Terrible food with unprofessional staff! Not just that but they served us rock hard wings and gave us a hassle when we asked for a replacement. No new coke machine either smh

Nice place and excellent customer service by Matthew. He patiently explained the menu options. Both of the employee's that I ran across were masked up and the place was super clean. The place looked sterile clean! I'll definitely be visited this place again for some awesome tasting chicken wings.

A couple years ago I wouldn't have recommended this location, but after management change this location is great. Food is always accurate and most importantly, ready when they say it will be ready. Our favorite location for wings

Waited an hour for 2 chicken sandwiches (1 was a combo). I ordered on the app as soon as they opened, the app said it was ready 30 minutes before I received my order, the sandwiches and fries were cold when I got them (probably sat for close to an hour), and a homeless dude was picking his @$$ and playing with himself on a ledge in the front window. Riverside is such a $h1thole now.

The staff seem to hate each other and do not work together, and it is clear that are not a team. One walk to the back and never came back for 5 mins after asking for our name. The other counter help just was like what ever, when he asked her for help.

Best customer service award goes to charli. Very great salesman and good smile. Made sure I got what I wanted and it was fresh and delicious.

Chicken was tasty fries were over cooked and dry,corn was good. Maybe just me it was pricey. That seems to be the norm these days.

Came here because i was wanting food and it was late so i went online and saw that this place was open near me. When i entered the facility I noticed how clean it was. (most places aren’t clean at 11PM) I was then greeted with a smile by one of the employees who then took my order. The person was very attentive and was able to give me recommendations on flavors that i would like. They even asked what type of taste i’m looking for and they got the sauce i was in the mood for PERFECT. I ended up ordering a 10 piece classic wing combo in the flavors mango habanero and lemon pepper. The food was made within 15 minutes and the food was fresh and hot. My wings were very tasty and my fries were nice and crisp. The environment of this place is wonderful and the employees are AWESOME. I will definitely come back again. 10/10

What establishment doesn't take cash??? Well this wingstop does not! If you order online prepare to show your card for verification, which is not a big deal, but if my wife places the order for me to pick up to save time how do you expect me to have her card? So i decided to op for pay in store, but wait it gets better no on the phone orders over 30 bucks? Wow im mind bottled!

I was greeted with a whole girl squad and they were so friendly. I can’t remember all their names but Lizbeth and Ana Laura I think? was super nice. All the girls in the kitchen were getting shiii done, they handed me my order so nice and friendly. I was honestly getting inpatient but I could tell they were putting in so much work so I appreciate them

Food was not cooked correctly. Fries were soggy, wings not seasoned at all, and staff could care less. Don't order from this one.

I made a online order when I went to pick up the cashier was rude she said my son had call them and told them bi$$% when we never call then they call the cook to intimate me and tried to explained to them where never call she keep up with that they where not going to make my order worst attitude and bad costumer service will call corporate about it

In my opinion this is the best wingstop out of all of them. The customer service is top notch and the wings are cooked to perfection. I love the promotions they have 5 free wings with the purchase of a drink and for the right price too it's a nice lil snack for when your hungry. They have a 25wing special too for 15.99 which is alot better than some other wing spots I know.

The customer service here is amazing walked in right away and so welcoming usually I go to wing stop and stores are filthy I look in the back location super clean , the lady’s super happy and excited to work definitely be back soon

Terrible place rude people waited 2 hours for two 6 piece meals. Manager is the worst also girl coughed into her hand then proceeded to keep packing and touching food without washing 🤮 will never go back. Owner needs to check this place

Wait 40 minutes for my food, before I asked how much longer. She went back there and looked around until she found my order said 10 more minutes before its done. It's boneless chicken it doesn't take almost an hour to make.

Appreciate the cook and cashier greeting me as I walk in store. The cashier offered me to get free fry while I wait food on bottom of survey! The cooks made sure my food was nice fresh! 💯 willing to come back again:)

Wings are pretty good but the staff is lack luster. This is the third time that I’ve called an order in and they wait until I arrive to prepare it. That’s 40 minutes for 20 wings.

I enjoy coming to this wing stop. Evelyn the manager has a great personality and always makes me feel welcome . She recommended voodoo fries, something I had never tried before and oh my goodness do they taste so good.

excellent service and better tasting wings then BWW. also fast and still hot when I arrived home to munch. fires extra seasoning hit the spot all the time the employee Judith that rung me up was precise on my order got it all at the first time. didn't get confused even though my order is a bit confusing at times being a big order. and was fast to get it out.

Dropped by for a quick dinner. The food came out quick and Judtih rang me up. She did a great job taking my order and repeated it back to make sure. The food was tasty and hot. Will be coming back again.

Food came back to us cold After I had to go to another store because of stupid policy off “I just handled someone with a $100 bill I can’t take yours” Asked for my fries for well done and they’re cold n not fresh fries…the customer service here gets worse n worse with each new hire and the regular staff…I will not be coming back here…fries ARE NEVER FRESH Honestly just lost my appetite due to fries being overly greased fried…probably would’ve been better they would’ve took my money when presented instead of “shewing” my away

Disgusting!! We had a roach crawling on the wall next to where we sat. When I went to ask for my order to be canceled, the "assistant manager" (some person named jacky) got an attitude stating "it's not like it was in the kitchen, but ok". I also heard "they're coming from outside" Like do these people know how reach infestations work??

This place takes forever. If you value your time do not go here. It over 25 minutes for 10 chicken wings. There was one other order in front of me. The owner of this franchise has failed to properly train the staff. The owner should sell the restaurant and let someone else take over. I will never go back to this place and no one should ever go there. This place epitomizes a terrible fast food place.

Went here for some food. I was instantly greeted by a smiling worker. They were a very kind and knowledgeable person. They gave me very good descriptions of flavors when I had asked them about the flavors. The lobby was very clean even though they were busy. The floors were spotless and the tables were nice and clean. When given my food it was steaming hot and had plenty of sauce for my liking. The fries were yummy and the ranch was especially good. BUT the show stopper was my 10 piece original hot wings they had a lot of sauce and were delectable they were perfectly cooked and juicy. I absolutely LOVE this place and I plan on coming here a LOT more often.
