Very
disappointing
the
room
was
dirty
and
unsafe
for
my
son
who
has
asthma
among
other
health
issues.
We
were
place
in
room
117
non-smoking,
the
guest
in
116
would
stand
outside
thier
door
and
smoke.
Also
another
guest
across
from
us,
while
we
are
supposally
in
a
non
smoking
room/area.
I
went
and
explained
my
concerns
to
the
customer
service
rep
at
the
front
desk.
She
basically
discard
my
concerns
and
reply
with
"I
can
ask
them
not
to
smoke
but
I
can
not
make
them
not
smoke."
First
off
it's
a
concerns
for
a
child
with
a
medical
condition
and
second
yes,
you
can
if
it's
non
smoking
room.
There
should
be
a
assigned
smoking
area,
away
from
the
non-smoking
room.
There
was
alot
that
could
of
been
offered
yet
nothing
was
offered
or
any
concerns
about
our
needs.
I
did
asked
for
a
refund
since
for
the
safety
of
my
son
we
had
to
leave
and
find
another
hotel
last
minute.
Worst
service
ever.
We
have
booked
at
other
Motel
6
before,
but
this
has
been
the
worst
experience,
and
no
concern
for
others
and
thier
safety.
Very
unprofessional.
We
checked
in
around
5pm
7/10/23
and
left
by
7pm
or
before
that.
There
was
no
way
we
would
of
been
able
to
stay
the
night,
if
we
did
we
would
of
probably
ended
up
at
the
ER.
Must
do
better
Motel
6
of
the
Sierra.
Not
family
friendly
whatsoever.
I
WON'T
RECOMMEND
THIS
MOTEL
TO
ANYONE!!
After
a
10
hour
drive,
you
want
to
rest
not
put
up
with
insensitive
staff.
I
still
want
my
refund.
