Hidden jem! I love jacuzzi suites. what appears as a hole in the wall At first glance surprised me greatly once I went into my room. It actually had normal real length carpet. Nice color . not stained. Vibe was cozy. Room size was large. * #1 for real sized jacuzzi in room located to the side of bed. Huge Mirrors on all walls around it. Heart shaped. DEEP!!! UP OVER SHOULDERS! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. LOVED IT .ONLY CHARGED ME LIKE $140 . GREAT PRICE. NICE DESK CLERK. CANT WAIT 2 GO BACK

Lovely place. Nice rooms and very clean. Downside I could hear the upstairs running around at 3am which kept waking me and my guest up but all in all it was a nice visit.

While this hotel, Thunderbird Lodge, isn't in the best area, it makes up for it by having a comforting atmosphere and very well mannered staff. I've stayed at many different hotels and motels in the area that are within the same price range and this place definitely holds its ground at being on of the best.

This is not a 5-star hotel, 3 at best. But it's clean, convenient, and inexpensive comparatively.

The staff was very accommodating and moved us rooms the first night because of noise. Then when we upgraded to the jacuzzi room they let us go straight to it at 11 cleaning it early for us. The only reason it's not a 5 is because the jacuzzi didn't work but soaking in the hot water was a treat. Also the beds got softer with each move!

Its... ok? I prefer a motel 6 honestly. Especially if you want cleanliness. But this is as good a place as any if you're in an interesting situation and just need a room for the night. I definitely don't think it would be worth it to do an extended stay here. The area surrounding in particular can be... rough.

6/4/20 Stayed here for one night. Got my nights rest here, but major issues with the room. First my towels were somewhat wet, not sure if itโ€™s from the moisture in the room or they werenโ€™t dry and hung up. The bathroom wouldnโ€™t flush, and the water didnโ€™t get hot enough. Overall, Iโ€™m thankful for a clean bed and no bed bugs, but some of the basic needs of staying in a hotel were not met. I wouldnโ€™t stay here again.

Even for the price, this place was so gross lol. Cigarette burns and a tv from '98 are what u should expect. Have fun!

They were nice but expensive for lacking amenities, such as a pool!

So, for $65 on a Thursday night, this place is worth it. It's an old motel that is safe and pretty quiet. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. My only issues were with the room itself. The microwave looked like there had been a fire on the inside and should be replaced. The little plastic wheel and glass tray your food sits on were broken and unusable. The place appeared clean until I walked around barefoot (floors are dark wood color), and my feet turned black. So I wore shoes for the rest of my stay. Also, the pillows were mixed up, and I slept on really overstuffed pillows, and the other bed had a comfortable, thinner pillow. I didn't know that until the following day. The wifi page to sign in was hidden with white text, meaning it took about 15 minutes to find the hidden text box to sign in with the code. The wifi was fast enough at 20 Mbps once I was signed in, which is excellent. The rooms need to be remodeled, but since they weren't, I assume we got a cheaper price. The bed was clean, the ice machine worked well, and the lights worked. I would recommend staying here, as long as you are trying to save some money and pass out for one night. But if you need the amenities and functioning appliances or plan a multi-day stay, look elsewhere.

I wish I could give more stars. The service provided was wonderful. There was an issue with my booking, and the receptionist was very helpful in resolving the issue. I have stayed here many times. The rooms have always been clean. They are pretty stylish to. This is my preferred hotel to stay at when in Riverside.

The rooms were not clean and the jacuzzi bathtubs needed cleaning too. Toilet leaked as well.

Eaten alive by bugs. Not saying bedbugs, not ruling it out.

The only Thunderbird I saw were the bottles of same name in & around the complex. If you must, bring EVERYTHING inside the room. The local "housing displaced" run shop in and around.

A total rip off. I would recommend. This was the only motel with vacancies in the area at the time I stayed & we were charged $175 for an outdated, smelly, dusty room with an old tube TV & dirty carpeting. People were also lurking around the parking lot

More roaches then ive ever seen any where in my life, and they refused to give me back any more than $25 of $150 I paid. And that was on top of ripped bedding, sheets, stains everywhere and cover for the toilet! This place was aweful.

We got the king suite with a hot tub. The hot tub was pretty cool. However, the jets shut off randomly and the walls around it were falling apart. The owners were very kind and helpful. The TV was from the 90s, very quiet but it worked! I would likely stay here again.
