Donโ€™t believe any of the good reviews! I saw only positive reviews before I stayed and only really searched reviews after I left. The 1 stars are buried but most accurate. This place was dirty, dangerous, and staff unfriendly. The room had food on the floor from previous guests and towels were dirty. The area and other guests at the hotel will have you checking your back everywhere you go and making sure you dead bolt the door. Which by the way could only be set by pressing your whole body against it. The staff are rude and will also not issue a refund for your stay if you want to leave early. They also donโ€™t mention that part about refunds until you are trying to get a refund. Pictures do not do this place justice in how bad it is. Youโ€™ll likely spend $100 per night with taxes. Do not stay here at all costs

If you want a cheap, clean room, this is a great spot. The only thing i will say is that i left a few dollars for the housekeeper and the owner went into the room as soon as I left and stole her tip. So if you're gonna leave a dollar fir the maid, out it in her hand or she won't get it

My experience at Arlington Inn Motel was very nice and overall welcoming. The rooms are up to date and extremely clean. The rooms include;nice queen size comfortable beds, round sound flat screen TVs, a nice size dresser , and two nightstands , a small table and chairs to eat ,a nice size refrigerator and microwave, towels and face towels. The motel also provides a washer and dryer for guest to do laundry. One of the most important things to me about Arlington Inn that I like is; "There's no one hanging outside around the motel, so guest feel safe staying there and also leaving their vehicles parked in the motel parking structure." The motel is located near Van Buren and Arlington. It's also 20 minutes away from Tyler Mall. If you have to do an overnight business trip locally or just in town and need a nice motel to stay by locally. Please, try Arlington Inn Motel. You won't regret it The owners which are a husband and wife team Nancy and Andy are very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate all of their guests.

Where should I even begin with this place. We came for a large festival a few miles away in San Bernardino. The prices were completely jacked up due to high demand. 90 dollars per night for arguably the worst hotel experience Iโ€™ve ever had. To start, I called a few days in advance to ask for an early check in. The man who answered my call said it was possible, but to call back closer. Ok, so I call back the day before AND the day of to ask if we could check in just a couple of hours early. The man on the phone practically screamed at me when I asked him. When I asked him if we could simply leave our luggage or pick up our room key, he just got furious. So we said screw it and changed in the car before the show. During the concert, I get a call from the desk asking where I was, if I was coming, and when I would come. I explained I was at the festival and she told me to come check in now! I explained this wasnโ€™t possible and she acted like I was crazy for thinking I could check in after the event. When she finally agreed tht she would meet me if I could make it before 1 am. Before hanging up she very sternly reiterated the hotels many odd but strict policies on guests, smoking, and pets as if I were some degenerate. So we were forced to leave early from the festival, and upon arrival she said that in addition to my credit card that paid for the room, she needed a CASH ONLY 40 dollar deposit. No cash, 1am, no atm in sight. She said I could LEAVE MY ID WITH HER UNTIL I BROUGHT HER CASH. After vehemently explaining that I needed my ID to get into the event tomorrow and about 5 minutes of her holding it hostage, she finally conceded and gave my ID back, and alas, I was off to my room. Here I was greeted with a dirty, run down motel with cheap everything and STAINED everything. Sheets, stained. Towels, stained. Bed, stained. Chairs, stained. The condition of the floor mat was simply deplorable. The only thing good about your stay here will be when it finally comes to an end.

Booked this room last minute to stay in town after a funeral. They charged fraud on my card and blamed my bank. My bank refunded me the fraudulent charge. Never stay here if you can avoid it.

Rude staff, the owners were rude and extremely nosy and watching me whenever I left the room. They accused me of stealing the dresser handles but that is a lame excuse to try to keep my deposit money. Why would I take 3 of the 9 handles from a type of dresser I don't even have? Ridiculous.

These people are the worst. I got a room. Had door dash deliver my food and they yelled at my door dash told him he couldn't be there. Very rude. Then check out time I turned key in. And they rushed inside the room to look inside and check it. I will never come here again or ever recommend anyone. Worse hotel

Worst motel I've been to in years, they stole refused to give me my deposit back because I didn't fold the freaking towels and hang them oh and I left a candy wrapper and a napkin on the floor but that's grounds for keeping my $60 deposit! The guy who is the owner the old bald man was super rude on top of it. Plus they watch your every move when not inside the room

One of the worst in Riverside smells as soon as you walk into the office that people are rude. You can only have one car per room the rooms are dirty and need to be remodeled a lot of lowlife stay here just for the day to do drugs. Then they have a $40 deposit which they donโ€™t even check the room after they just want to keep your money. Reduce managers Iโ€™ve ever seen at a hotel stay elsewhere.

this place is ugly, they make you pay a 40$ deposit in CASH & they send u to the liquor store next door if you donโ€™t have any. Got there and the key card wasnโ€™t working, the staff is rude, not worth it. Itโ€™s dirty.

Booked room at last minute, what a mistake on my part. Was tired and didnt want to continue driving. Appeared clean at first glance, but when the morning bathroom lights were turned on the baby Roaches appeared. uncomfortable bed felt very straw like , no exaggeration. Then they ran my card twice. I paid 96 at check in and had to leave 40 cash. Turned in key the next morning and got my cash. Found it odd I had to show my ID again since they had the 40 attached to my receipt with room number that matched the key I turned in. We'll guess what they ran my card again. Look on your statement. One comes up as Arlingtoninn...$96 The other as Arlingtoninc....$104 They greet you with a smile as they rob you.

Any time I stay at a motel I stay here. It's close to home, family and friends. Every time I've come here the prices have changed. It used to be 86 during the week and 96 on the weekends. Recently, I stayed here and the prices have gone up. For my family of four, two adults and two children under the age of 2, it came out to 135.60 per night and same price for the weekend. I'm not sure why it was so much now when nothing as far as amenities haven't changed. Since my children are under 2 I don't think they should have an extra fee because they aren't additional guests. I never stayed in the lobby longer than I wanted to so I never heard anyone else having to pay such price. Due to issues with housing we ended up staying for a month. This past week I had to pay again for more nights because we haven't found an apartment. The lady at the front whom I assume is the co-owner told me I had to check out at least once then could come back. Being that my spouse works during the week and we only have one car this put a strain on our situation. During our stay I always made sure the room was in order everyday fresh towels and trash taken out I even purchased a broom and dustpan to reduce messes made by my toddler. I tried to make it easier on the housekeeping lady who's very sweet and helpful. She's the only housekeeper there to clean all the rooms and she works almost everyday. I don't understand why we'd have to check out when they've made almost 4k off me alone and would've continued doing so. Ended up going to Days Inn not that far away. They have a bigger mini fridge, bigger beds, an ironing board( iron not included) and a hairdryer. Also they have a phone and 24 hr security. While I used to be able to call Arlington Inn my home away from home I was actually kind of disappointed. If you're in between housing and/or on an extended business trip I wouldn't suggest staying here as they might make you cut it short.
