I only tried the coffee and I was not disappointed. I got the peanut butter latte. An amazing combination with the perfect mixture I dare say that's better then starbucks. A small business owned by a couple that actually cares about your coffee experience. Highly recommended over Starbucks all day everyday.

The only thing I've ever ordered and always order is their Bistro club I believe it's called and ita so good I Love it .. my review is solely based on the customer service. A couple of the girls aren't very welcoming and when speaking to the "manager" she looked at me like I was crazy and was told if they're too busy that they dont answer phone but trust me there's enough girls in there to answer a phone call that particular day there was hardly anyone dining in the shop. I feel they're a bit prejudice as well because even before the phone situation they always seem to be in a bad mood and give ma a what are you doing here vibe. I'm like girl I'm just trying to eat . Guess they didn't like that I asked for a lemonade which they dont have by the way its blended. Also I've worked in the food industry in much bigger restaurants with bigger rush hours . All in all they need some training in customer service and food hospitality Recent update: like I understand the homeless can be a bit tricky to deal with but no need to be rude especially when it looks as though she did order a coffee I work nearby so it sadness me to see such poor customer service still to this day it's like if you hate people so much find another job !!!

Good Turkey Club, though I thought it was odd to have Parmesan cheese liberally sprinkled on the outside of the sandwich, making for a mess. Coffee isn’t anything to write home about and I was a little disappointed to see that for an additional $1.50 the side of pasta salad was barely 3/4 cups worth and grocery store quality. Despite being busy they seemed timely, though I wasn’t acknowledge at all when I came to pick up my online order despite there being no line at the time and just had to find my order on the counter on my own. I’d go again but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it or feel particularly inclined to take visitors to eat here.

Staff is unwelcoming. I’ve been there twice, the first I thought maybe they were having a bad day. Second time was even worse. The three women working in the front seem depressed and hating their job. Needs better staff. Food is bland, nothing to brag about. Coffee is good though.

This place has really great fresh food. The build your own breakfast sandwich is a really cool idea and it made it easy for me to be able to put whatever I wanted on it!! The coffee wasn’t the best and was too sweet for my taste but that’s just my personal preference. The place was ran by women and because of this the atmosphere was safe, friendly and warm and I loved it. Everyone was super kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great coffee and breakfast sandwich place. I got a simple vanilla iced latte and a breakfast sandwich on an english muffin.

I got an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk and an egg, bacon, cheese w/ avocado on the jalapeño bagel. I had never tried this place and I ordered a simple latte thinking it was just going to be mediocre since it was just a vanilla latte, but I was wrong. I have no idea what ingredients they use but you can tell it is all great quality. This was the best iced coffee I’ve ever had, it was the perfect sweetness to coffee ratio and it was really creamy. The sandwich was really great as well, the cook recommended it to us 😊 Coming back soon!

Great place for Coffee and a sandwich! I was going to Starbucks up the street every morning and one day the drive-thru was so backed up that I ended up finding this spot only a couple blocks away! Plenty of street-side parking (if you’re in a hurry like me), fast service and wonderful food. What more can you ask for?

Staff is always super nice nd welcoming ! Their iced lattes and hot lattes are a big go to . The flavors are always consistent and never watered down no matter the hour you order . If you have any questions or need modifications they're always very helpful . Pricing is also decent. Everytime I've been here they'll bring you your food and interact with all their customers. I came here for the first time today with my husband and WOW. When people wrote in the reviews that the coffee is creamy and sweet, they were right on the money! It was sweet without being saccharine, and the creaminess was really pleasant without being too thick. I got the iced latte with salted caramel, and it was truly delicious. I also got the avocado toast, and I legitimately don't know if I've ever had avocado toast this good. They didn't skim on portions! The service was wonderful too. My order was taken by a taller blonde woman who was so sweet it immediately made me happy we came in. When we went back to thank them, Riley was also super nice. I can't wait to come back!

Found this small quaint place at the suggestion of a friend. What a great find! Best Chai PSL I’ve ever had! Food is prepared fresh as ordered. Staff is helpful and wonderful. Owners are on sight and either making drinks or food. Quick and easy in and out. Please give them a try, you won’t be sorry! Highly recommend.

Overall, this place had a great atmosphere, the customer service was nice, and I loved how you could distinguish who was a regular there. Food was good, but they don't have breakfast all day, in case you're a not-so-early bird.

I've been coming here for about 4 or 5 years, about once every other week. Truth is I've seen a place that used to pride themselves in quality ingredients and home style breakfast and lunch slowly become a place that buys their food products from Costco, slaps in a plastic box and says, here ya go. But that's not why I'm giving them two stars. It's because their kitchen is clearly either not up to the task of serving food. Waiting 25 minutes for avocado toast is inexcusable. Especially when it's bagged bread, with store bought premade guacamole that they slapped on a single piece of toast with some all season. Literally a two minute process.

Family owned business! The owners are great and their food is very good especially for the price. Breakfast sandwiches and lunch are so good and customizable as well as their coffees and teas. Must try!

Favorite coffee shop in Riverside by miles. Owners & staff super friendly. Top notch service. Nice selection of drink and food options. Rotating diverse hot coffee selection. Down to earth atmosphere. Not snoody and too cool hipsterish like many trendy coffee joints these days. There's reasons the locals/regulars continue to support.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The workers have no sense of urgency, AT ALL!!! The owner(female) was very rude and nasty. This place will drain you just by having you wait long and with the horrible customer service. Small own business failure for sure.

I had a great lunch experience there last Saturday, March 26, '22. Awesome little place. Tried calling twice to let them know but no answer.

I read a 1 star review of this place about a drink they have that I have always wanted to try. I realized that maybe their drink was just a mishap, it appears to be the case because mine was excellent. It bewilders me when people are not strong enough in person to ask a business to fix what was wrong (which I’m sure they would be happy to do so) but they are “bold” enough to anonymously give a 1 star review on the internet. Maybe that is just what people who like McDonalds processed food do.

The worst customer service. I've been to this coffee shop before. I saw they were recently broken into and thought I'd stop by and support a local business. I placed an online order for pick-up at 8:15. I arrived and they informed me they ran an out one item I ordered. No problem, replace with another. I received it. My coffee was still not ready, I continued to wait. It was about to be 8:30 and I inquired about it. A customer or two had arrived and were served promptly while was still waiting on my order. I was informed they were making it. I then went on to let them know,in a calm demeanor, It was supposed to be ready since 8:15 and its 8:30. At this point I'll be late for work. The tallest young lady walked away saying well shes making it and maybe don't come here "under her breath". I understand they were previously slammed prior to me arriving however they were taking orders and serving promptly to those just placing them. I did not appreciate the snide comments made by the young girl so I just walked out with just the one item in my hand leaving the coffee behind. As much as I like to support the community, I did not appreciate the rudeness when I was not being rude. Simply pointing like hey, I'm still here waiting.

The quintessential local coffee shop. This is the type of place you bring a good friend visiting from out-of-town if you want them to get a true taste of Riverside. Always great service, clean environment, and very friendly staff. Very good option if you want to pick something small up quick, sit and chat with a friend, or enjoy a good book.

Well spaced outdoor seating. So many yummy choices on the menu and flavors for coffee and steamers. Order online or at the bistro. They have plenty of regulars because this place is worth coming back to for breakfast, lunch, or a quick drink & snack for the road
