The food was lukewarm, not smokin hot. It was good, though. I had meatloaf with mash n gravy and turnip greens. Mty folks said that their food was not hot, neither. So, this location needs to make sure they are serving the food hot. The novelty shop was nice!

First off let me start by saying are server Sophia was great. They were out of Catfish and a few other items so I went with the fried chicken which was okay, but not something I would order again. My wife loves chicken and dumplings and said they were great as usual.

I am from Thailand and be here for the first time. The place and foods are awesome. I finished lunch and left but I dropped my wallet there. After an hour I came back to ask for my wallet maybe someone found it. The lady at the restaurant smile . say YES ! and gave me the wallet ,Thanks God! *Thanks for your kind assistance and your thoughtfulness 💕

The food was Lukewarm not hot,the server was ok, my chicken was completely burnt as you can see in the picture it looks like tar, and almost all of the food is mediocre their was nothing that really stood out along with the higher price tag of 70$. However the savior of it all was the gift shop which is reasonably priced and always fun to look at because of this I will give Cracker barrel a three star rating.

This place is always good. The food is fresh and you get good portion sizes. The staff are friendly. I always enjoy the fried pork chop Saturday special.

Waitress is sooo polite. Got so full. Had country fried steak, gravy sucks. Carrots taste like a can . Ruthie had fish fry she liked it. Also had loaded fried tattor tots

Waitress was a poor kid who was run ragged. It isn't her fault that the food is sub par and the managers aren't kind or helpful just condescending. Loaded sweet potato wasn't anything like the picture. Barely cooked. Much less toasted. Lift up your associates and maybe this place will turn around

Service and portions were on point. But the food was not what I was used to from Cracker Barrel. Corn bread was salty and the steak was a bit over cooked

If you dine in here, be prepared to spend a few hours. The first hour was spent waiting for a table, fortunately the retail area was entertaining so we didn't really notice. Once we were seated, it took over two hours for us to receive our entres -- my partner's steak was cooked perfectly, but mine was a hockey puck (ordered medium-well, came out grey); my eggs also were burnt. The grits were watery and bland. The sausage gravy tastes greasy, but the beef gravy isn't bad. The manager compensated us with a free dessert. Good service, not very good cooking, very very long wait. Probably won't be back.

The food was just okay. There was way too much sweeping & cleaning ( with sprays ) on the floor while people were still eating. The wait staff were pretty inattentive. The place was cute. The store had a lot of stuff in it but the sizes available weren't what I was looking for (S/M/L), mostly XL-XXXL was all that was available. I must say the guy working in the store was very nice & helpful. If you are looking for super-cute baby things, they definitely had that.

I usually have the Best Hot and Ready Turkey Dinner meal year after year except for this year. I had to wait an hour for my curbside order because my order had not been started when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time. The staff were really apologetic and friendly so I really appreciated that. However, the quality of the food was subpar which is not the norm. The stuffing was hard and dry and there was no gravy on the Turkey. The meal usually comes with Turkey gravy on it and sometimes extra on the side. The mac and cheese was just okay and the biscuits did not look like they were even cooked. They weren't brown at all so perhaps they gave me the wrong ones in error. I was extremely disappointed this time. For the first time, I felt like I made a bad choice getting my family dinner from this restaurant and I wasted my money. Luckily this meal is just for my household of 3 to be eaten on Thanksgiving Eve so it did not impact a huge number of family members. These meals are not inexpensive so I really expected better quality. I understand that the staff may have been trying to get my meal to me as soon as they could however, it should not be at the expense of the taste. Lucky for us, we usually have Thanksgiving elsewhere on the actual Thanksgiving Holiday so this cracker barrel meal is usually something tasty that's an extra treat for us. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this year. I'll probably just throw out the rest of the meal since it's not up to par( no leftovers for us this year). I will mention that the food was hot when it was delivered to be completely fair. I am writing this review so that hopefully the staff can learn from my experience and pay attention to the quality of the food even when rushed so that future customers don't have the same issues that I did. The staff that I interacted with are rated a 5 but the food quality is a 2 so that's why my overall rating is a 3. 😥 😔 😟 🙁 😞 😿

Stopped here on the way back to Philly from serving at Operation Christmas Child in Baltimore. We usually enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel and this was no different. Food and Service was very good. My wife had the Southern Fried Chicken which I heated up the leftovers yesterday for lunch, and the chicken was really very good.

Never EVER serve a guest their food without utensils. Our server was friendly, a little in the weeds, but it was a Sunday morning. I get it. However, not having utensils at the table when food is served is a huge NO NO. After sitting and waiting for 3 minutes for her to return with utensils, I eventually had to get up and walk to the kitchen to find setups so we could eat our breakfast. The man that was the manager seemed irritated with me when I asked for them. I certainly didn’t go in the kitchen, I just met him near the hostess stand. He begrudgingly handed me two sets of utensils and didn’t even offer an apology, a friendly smile or anything. He probably should go back to management training. I also saw another patron giving him a piece of her mind about how bad her breakfast experience was. Again, he certainly didn’t seem apologetic. I guess I’m so spoiled by the amazing service we get at our local family-owned restaurants, that when dining at a corporate establishment, I’ve come to expect the same level of friendly service.

The service was amazing. Wish I could remember our waitresses' name because she was great! Food was hot and delicious. Coffee was lukewarm. Staff in gift shop were friendly and helpful. We just love Cracker Barrel!

If I could rate the 0 stars I would! My son and I went out to dinner tonight at Cracker Barrel in Belcamp tonight and had a terrible experience! For starters our waitress Emily was one of the slowest waitresses I have ever had. It took forever for her to come take our order and then even longer for her to bring us our food. When we got our food I was missing my side of mashed potatoes. When Emily finally came back to our table after what seemed like forever I told her that my mashed potatoes were missing and she said she would be right back with them. It again took her forever to get back to the table with my potatoes. When she finally brought them to me I took a quick bite and then proceeded to stir them to mix in the gravy a bit. After stirring for a few seconds I felt something hard at the bottom of the bowl so I scooped it out. To my horror I discovered it was a big clump on MOLD!! I immediately asked one of the other waitresses to get the manger. When the manager came out she was very rude and nasty and asked me what I wanted. I pointed to the bowl of potatoes and she said “Oh yeah would you like another bowl?” I told her no but that we would like refills of our drinks. She immediately took the bowl and hurried off to the kitchen. When she came back with our drinks she proceeded to tell me that it was just the eye of the potato that I had found. I informed her that I am not stupid and that no that was the eye of the potato it was MOLD! She then told me that she would take my meal off the bill and would take my name and number, and that the Cracker Barrel home office will be contacting me. Brady and I love going to Cracker Barrel but I can honestly said we will never go to Cracker Barrel - Belcamp, MD ever again! I post this as a warning so no one else has to go through this and risk getting sick! Never go to Cracker Barrel Belcamp! Their customer service is terrible and their food has mold in it!!

Ordered Father's Day dinner to go and it was ready at 3:05 like it said it would be online I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes. We got the meatloaf and chicken tender family meal with the green beans and hashbrown casserole it came with the biscuits that were awesome 👍

Service and atmosphere was outstanding. For the most part the food was good, except for the over cooked sausage patties and the watery grits, both need to be served hotter. Thank you.

The food was amazing but I wouldn't recommend the chicken and dumplings it was.... Mid. I would however recommend the pot roast, you can't go wrong with that , the drink I got was the cinnamon roll late (cold)

It was a 15 min wait for a party of 4. I got the grandpas country fried steak. The food was cold when it was served. The hashbrown casserole was good, the eggs were mid, and the country fried steak was disappointing, mostly because how disgusting the gravy was. It had no taste or any seasoning. Because the gravy was bad it made the whole meal a mistake. The Hot coco was delicious. The buttermilk pancake was tasty. The bacon Mac n Cheese was a turn off because how much you can taste the oil. Biscuit beignets was nothing crazy, get it if it’s free using the app. Lastly the customer service was phenomenal which made the experience a little better. 6/10

Came with high expectations and left disappointed. The gravy that comes with the biscuits was unseasoned and bland. The fried chicken was not crispy however the flavor was there. Biscuits were nice and fluffy. Highlight of the meal was definitely the pancakes. Overall the food came at a fair price and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. Nothing spectacular but definitely worth trying out.

Side note-love the changing table space in the ladies bathroom! Lots of room & privacy for changing! Food was delicious. Had the fried chicken with honey & bacon. Along with broccoli & corn. Corn was a little plain (added salt, pepper & butter)

Food and service great as always. Love their chicken and dumplings and fresh baked biscuit. I prefer a sweet cornbread. Theirs isn't but it's still good. Just not my preference. Faithful customers for many years and will continue to be in the future. God bless!

When we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Even our waitress was amazing and very attentive! They were very busy but she still gave us time to order. I ordered the catfish dinner, my husband ordered the shrimp dinner and my daughter ordered the steak burger dinner. All of the food was great. Oh wait I wasn't a big fan of the turnip greens but they weren't too bad just tasted vinegary.
