I wouldn’t pay money to stay here again let alone stay for FREE! Woke up in the morning to cockroaches on the counter and in the restroom. Went and informed the lady at the office and she told me she would have the manager contact me by phone that he was unavailable and not answering. Also the hot water in the shower did not work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE

Room looked clean but to find out had lots of bedbugs got bites all night. Thought it was mosquitoes but then I found out under the bed sheet were bad bugs crawling around killed a few but too many around.. Wound not recommend even for the cheap price not worth it. Never stayed in a room that had bedbugs

I ended up staying here way longer than planned, things were decent until recently. The new manager, some guy named Max, still hasn’t done jack about the bed bugs or the horrendous roach problem here and he has a habit of being rude and stand-offish towards guests that ask for assistance. I feel really bad for the staff, they’re good people and they work hard and if don’t see Max’s “cheerful” demeanor doing them any favors in the near future.

This place is very nasty. Price way to high for the services of this hotel. I would not ever stay here again. They lied about the price and charged $30 more than the price I was actually quoted. Clean that place up and stop over charging people for that roach, drug motel...

The bed feels like plywood with foam. Property is filthy. Room service is pretty much non-existent while you're there. Ants come out of nowhere. AC is loud enough to wake up to at night. Pool area is disgusting. Would not recommend. Spend the extra money some place else. Doesn't look like online pictures at all.

Awesome place. They had the best price in the area about $20 cheaper for last minutes walk in, gave us complimentary late check out at 1300! The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and a lot of hot water.

Stayed 3 nights. First night the rooms AC was so terrible we couldn't cool the room. . The next night we got another room which had roaches. So at 12 am we had to pack up again and switch rooms. Annette was very sweet and took care of it. Unfortunately... This room had roaches too. plus a plethora of issues. The sink wouldn't drain the hair dryer was broken the door didn't lock, there was roaches, the window didn't have a screen on it and the mattresses were so hard and cheap it was pointle to try and sleep. They offered us a discount that was a slap in the face. We're waiting at the doctor's office now after an obvious case of bed bugs bites. Never stay here!

I get there after paying in full for a room online and despite having a Government issued ID, the night manager, Mr. Bumbay, denies me the room because it expired. Okay fine. I ask to refund the money and he tells me to get the refund through the service in which I used to book the room. I did just that. But when the booking service tried to contact Mr. Bumbay to verify, he literally ghosts. them or plays dumb. So now I have to do chargeback. Unbelievable.

Was looking for an inexpensive place close to the sliverlakes sports park this was good as everything was booked and expensive. New owners were on a roll here. I my room looked remodeled was nice new TV new mattresses in all rooms. The pool was clean and it had a handicap chair. I don't know if they will go back to coffee in the rooms, but there was none. Lobby was closed due to the remodel but was told they would have coffee when it opened. The bathroom was pretty big and the soap wow were not the little soap pretty good size 2 soaps 2 small bottle of shampoo. If you need ice have to ask upfront. Stay was nice Del taco is right next door. Bad thing not the lodge fault but there are homeless who sleep right off the parking area.

I stay here every time I come to Riverside. The mall is down the street. It's right down from the freeway. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. I haven't had an issue with noise. The pool is still closed. Ice machine is in the office. Check in is at 12 p.m. now. Rooms are decent with mini fridge.

Worst in the area the manager Steve made me super uncomfortable trying to check in & I booked elsewhere immediately. Stay safe ladies !

1. Roaches! 2. 10+ minutes to check in. 3. Water fixtures loose. Shower knob difficult. 4. Ice machine in office, manager grabbed ice with bare hands. 5. Hard bed. Too firm. 6. Stained towels.

a lil dusty on lampshades. Blanket was stained on bed. 😫 I enjoyed the pool, spa was not on, restroom was very modern, overall, it was a nice room.

I stayed here quite a few nights recently & for the price I was not let down! Im a non-smoker, professional that asked for the nicest room close to the office... All of the office ladies were nice! I also felt safe leaving my personal items there during the day while I worked... No partying going on, no kids running around at night. No sketchy people hanging out..

The handicap accessible room is great. The bathroom is large and the shower has a bench and a removable shower chair. The pool is equipped with a wheelchair lift. The a/c works well. I'm very impressed for the price. I highly recommend staying here if you're disabled and on a budget. Clean rooms. Friendly service.

I just checked out and had a fantastic experience. The window attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service.

The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Definitely over priced, hostile management, no hospitality whatsoever. The employee kicked out my guests after they had been in the room for approx. 8 minutes. Worst smell, bathroom ceiling was caving in and leaking. Bed feels like if it was made out of planned parenthood cardboard. Feels like the inside of a church’s chicken dinner box. If a kfc biscuit were a hotel, it would be this one.

Supposedly a non-smoking room, but it was certainly anything but. Roaches were seen, and the floor was caked in mud. I travel for a living, and have used Choice Hotels in the past but this is by far my worst experience with them.

First room a few cockrochs on my bed then moved to a second room a bunch of cockrochs on the walls and door finally the third room was roach free until morning when I opened the dresser drawer ! Very bad experience and management wouldn't refund or do anything about it, infact they charged me extra because I didn't turn in the key card.

The grounds keeper Mike I believe his name was very helpful.i have a 2 year old and being able to load everything in the truck is not happening with only 1 adult he was right there to help. thank u again

The pictures were very misleading. Nothing here is clean. The rooms are dirty and trashed. Lots of homeless people. The lady at the front desk was upset when I said that I had a reservation. Since the office was closed, we had to stand outside for about 10 minutes waiting for the lady to check us in. Yes, it is cheap, but save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

The rooms were budget friendly and clean but the gal at the front desk, Colleen (sp?) made the stay so much better. She was so cheerfully accommodating and sweet about everything!

Wish I could give a negative 5 stars…. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS ROOM 203 for sure is I stayed there on Monday the 6 checked in at 10 pm we were up and outta there at 7 am and I got about 75 bed bug bites informer staff and nothing was offered at all not even a apology PLEASE DONT STAY HERE PLEASE THE GOOD THING IS WE DIDNT TAKE ANY IF OUR THINGS IN THR ROOM SO WE SISNT HAVE TO WORY ABOUT TAKEN THEM WITH US BUT THE BED BUGS RUN THAT HOTEL

Staff is grate rooms aren't so grate.... couldn't believe the price I paid for the out dated beds n the room was not clean uneff for my child. I believe that the training needs to be refreshed with the maids.

This place is in Choice Hotels portfolio, what a shame. The rates are reasonable., the only positive comment. The roaches, ants and other insects are unpaid guest. Cigarettes butts litter the grounds, maintenance is none existent, when I complained about bites from some unseen insect. I was informed by staff, "if she did not like a place she would leave", would to GOD that I had that privilege. Called Choice Hotels, was informed that when I check out they will look into the matter. A lotta good that does me. All praise be to GOD for He has seen my tribulations and delivered me. He has shown himself to be a true and living GOD. Amen. So blessings to anyone who stays here, take GOD with you.

Witnessed multiple Cockroaches scattering around my buddies room not even 30 seconds after settling in. The room itself would get insanely hot in the afternoons; hot enough to jump in and enjoy the pool and all it's amenities had it not been absolutely disgusting. The service was good though. The ladies working the front are sweet as can be. It's not a surprise that Rodeway catches it's fair share of the locational shade, but I can't help but be thankful the staff has trouble minding their own. Lol! Seriously though.

HORRIBLE. CHARGED ME 100.00 FOR A ROOM WITHOUT TV. HAD BUGS AND ANTS.. SHOWER AND FLOOR WERE ATROCIOUS! NO TOILET SEAT. THE PERSON OFFERED TO BRING ME ONE AND ASKED ME IF I WANTED IT WIPED OFF (WHO WOULDNT) I WILL POST THE PICTURES OF THE SHOWER WHICH I HAD TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT MYSELF. IT WAS NASTY. IVE STAYED THERE YEARS BEFORE AND IT WAS A DECENT. NOW I DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WITH THE RATES THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE. They need to be inspected.

It's ok for the price, needs to maintain cleaner out side though.
