It
was
Sunday
Funday,
and
our
first
visit
to
Uncle
John's.
It's
a
modest
place
in
a
neighborhood
strip
mall
&
has
been
open
for
just
a
few
months.
Amanda
the
bartender
made
GREAT
drinks--and
she
took
the
time
to
make
sure
they'd
be
tasty!
She
was
welcoming
&
friendly,
and
made
us
feel
right
at
home.
Maria
is
a
wonder
in
the
kitchen--housemade
salsa
&
chips,
steak
quesadillla
&
habanero
mango
wings
were
reeeeally
good!
This
place
is
unassuming,
but
the
food
&
drinks
are
delicious,
and
prices
are
within
"affordable
for
regulars"
range.
The
whole
place,
including
the
restroom,
is
very
clean,
too.
What
most
differentiates
Uncle
John's
from
many
other
watering
holes
is
their
genuine
spirit
of
welcoming
hospitality.
Stop
by
&
check
out
Uncle
John's--you'll
probably
see
us
there!
