Phenomenal, efficient and welcoming from start to finish! Alex helped us find a new apartment that fit our needs while he provided first class service. He has been a pleasure working with from the beginning. They also take amazing care of their residents and you can tell that they’re passionate about keeping the community a warm, friendly and safe place to live.

What an awesome experience. This property is beautifully maintained throughout with superb attention to detail. I accompanied my client on the tour and he applied immediately for one of the units. The leasing agent (Alex) was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and clearly explained the application process. Can't wait to bring other clients.

i am a former tenant. i moved out of the property a while ago, but still get notifications, emails, and communications about the apartment i used to live in (but no longer live in) regarding payments, maintenance issues, etc. whenever i reach out asking them why i'm still getting these notifications even though i am no longer a tenant there, they ignore my emails and don't respond. i'd appreciate more professionalism and better communication from their management. if you're sending me things in error or by mistake, be professional enough to admit that. :) edit: another former tenant told me that the way to get their management office to respond to my emails is to write a google review, and sure enough...it worked. after writing this review i finally got a response to an email i sent months ago. kinda sad that these are the extremes i had to go to to get a response, but it just further proves how unprofessional and disorganized this building's management is.

Oak Park City Apartments in Oak Park is such a great community. You walk in and you immediately feel at home. Alex from the leasing office single-handedly made my experience amazing. He was so responsive and understanding. If there is a way to request a tour with someone, I suggest to always go with Alex!

The management is so friendly. Alex made the move-in process so smooth and interacts actively with the apartment community. I love my apartment here. I definitely recommend living here.

The management property team was absolutely amazing from the time we initially saw the apartment to the time that we moved in. Alex was very knowledgeable about the property/area and he was very proud to show it to us. He was very helpful through the whole process and was sure to answer every call and email that i sent. After moving in, he checked in on us to make sure the move in experience went well and it was very ensuring to know that Alex was available for anything that we need. It made the decision to move to Oak Park a lot easier and the place is already feeling like home.

This place is a great option for short-term leases. Very close to groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants. Management is very attentive and the common area is always clean. Moving-in process was very easy with Alex's help. Having a heated parking garage with an assigned spot is a plus during Chicago winter.
