Mr. Muhammad is the best πŸ’› the staff is always so kind and polite. I'd stay here before any other hotel in the area. Me and my husband hideaway. Sincerely Ms. Stone

This place is overrated! We requested an accessible room, and we were given a room infested with cockroaches. The room was old and neglected. It seemed like they barely swept after previous guests left. There were small roaches on the nightstands, the bathroom. Well, they were all over the place. We requested a room change because our reservation was non-refundable. The new room was a little cleaner, but it was identical to the accessible one we had. The accessible rooms do not seem equipped for guests requiring special accommodations. We had to help my grandma because the shower didn't have any bars or accommodations. This place is deceiving on the website since it's shown as clean and luxurious. Save time and money and go somewhere else. This is a motel charging hotel prices. The advertised business center was no where to be found. A total rip-off and disappointment.

Stayed here last weekend and the room was decent. Great location and was pleased to have a small breakfast available in the mornings. Service was excellent and all the employees were more than hospitable. Family oriented and felt safe during my stay. However, I must say there were some rather raucous women one night who insisted upon laughing, knocking, and going in and out of their rooms at an ungodly hour of the morning. All in all it was a good experience. Would stay there again.

I'm very disappointed, me, my mom and my 3 kid's just drove out here from San Francisco. Arrived at 1:15am. All we wanted to do was get rest for a funeral we are attending later on today. The room had roaches & little tiny dots on the sheets my mom thinks we're bed bugs. The front desk clerk was amazing about it all.

Nice manager. The beds are comfortable and they have good pillows. The floors are filthy. I left $10 and asked if they could mop the floor but they didn't. I saw the housekeeper's cart and she only has a dust mop. I've mentioned it to the front desk several times, but still no mop. I'm about to go to the store and buy one. I'm here until my husband gets out of the hospital. Also, the washing machines don't work and they were out of coffee.

Awful place to stay. First room my parents got reeked of smoke, our room was a bit better. But breakfast stops at 9?? Also "continental breakfast" is just a snack lunch. Wouldn't recommend staying here

The bed is very comfy. The sheet is soft and the bed is not collapsed. Clean room and good breakfast. $93.42 is a fair price in LA. Nice and friendly staffs! Recommend!

Excellent customer service, the staff is personable, and the rooms are a better value than any downtown hotel on Magnolia. I was a travel nurse at the local hospital. I spent about 8 months coming to this Quality Inn. The price was amazing, service was amazing. I have to give a shout out to Anthony one of the front desk representatives. I spent about 50 nights here and he went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate it. They would switch my room to the side of my choosing if it was available and the same kind of layout. The rooms were what I was looking for. Just a clean calm place to stay for work. The people who stay here for the most part are the working class. But again this is a gem. My experiences at the new place I stay for work triggered me to write this review and how thankful I am to the staff. But shout-out to my boy Anthony at the front desk.

Nice hotel, decent for price. I wouldn’t call the breakfast continental, but it is still a buffet style breakfast. Although it was smaller than I would have thought. I thought the gym was going to be a separate place, but it looked like they placed a gym inside a renovated suite room. I wish we could have went on the pool. During our stay it was being filled up using a hose so it took longer than two days, by then we had to pack up and leave before it was good to use. If you have business to do in Riverside and don’t want to spend a lot of money on a hotel, this is a good place to go. Close to the University and Downtown area.

We stayed here for visiting "festival of lights, Riverside". Horrible stay at this hotel. There were small cockroaches and other insects in room. Rooms - 1/5. The one good part of this hotel was the breakfast was good. Breakfast - 5/5.

The people working here are awesome. The management, not so much. They have a policy where they’ll cancel your payment without telling you, and then when you go to check in, they need a physical card. Idk what management is doing , but that’s terrible for customers like me. Mr. Sun is amazing, and hope he is compensated well for the value he adds to this place. It really seems like he helps the whole place run smoothly. Breakfast was tasty. Bed was clean, room floor was slightly dirty.

Not much selection for breakfast. The room had a moldy smell when entering the room. The toilet had to be serviced twice due to flushing issues. There were three instances where bugs were found on the vanity, in the refrigerator, and climbing on the wall. The staff were friendly but the Manager would not offer any kind of compensation for that stay. He only offered a small discount if we made a future reservation.

I got the room here because it was centrally located to where we needed to be. I am aware the University Avenue is the track, but was unaware of the quality of this particular hotel as many years ago it was The Hampton-Inn. Never again will I ever get a room as β€œsomewhere to rest our heads” as there was not much resting. This hotel was gross. Lots of water damage and has a pest problem. I am disgusted.

Stayed 1 night, this place is pretty dated which was as expected. Bed was comfy. But buyer beware: roaches, no hot water to shower, place was pretty run down, door to the outside had a massive gap in it, left with bug bites

As you can see from my stars this Hotel needs to do better. The rooms were dirty with pests, t.v. didn't work, water was not hot, and breakfast was a paper bag with a pastry and a bottle of water. The location was the only okay experience.

One star is too much, in my opinion. I don't know what kind of standards the people have that are giving this place a 5 star review, but I thought mine was low as i stay in a lot of hotels for my job. Stayed for a week for work in the area. Every other day, I'd find a couple of cockroaches (a co'worker in the same hotel killed like 5 roaches per day). Got to the point that I didn't eat in the room anymore, or eat the hotel breakfast, if the rooms have roaches god knows what's in the kitchen. I had to move rooms the first day because for some reason all the outlets and TV stopped working ( I hadn't even used them yet besides turning on the TV). The new room they put me in had a tone of random stains on the carpet, and i had a suspicion that one of the beds was just remade with used covers as it had stains aswell. Another suspicion i had is, there was a couple rooms that the curtains where open and the matresses and box springs where standing up as if they were being treated for bed bugs (I cant say that this is fact but seemed odd) . The staff seemed to be helpful in all the interactions I had with them, but them being good with customer service can only get you so far. I had separate co-corkers stay at the Courtyard Marriott (literally across the street), and they said it it was an actual good hotel. I will be staying there in the future.

Rooms looked old. Several small maintenance issues including Air Conditioners not working, bathtub glazing peeling, carpets and furniture stained. Staff was accommodating and tried to meet every need quickly and politely.

First let me note that the location of this hotel is great. We are less than 15 minutes away from all different restaurants which is very convenient. Checking into the hotel was very easy and took only 5 minutes. I got a king bed room with a double bed sofa. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The water pressure is also really strong. Unfortunately I wasnt able to join the complimentary breakfast at all but, they do have a lot of options to choose from. Overall the quality inn at riverside is a good stay and the price is unbeatable.

The Quality Inn Riverside near UCR go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are treated like family. The level of quality and top notched Customer Services skills of the entire staff doesn't go unnoticed. They provide a level of comfort that will definitely keep you coming back for more. They also provide a healthy breakfast for their guests to enjoy which include freshly made waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal and a variety of other healthy breakfast items. I most definitely recommend The Quality Inn to anyone who wants to experience a Home away from Home experience. I'd like to say thank you once again to The Quality Inn and its Staff for making my stay a very pleasant one. Keep Up The Good Work!!

Good value, clean and well located. Had a small hot breakfast set up as well, which is always nice. Would stay again.

Dirty, nasty, had bugs in the room. My x wife had bugs on her legs from sitting on the Nasty dirty couch in the room. Ordered a pizza, leftover to the next day, opened it and had bugs in the pizza. Asked for a refund from the General Manager, he said no.

Room I got was updated, clean, and well stocked. Staff was helpful even with a very late check in and early check out. Room had microwave, TV, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer.

This place had friendly staff to help you check in. They attempted to have me and some friends close to each other which was a nice gesture. For the rooms, it was just another place to sleep. Smells kind of funny in there like some chemical smell. Also smelled a little like smoke. Hotel was in a nice area. Plenty of food spots to go to. They even had this shabu hot pot across the street that I really wanted to go to. So that was a nice surprise. Overall the stay has been good!

I was able to get the room at the last minute. The manager and staff were amazing and also accommodated my last minute travel changes. This hotel is very clean and walking distance to anything you may possibly need while traveling.

Staff greeting us was super friendly and accommodating. Even told us the best food spots nearby. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area. Thank you guys!! 😎

Clean room, amazing bed, AC works. Parking lot felt secure. This place was quiet, which is surprising for a place with a lot of rooms. Many restaurant nearby and anything else you might need. Drive time to our event 15 minutes or so. Will definitely be back in the furture.

Nice and clean I traveled there from Oklahoma and stayed there for 5 days, only downside there’s no breakfast since COVID and they do not give room service until you check out, while you stay you have to actually ask for more towels or toilet paper and even have to dump your own trash.

We stayed for three nights in September. The front desk did give us the manager's discount. It was a professional courteous and good experience.

This hotel is great! My friends and I stayed here to attend an event over the weekend and we loved it. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the room is nice and clean with a fridge AND microwave, plus the pool is nice and cool in this super hot weather. We will be staying here for all future events in the area πŸ‘πŸΌ
