Can't complain about anything, staff never bothered us and was quick to have maintenence fix issues with one of the AC units in the suite on the top floor. Jacuzzi tub inside room always a plus, as well as the balcony overlooking magnolia and la Sierra Ave. Definitely going to stay here again!

The only good thing about this place was that it provided a bed to sleep in. We paid $90 a night for the most disgusting and overpriced room I've ever stayed in. The room smelled like smoke despite it being a nonsmoking room. The random bathtub in the bedroom looked old and gross. The shower was big, but the tile was in need of a good cleaning. There was a black footprint on top of the toilet, like someone had stomped on it, but nobody cleaned it off. They didn't provide conditioner or body wash - just shampoo and a bar of hand soap. They did provide bubble bath for the bathtub, but it looked like it was half full and they tried to reseal it. The water didn't stay at one temperature during showers - it would vary from ice cold to scalding hot during one five-minute shower. The bedsheets were so thin, we had to keep the room extra warm to compensate. We travel a lot, and this was the only time I was afraid of sleeping with bugs. I could have gotten much better for $90 a night.

It was the dirtiest filthiest hotel room I have ever seen. Besides the filth blood all over mattresses and ceiling. It is a complete health hazard to anyone. The health dept needs to close it! Tried to give us a room not as dirty. Oh lord NO!!! Shredded curtains. You can see dirt and cereal swept to where carpet ends. If I hadn’t stripped to check for bed bugs I never would of found blood all over mattresses. Run from this place! I know now health dept shut them down before.Black mold it just never stops Noticed there are several pictures not posted anymore of all the blood every where, massive amounts of blood on mattress etc

It's close to the shops the movie theater the mall the train and bus station. Safe? I would think better than most places. It was an older building and I didn't even use the jacuzzi. Quiet for the most part. No real place for breakfast here... very basic accommodations. Felt like my 95$ wasn't worth the stay. I would recommend other hotels if your looking for a nice location. Here the door was ...hmm out of misalignment. In the foot u can see a wide opening. Bathroom was cold and narrow...non inviting. TV was small and decor..truly non existent. The bed was okay, the sheets were clean and soft at least...colorful in a good way.

The only good thing I can say is that the office guy gave me a room key card to check the room before checking me in for my reservation. The door to the room did not have a secondary lock and I could see daylight when it was closed and locked. The sheets on the bed were wrinkled. Definitely felt unsafe and did not stay. They did not charge for the late cancellation

Ok so it wasn’t the worst place I have ever stayed. It certainly wasn’t the best though. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub in the room. That was the best part of the room. The bathroom sink wasn’t working but we got a discount for that. The room was clean except the towels. The towels looked like someone cleaned the floor with it then hung it back up. No conditioner but lots of shampoo. Weird. So I would stay there for the in room tub. But it’s pretty jankie.

All I can say is YKIES! This place is really low quality. The toilet was cracked. The sheets were washed but stained. The door frame had been broken with little effort to repair and the entire complex smelled like cigarettes. I think the clientele are those with no options. Also the pictures they offer here are misleading.

Not a clean place not a good place for your kids. Homeless people hanging out in front smoking drugs selling drugs. They also hang out in the back stairwell.

This by far was the worst damn motel I've ever stayed in!!! 🤬🤬 I couldn't believe how filthy the floor, toilet, and jacuzzi were after we paid for a suite but all we got is a sour room! The bedding wasnt cleaned, you could see other bodily fluids and things on it. From dripping rust water from the ceiling fire sprinklers to smashed bugs on the wall... Smh we checked out soon as we could. I'm sorry but it was very ran down and nasty. Don't let the pictures on the website confuse you because you'll be very disappointed. That place should be shut TF down! 😱

If I could give this place negative stars it would be -5 star hotel… what a dump and they really charge people to stay here! I was bamboozled by their websites pictures.. I’m from Denver. Colorado came out here to visit a friend and I thought this would be a good place to stay look fine to me, but then I check again. I was gonna be here for a week the next morning I checked out because of the roaches the dirtiness, this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at whatever you do stay away from here you might end up with a disease!

horrible area full of addicts and homeless. The suite we got on 4th floor was weird had a curtain on outside of bathroom where u can open and see someone on toilet but I'm sure it's meant to watch whoever in the spa tub in bathroom* the AC unit was filthy and vent was clogged to hell. rooms and maid service need serious help!

Unfortunately this hotel is great location but NOT safe to stay in. In all fairness, the staff know how poor the hotel is as we were asked upon check in to double check rooms before we were charged. The overwhelming smell of mold and water damage when I entered the room was shocking. And then when I went to use the bathroom PIECES OF THE CEILING FELL. I looked up and saw water coming down from the fire sprinklers and the wall falling inward. I asked to switch rooms for safety and they did oblige. The second room still had water damage to the point the floor was sinking, the toilet leaked, the sink was BAD leaking , and I realized the issue with the sprinklers is the entire third floor. Oh and there was roaches I noticed the next morning. And lastly all the bedding was stained. Black smudges, cigarette burns, and urine stains. Lastly we almost got stuck in the elevator. The door wouldn't open. I checked the permit and it expired 2020 I will not be returning. And I do not recommend any stay nomatter how desperate you are. I feel bad for the staff. But this place should be condemned. There is no saving this facility.

I've stayed here before, all good but it's starting to show it's age. The hot water supply was lukewarm at best. Phone was dead, couldn't call desk to complain about water. Breakfast couldn't feed a gerbil. Room was clean, staff was great. All things considered; still a good value . Four stars...

For what I paid for the suite was terrible. I had been in this same suite in 2013 so that's why I got it omg it looked like the same stuff all nasty and old holes in the wall vents hanging from the ceiling jacuzzi bath I couldn't wait to get in yeah right know was broken and the tub was nasty I could go on and on

Our room key had to be rekeyed every time we left the room. There were cockroaches, they offered a pool on the website but we were told it had been broken for the last 4yrs, there was a keyed tub in the room but had no hot water or plug to hold the water in. I would not stay there again.

Don’t let them fool you by the pictures. What they have posted doesn’t even really look like the hotel in person. For example, the picture of the lobby it’s not theirs. The rooms are falling apart the ceilings leak water. it’s the ugliest place.

This place is like any other motel in Riverside that is a true dump. The police profile you anybody of color in this city. And make your stay very unpleasant here and it's just not okay...

PLACE IS DISCUGSTING AND NEEDS TO BE CONDEMED! EVERYTHING IS BEYOND FILTHY, FALLING APART, AND UNSAFE! CHARGING TOP DOLLAR FOR TRASH!

At one point I lived there for over a year and a half. The staff is friendly and the place needs some repairs, but for the most part I like it the most of all the motels on Magnolia.

Everything is completely outdated. There's cockroaches everywhere. The rooms are so full of mold, I couldn't breathe. There's a jacuzzi tub, but I refuse to use it. Who knows when the last time the jets were disinfected.

OWNER must fix this or Choice Hotels needs to REMOVE this franchisee from their network of hotels. Pictures are fake or extremely outdated. There is no lobby available as shown. Place smelled like urine at every corner. Room smelled musty and looked like they were being frequented by people of questionable profession that charge by the hour. The hallway floors were sticky and smelly. I should have read the reviews from a YEAR ago as nothing appears to have improved since then. Why is this even in operation under Choice Hotels? It is the worst hotel in the network! I do appreciate the staff giving me the keys to check out the rooms prior to charging my credit card. My Choice Rewards points were promptly refunded after I filed my complaint with Choice Hotels.

This place is disgusting and has horrible flooring spiders(Huge black widows cockroaches and beg bugs) the staff don't care the manager is rude af and the maintenance is not very helpful. I would never go there again. Gross

This is a very comfortable hotel and the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. Their staff was also very friendly and professional while answering my concerns. What a nice service, guys! I really love visiting this hotel because it was very clean and spacious. It was highly recommended by everyone here in our place!

Ended up with a suite for $331. And for the price air conditioner didn't work In living room, the t.v in living room didn't work also. Needs a deep cleaning for sure. Found blood in rest room by the toilet. Various holes in walls and the front door jam was severely damaged and mickey moused back together. Found a syringe under the fold out couch bed in the living room. But on the other hand very spacious. Just needs a good maintience crew to do repairs and some paint and it has potential. But as it is right now not worth it at all.

It was okay. Of the whole stay, I enjoyed the staff the most. They have always tried to make room for me when im out this way and they are nice. I like the covered parking. It makes it easier to repack the car on my long trips. The jacuzzi bathtubs are very relaxing and the gym is right across the street, so i will stay here again in the future!

this motel is at a good location, theres like a 7/11, a canes, a taco bell. but the rooms are absolutely horrendous. it smelled awful and there was a used bar of soap in the bathtub. the tiny bottles of shampoo is just hand sanitizer i think. and the floors are gross. we literally had to go out to the nearby cardenas store to get air freshener and pinosol to clean the place ourselves to stay comfortably. not to mention the amount of homeless people, junkies and stuff hanging around the parking lot. DONT STAY HERE!!!

DON’T GO HERE!!!, Not even my first night and I saw lots of homeless, smelled like urine everywhere, urine in the hallway next to our room, elevator felt like it was in the verge of breaking, cracks on the walls, broken ceiling, water damage in the bathrooms. I don’t believe they have any sort of real staff/employee’s that I’m aware of, the doors look weak and easy to break into some of the rooms don’t even have curtains… And that’s just from 1 night!! I wouldn’t be surprised if they pay the some of the homeless people to clean some of the rooms for them. This place feels so deprived of everything I wouldn’t recommend!

Worst hotel I have been to. Bath tub won't stop pouring out water. Sink is about to fall out of the counter, no TV remote. And manager said it's not her problem she doesn't have to stay here. Avoid this place if possible

It sucked the room smelled like mold and the bathroom is disgusting they don't clean nothing and when your not here workers come in but don't clean it and check your stuff. The place is so disgusting and the pictures are fake and theres a pool but I won't recommend going in it this hotel sucks there is lots a lots! Of homeless people the parking lot smells like pee DON'T COME HERE!
