Good for a late night breakfast. But there was only two people working on our last visit. One in the front and one in the kitchen. It made for slow service.

Delightfully surprised with the new burgers from Ihob lol. Went late morning expecting to get breakfast, which is literally all I've ever gotten at IHOP.. But this time I took the chance and thought why not see what the silly marketing is all about. Let me tell you, that burger, the bacon Cheeseburger, was juicy, cooked right, had fresh vegetable toppings, the bun was fluffy and not smashed, and overall it was full of flavor! I was surprised. Fries were also fresh and crispy, salted right and not undercooked at all. Now with that said, will I be ordering it all the time? Probably not. That really will depend on when we go and what I'm in the mood for, but I will certainly try the other burgers.. I'm really a breakfast guy, so it's hard to get me to order anything else at a breakfast restaurant.

The service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. The storefront is well presented and the location is mostly clean, although the syrup trays could use some attention. The food is fine, nothing mind-blowing, but for what it is, it's perfectly acceptable. Don't sleep on the butter pecan syrup. It's delicious. The hash browns were a little chewy, but other than that it was fine.

Absolutely disgusting we waited 3 hours for our food to come and there was hair in my crepe which for some reason tastes like bacon and eggs that were overcooked and made in a trash can and there was rat droppings in the food and the sourdough was harder than a rock. I also found roaches on the ground and there were bugs in my pancake. And they worst part is I saw a man pouring syrup on his hashbrown

This place is a train wreck. Understaffed, slow service, disorganized, mediocre food. Same experience on multiple trips. I really want to like it, I do. I’ve given them multiple tries. But I just can’t go here anymore. Unfortunate.

This is one of our local favorite places for breakfast. Their service is prompt and the food is served good. I recommend their biscuits and gravy any time. They also offer an awesome "Kids eat free" option during certain days which you should check out. Happy eating. Highly recommend.

Let's keep this a secret. Went in for lunch and there were very few people there. The service was outstanding, the pot roast was really good, and the prices were very fair. Also, breakfast served all day.

Came here for breakfast idk when was the last time I went to an IHOP outside the front door their trashcan was littered all over the floor. Doesn’t really comfort me to wanna come and eat here, but I did anyways the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was OK. I can’t say I’d go back. My toes was burnt. I asked for eggs over easy. I didn’t get that but it’s OK. My toast didn’t even have melted butter.

This was the saddest experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. I used to go to this location with my bf about once a week and it was always great... But fast forward about a month and I ordered a quick 2 or something and it was the saddest thing I ever seen on a plate for over $15 >>>> sigh :( I left thinking - I could have bought a dozen eggs - a loaf of bread - and a pack of bacon and made breakfast for a week instead of what I just spent on nothing there... Now - with that said = this is not about management or the wait staff... They are about the best I've ever seen anywhere... They are always cordial and do their job well. But what was obvious is both inflation and shrinkflation had occurred since the last time I was there earlier this year... Sad :(

I ordered a cheeseburger meal and did not get cheese on my burger. I asked for well done meat and did not get it. I asked for extra pickles and they charged me .99,cents for like 4 little slices of pickle. And they didn't tell me they charge that much for such a small amount. Not cool!!

I've been in the neighborhood for 16 yrs and been to this location about five times because service isn't great. I was willing to give it a try again because how can you mess up pancakes and it's IHOP. They were a little busy, but we got coffee and water right away. Party of 2. We order right away and our food took 40 minutes. We were about to leave. I ordered the chicken biscuit. It came with white gravy no gravy. I had to get up and get it myself. As I'm eating, I realize my chicken is raw. I show the server, and she did apologize. Took meal off the bill. 40 minutes to wait and my 3 oz chicken still raw. Waiting for the illness to kick in.

My soda was watered down. I felt gypped the silverware was not clean. They did not have the price of the advertisers on the menu so it was like a made up price for the shrimp. The last couple of times I went to IHOP. It seemed like an old western movie Weeds blowing no one in there and it was dirty and expensive. $17 for a meal like it’s a five star restaurant is ridiculous the pancakes don’t even taste the same as they did and we didn’t even get our pancakes till we were done eating our food. If I could give this IHOP, a zero, I would to be honest all the IHOPs between Moreno Valley and Rancho Cucamonga are trash, and did I mention the silverware wasn’t that clean and the Pepsi was water down if I could give a zero star review I would if I was going to Applebee’s I could get steak mashed potatoes, onions and shrimp, and it would be amazing and I would only spit 50 bucks for three people $80 sucks to eat at IHOP thank you for listening to my review do not go to IHOP good day

Twice I have gone to this IHOP since it’s local and I enjoy supporting the local businesses. Honestly I have had the worse experience both times. I have ordered the big stake omelet with egg whites and both times it’s come with scrambled eggs instead of what I asked for. Twice it’s happen where I see actual steak pieces on the first orders then when I asked for my order to be fix the way I pay for and want I get hamburger on the second one. There is a slow service the waitresses never check on you and if you ask for something that missing or want additionally they never come back. The so call manager is distracted attempting to help, but she gets lost in the shuffle. She is polite but she does not have what it takes to run a restaurant. If you can’t remember slow down, write it down and go down the list. It’s not difficult. The cooks are not quality employees and add their own season to the food. The oils on the food are not changed out as often. How I know, it’s because you can taste the difference in oils. The food in a chain of restaurants has its own guide lines and season. Stop adding or taking away. This drives customers away because they are not getting what they pay for, this results in waste of food and customers that will not return to the establishment. At the end of the day this means the owner of the restaurant is loosing money in more than one way. Their biscuits and gravy is a joke. It’s not made at the store it comes in a bag then pour on dishes that are poorly washed and with soap residue. Any way you guys get the idea. Karen Miles, I think there should more training, cooks that can read what customers order and make what they ask not what the cook think it should be. Waitresses should be organized better and have enough personal to attend customers. Shift leads, managers or what ever they are call are there over see the food presentation and quality control , ask customer about the quality of food and maybe help with drinks as you approach customers. When you try to serve two Gods you are going to fail one for sure. I do not recommend this IHOP to anyone until the owner makes this right for all customers. We should get what we pay for and you can’t deliver find other ways to make money and have quality and sense of pride in what you do.

Have been here many times. Tonight was the biggest disappointment. We arrived 6 tables not cleaned off and had to say "Hello ?" as no one to seat us. There were only 2 Tables of people. She apologized as she said she was the only one working besides the chef. Sadly, I thought she might start clearing off the 8 tables with dishes as my husband and I and another couple were the only ones there. To be fair, she was good when she waited on us. Sadly, we won't be back. This restaurant needs a better manager. I use to train people and I could see many things she could have done with clearing off tables.

Service was bad and slow. 10mins had passed by and our server didn’t think to tell us that he would check up on our food. Our server Roger was kind but was very much more attentive to the tables around us, I understand that he needs to help out others too but he didn’t say anything to us at all other than asking what we wanted to drink. 35mins pass by and we still haven’t gotten out food. We kept waiting until a different waitress came to our table and asked if we needed anything. Finally after we told her we’ve been waiting a long time is when immediately the food came. Once we started eating they tried to make up for their bad service by asking if we needed anything and if everything was fine. The food wasn’t even good either. All I ask is that the waiters be a more attentive and don’t sit people down at a table if ur not gonna be prepared to serve them in a reasonable amount of time.

I had great time at the restaurant. The food was good and I liked my omelet. Server was really nice. But I found a dead fly in my left over food. It's really gross and the fact that I already had most of em just makes me want to throw up......ewww

Like most IHOP's you can expect what you think but, there is a lot to be said about the people and the quality of service. Staff here is on point, they are professional and most of all upbeat and the look to be enjoyable. I carried on a good chat with my server and the manager. I'd go back here because of how they treated my wife and i. Thanks for being welcoming and for taking care of us.

Horrible experience absolutely horrible as soon I walked in I asked for a booth and the girl with the red hair said something and rolled her eyes getting seated the waitress Marilyn came over asked for drinks and left then came back and when she went to attend other new tables she asked how their day was and how they are doing. Our food comes and a different lady that brought the food asked if we needed anything else probably the nicest person there for the quick 20 seconds she was there. We never got checked up on, all we got is I’ll remove these plates while other tables are asked if they need anything else as we leave no even have a good day nothing I felt racially profiled. Not even close to finishing our food the waitress brought the check right over I felt like I was being kicked out

I really enjoyed breakfast here. The service was fantastic, both young ladies that waited on us had great sense of humor and we're very efficient. The only slight downside was the music was a little bit loud, and since I was with friends I don't see often it made it a little bit distracting for conversation. I will certainly go back here again.

Food is ok. More of a kids place since everything has some sort of sugary glop or gloop on it. The salads aren't bad but, the pancakes are never quite fluffy because the use cake batter to make them. Not a good taste and, it feels like a rock in your stomache after you've eaten. The heaviest pancakes I ever ate. If my wife didn't like I would never eat there.

Not the same IHOP I'd been to in years past. Hash browns were not fresh and some of the food seemed like it was reheated or from microwaveable dishes. Disappointed.

Very kind and attentive servers. I had the crepes… very sugary. Times have changed. IHOP needs new food products ASAP.

Horrible service! My family and I went during Labor Day and it was understandable that it was going to be busy. When we were seated there were empty tables surrounding us, so naturally we should have been serviced first. However, everyone that was seated after us got their orders before we did and left before we did. At first everything was fine, drinks were ordered and we were having a great time. But after we ordered our food, everything went downhill from there. This waitress literally, kept forgetting about our pancake orders and we had to remind her about a milkshake that we ordered. She never brought them during the time we were eating our breakfast samplers. When we asked about the milkshake for the third time, we were fed up and asked to cancel. She then said “oh it’s coming out right now”, like that was supposed to mean something and we still did not want it. She told the person supposedly making the shake “she doesn’t want it anymore” right in front of us and left again forgetting to check on our pancakes or even bring them. After that she came back and asked if we wanted the check and she still hadn’t brought our pancakes, while everyone else was getting them (we have eyes and could see the stacks coming out of the kitchen). When she finally brought our pancakes, we were done with our plates and normally this would be the time to be asking for the check, but we ordered more pancakes because we came specifically for the $5 pancakes. This waitress had the audacity to question our order and say that we didn’t have the $5 pancakes and figure out how many $5 pancake orders we had. She couldn’t remember ANYTHING, and she still had the nerve to question our order. And no shocker here, we never got our pancakes and we left. At this point, I bet she never put that order of pancakes in. Worst experience at this ihop and it was the first time going to this location. I definitely wont recommend this location to anyone. I recommend this IHOP get better waitresses or train them better. If you forget people’s order, here’s a tip. WRITE IT DOWN. There needs to be a better way to handle people’s orders at ihop because these waitresses did a sloppy job.
