Terrible place! Just a tourist trap! The animals are in tiny cages. They even have Tarsiers there, which is just awful because they commit suicide if they live in captivity! The animals do not have fresh water and do not look in good conditions. Please don’t support this place and go to a sustainable and environmental reservoir. We went there because of a tourist trap and I am deeply sorry for going there.

This place is fantastic. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Its only over a small area at the moment but the 100 pesos entry fee is not enough in my experience, it's worth a lot more than that. I highly recommend going to Bilar Enchanted. Being able to get right up to the Tarsier was an experience that will be with me for a long time. I will definitely be back in future. Thank you to our guide for such a lovely and memorable experience.

Very badly managed place. This is not the original tarsier sanctuary. It’s a fake one and many other animals are caged and they look in bad shape. Hopefully the tourism board can see this and take actions. Also their entrance is 100 php which is utterly wasted except for seeing the tarsier. The tour organisers who take you here are having a cut from the zoo to bring you here. Avoid going and raise your voice.

A wonderful time here seeing the beautiful flowers and all the different animals and butterflies. And let's not forget the star attraction. The Tarsier .I managed to get a nice video. The place is laid out beautifully with many unusual and some naughty sculptures. We enjoyed our time there

All the animals are kept in cages, never seen horses so depressed and the sugar gliders are kept in a bumbag, please don't support this. The rabbits are in cages and half or them looked dead or stressed. The huge snakes are kept in tiny boxes. Another level of animal cruelty. So sad!

Definitely tourist trap!! They'll bring you there saying you need to eat there with 395 eat all you can rate! Food is on average served with iced tea as drinks. Fish are sliced to 2 and most get the tail part so all the head parts are left, they are also small sized fishes. Lumpia is very commercialized with no fruits! There are other restaurants outside of this place, eat there! There were only 2 tarsiers, with their lame excuse that they are in the forest. But it's very clear they these poor animals are captives with human made make shift umbrella made from dried leaves to give them shade. Tourists can come very close to them and be noisy without being reprimanded.

Unethical experience! We were taken here by our driver during our tour of Loboc and we wished he hadn’t bothered. We were informed that this was a new attraction and I would like to have thought that this meant that it would be ethical for the animals. However, the animals are all in small cages and often by themselves in the most basic living conditions. The Tarsiers are in a small open area of a couple of trees surrounded by footpath. Considering tarsiers are so sensitive to loud noises, bright light and physical contact it was so sad to see them in this environment. The please observe silence sign was clearly not enforced with a child crying right next to the tarsiers and tourists shoving their phones and cameras inches away from the poor tarsiers faces. It was such a sad and distressing experience and I can’t imagine this being the animals daily routine for the rest of their lives. It’s a shame that the owners didn’t put as much emphasis on creating a better environment for the animals here as they did for the large concrete shoe sculpture and the huge gift shop. It clearly shows what they view as more important. Such a shame.

Such a Touristic trap and heartbreaking! Terrible place! Animals are kept in very small cages with the bare minimum (concrete floor and bowl of water) and visibly in stress. I went there as part of an organized tour and didn’t know about it. If you read this before going there please don’t visit! Don’t support this type of business!

Tourist trap! We did not enjoy. Aside from animals looking unhealthy, their buffet lunch has very long waiting lines to the point that the buffet is no longer enjoyable, we only had one round to get food. And it's not even delicious. Felt like food preparation was rushed.

most of the animals are either tied or caged. the animals are also not well protected from tourists, especially the foreign ones. i saw one foreign tourist purposely use flash when taking photos of the tarsiers ( this is a major no as it hurts the tarsiers' eyes ). i saw another foreign tourist, almost lose his balanced, and used the branch where the tarsier was resting to steady himself, disturbing the poor tarsier!
