoubles seemed not nearly warm more cool and chewy and the fries were brownish and yes hot but like if they were recooked and served . Hard and hard to chew . No thanks . I wont come to this McDonalds anymore .

    What can I say! We all grew up on Mc Donald’s. The food is awesome. The staff at this restaurant was so kind. They need workers y’all! So if you need some income coming in, go holler at Mc Donald’s. The staff there is friendly. So you’ll be happy working there and getting that pay check! 😃

    Zero stars if I could. Funny that they gave me a ripped $5 bill when they are giving me my change, but I go return it to them and they claim they didn't give it to me. Of course they'd do that. Lowlives. Go to the Spruce and Iowa location. Much better service and they wouldn't sneak a ripped bill to their customers.

    Very poor customer service. Orders take longer than expected to be completed. The staff is not good at multitasking and making sure their guests are attended to and they focus more of their attention on the drive thru orders. They expect to be approached, rather than extending their attentiveness and providing proper customer service. Customers are not acknowledged or greeted when they enter the restaurant.

    There were several employees there and they were not too busy I was the only one inside ordering at the time and there were only a couple of cars in the drive through at the time. It took them awhile to get my food to me and I ordered at the kiosk. The fries were barely warm and tasted like they had been sitting there awhile. The sweet tea had a butter aftertaste to it like it was old.

    For the past 3 weekends I've asked for no cheese and they put the note that says no cheese but they give them to me with cheese , so 5 minutes ago I said can you guys please make a special note of no cheese cause the last 2 times they put cheese anyways they said yea we'll make sure and they put cheese on them again 😒 im beginning to think they're doing it on purpose

    Don't go here if you are physically disabled in any way. Not even through the drive through. They wouldn't help two obviously disabled guys by simply putting the drink carrier in a bag. We both walk with canes, so we often find ourselves with no hands left.

    When in the drive throw a drifter walked into the drive throw demanding food and tried to open our doors. When I pulled up to the window and asked the for help. "There is nothing we can do " I said call the police they said" no the police will do nothing " sorry but that is rude customer service. Even thow it's not starving a burger you still should help.

    I stopped in to grab a quick coffee before my shift on Thursday 3:30 AM September 6 and they are not excepting debit cards I don’t get it how can McDonald’s not accept credit cards I understand the HP machine is always down but it sounds nefarious to me

    They have multiple people doing food delivery orders but only one person taking in person orders and filling those orders at the same time. Been craving a Fillet-O-Fish and when o get to work, I find it like this. Cool... but they want $15 an hour to mess up putting cheese on a sandwich?
